          Great way to explore Colombo
We could arrange the Tuk-Tuk safari at very short notice. It was worth every minute. Our driver and guide, Mr Malli, was excellent: he explained well, drive safely and is very very kind. During the tour, which actually lasted longer than scheduled, he took us around many places in Colombo. The tour ended with a tasty Sri Lankan dinner. Many thanks for the great experience.

          Amazing! Well done Navee!
Wow! Just wow! We saw lots of amazing sights, and Navee was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 experience and guide! I have no clue how Navee managed to spot some of the lizards and geckos, but honestly hands down it was amazing. 🥰

          Great Safari with Daruu
We had a wonderful afternoon safari. Our driver Daruu was so kind and is a very experienced guide who shared his extensive knowledge about the animals with us. Fully recommend him! We were lucky to even see a cute baby elephant :)

More like a jeep rally than a game drive.
One of the worst wildlife experiences of my life and I’m well travelled. The jeep and our guide were faultless, but the park itself is a traffic jam of diesel spewing jeeps. Queued to get in and out of the main gate. When we saw an elephant we enjoyed it in the company of the 20 other jeeps. It’s madness. You’d be better off going to Windsor Safari Park. There are so many better ways to spend a half day in nature in Sri Lanka.

          Don’t bother
All we saw there was elephants and a peacock. About 30 trucks all following one path. When we saw the elephants there were loads of jeeps surrounding them. We saw elephants roaming around outside the park. Save your time and money don’t bother.

          Amazing experience
Guaranteed to see elephants! We saw 6 elephants, lots of peacocks, green bee eater, storks, great egrets and many other birds, spotted deers, water buffalos, mongoose, lizard and some crocodiles. Our guide (naturalist) was well experienced, sent to us huge information about park and animals. The driver was perfect for this off road trip.

          Perfect
Our guide was fabulous, he had the eyes of a Hal and we saw so many animals which were camouflaged by the trees - we weren’t lucky enough to see leopards but he did find their paw prints. Yala is very unspoiled and the animals are unconcerned by the safari jeeps . We loved it

It is a scam. Took money but not supplying the order.
Placed an order for the Salicia Reticulata but have not seen my order or my refund even after two months. Just received an email that shippers wont ship. Seems like a scam. Do not buy anything from Lakpura LLC.

          Train cars completely oversold!
This train ride has become very popular. For anyone considering taking this scenic ride in either direction (Ella to Kandy or the reverse) RESERVE TICKETS WAY IN ADVANCE! Buying on the station is a waste of money, most of the time there will not even be standing room in 2nd/ 3rd class. But this does not stop them from selling tickets for those cars! If you want to give them your money, they will take gladly take it. Even though you won’t find a spot on the train car. I had to walk away, from the ride and my money. And you cannot buy first or reserved seats on the station… “sorry madam, al sold out”. (You can’t even buy tickets for the ride you want to take more than 30 minutes ahead of time. So don’t bother showing up early.) For this one, plan ahead or give it a skip.

          Nice experience
A personalized tour with great guide. The guide/driver was respectful and did not drive too close to the animals. Other jeeps almost caught the elefants between the wehicles, sad to see…

          Relaxed mountain ride
Chose this ride primarily to avoid the winding road journey. The train was late at Nanu Oya but made it up to reach Ella on time. Was glad with the decision - because we got great views & delightful company throughout the journey. The train stations hold an old world "charm" (if you may call it that). We weren't lucky to have our train halt on the Nine arches bridge. Visited it later that evening.
