          First day in Sri Lanka
Had a great afternoon exploring the delights of Negombo with Malih as our guide. First time in a tuk tuk for us and that is an experience in itself. The sights and smell of the fish market, seeing the Hindu temple and Buddhist temple and walking the canal made for a great first day in Sri Lanka.

          Highly recommended jeep tour
I highly recommend doing a jeep tour with our driver Dinesh. He adjusted times slightly to avoid crowds and was able to point out lots of animals we would not have otherwise seen (like a mongoose in the grasses or spotted dear in the bush). He knew a lot about elephants and because it was the start of the mating season we saw hundreds!

A Tranquil Visit to St. Sebastian's Church in Negombo 🕊️🌊
On our recent trip to Negombo, we had the pleasure of visiting St. Sebastian's Church on Sea Street. This stunning church is a must-visit for anyone in the area, offering both spiritual solace and architectural beauty. Architectural Marvel The first thing that struck us was the church's impressive architecture. Designed in the Gothic Revival style, St. Sebastian's Church boasts intricate stained glass windows, soaring arches, and detailed facades. The craftsmanship is truly remarkable and adds to the serene atmosphere of the place. A Place of Peace and Reflection Inside the church, we found a peaceful sanctuary perfect for reflection and prayer. The quiet ambiance, coupled with the soft light filtering through the stained glass, created a serene environment. Whether you're religious or simply seeking a moment of tranquility, the church offers a welcoming space for all. Rich History and Community Spirit St. Sebastian's Church has a rich history that is deeply intertwined with the local community. It was heartwarming to see how the church serves as a cornerstone for many locals, hosting regular services and community events. We even had the chance to attend a service, which was a beautiful experience filled with heartfelt worship and community spirit. Accessible Location Located on Sea Street, the church is easily accessible and conveniently situated near other attractions in Negombo. After visiting the church, we took a leisurely stroll along the nearby beach and enjoyed some delicious local cuisine at a nearby restaurant. Conclusion St. Sebastian's Church in Negombo is more than just a place of worship; it is a historical and cultural landmark that offers visitors a glimpse into the heart of the local community. Whether you're interested in history, architecture, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this church is a must-visit. Highly recommended for all travelers exploring Negombo! 🌟

Fantastic 'get to know' Negombo tour
Malih was an excellent guide, he spoke great English and explained very well about the places he took us to. The fish market experience was amazing and the temples/churches were beautiful. We would recommend asking for Malih, he was a very safe, respectful driver and guide.

          Amazing tour
My guide was Imalka and he was absolutely wonderful. It was a private tour and he provided so much information and was so helpful. During the tour he purchased me a coconut from the markets and made sure to personalise the experience. He even took me to an atm at the end when I asked. I was expecting a tuk tuk but he arrived in an air con car which was so lovely in the hot Sri Lankan weather. Would highly recommend :)

An enjoyable morning with Malith - interesting, fun & informative.
This tour gave me a great insight into Negombo - its history & life there now. We visited religious sites, that cater to 3 main religions, the fishing areas - fish market and fish drying areas, canal area and lagoon - a tour for another day and then an over view of Negombo's shopping areas. Malith, my driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Great morning 😁

          Great driver and guide
Malish is an excellent driver and tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about culture, history and religion and provided a very informative tour of the fish markets, the Dutch presence and canal and the church and temples we visited. The Buddhist temple was almost like a museum to the life of Buddha and St. Mary’s was beautiful. I highly recommend the tour especially if you can get Malish.

          Full Day Tour Negombo
For my short stay in Negombo, I decided to book this tour from 10 am to 3 pm. My tuk driver and guide Malith was very nice and showed me many interesting places. If you are looking for a nice tuktuk day trip with local lunch and an Ayurveda massage, this is the tour for you! Thank you very much!

Perfect tour of Negombo with guide Malith. We were picked up right on time at our hotel and went along in Malith’s nicely pimped tuktuk enjoing the latest SriLankan hits (our request). The stops were interesting with fish market, lagoon / canal, buddhist temple, hindu temple and catholic church with ongoing wedding! Thank you.

          VERY HAPPY WITH THIS TOUR
Good way to see the sights of Negombo. Driver (Malith) was really friendly and knowledgeable - very good English. He arrived a few minutes early. Due to it being a religious day and the afternoon, a couple of the places were not open to view (Church and fresh fish market) so he took us to the dry fish market which was really interesting! He was very thoughtful having fabric available to make a skirt/wrap for when we went to the Buddhist monastery. He also took us to buy some fruit at the market at our request and was helpful. He was happy to take a couple of photos of us at our request using our camera. As for the business - they are great communicators regarding your booking, pickup and drivers name beforehand and let you know about other options for tours without being pushy. Very happy with the tour.
