He organised everything perfectly, found the best spots and knew the perfect time to see areas, he helped us see so many important and amazing things in the limited time we had in Sri Lanka. I can't express how wonderful he was. He helped both my boyfriend and I with all activities, he suggested amazing things, helped us barter on prices when appropriate. He knew all the history of all the areas we visited, helped us dive into the Buddhist history and explained the reasons behind all the temples we saw. He was proudly referred to as my Sri Lankan father by myself. He helped me learn 20 words in sinhala (mainly animals) and we would practice in the car. I cried when he left us for the last time. He showed us a side of Sri Lanka I don't believe we would have seen without him. He was the best tour guide and I would demand him again in a heartbeat.Written August 15, 2024

The airport rep was very personable and friendly but our whole trip was made so much more than it should have been by our travel guide, Kevin. Kevin is a young man who went above and beyond to make sure that we knew about anything and everything that we passed on the trip. His knowledge and enthusiasm made us all fall a lot in love with him and Sri Lanka. We travelled to Sigriya to Kandy to Nuwara Eliya to Yala to Koggola so it was a full on trip but his main priority was us and he took us on lots of adventures that we never would have contemplated until we met him. And experiencing Sri Lanka with Whittalls travels made that impression much better as their standards are much higher compared to other travel agents. From the airport representative to the chauffeur guide and the hotel representative our happiness was their number one priority. They always checked in to see how the tour is going and if we require anything to be changed.
