We really enjoyed our time in SriLanka, espeically that we were accompanied by Sajith, who made our journey even more enjoyable. He recommended a lot of places that were really nice and while driving he was very calm and peaceful and he always arrives on time when we needed him. I highly recommend him for your trips to SriLanka as he will make it more dynamic and memorable.

Sajith Wijethunge, a wonderful human being and a wonderful driver and guide. We spent fourteen days in Sri Lanka with sajith picking us up from the airport and dropping off there on our way back home. He guided us well about all the good places to visit. He is a very safe driver and took care of all our needs and considerations. A friendly, soft spoken and well mannered guy. We had a lot of luggage since we were travelling with three children including our four month old son, but his vehicle (honda vezel) had enough space in the back to accommodate it all, including a medium sized push chair. He is a thorough gentleman and I would definitely recommend him to other people coming to Sri Lanka on a holiday.

Where do I even start?! Sajith was an excellent driver and looked after me for three days when I was in Kandy. As a solo female traveller safety is a priority and Sajith made sure that I could get in and out of places safely, and also made recommendations for places that would be better suited to me as a traveller. We had great conversation and it made the whole experience so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anybody, and I’ll be using him again when I come back to Kandy. 😌

Sajith has been an excellent driver and guide during our 6 days trip to Sri Lanka. He is reliable and professional. During long drives he is a delight to have conversations with. He has good knowledge of local areas and can provide helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities to suit your needs. He helped us arrange a safari tour of the Yala national park as well as a visit to a turtle conservatory. Catching glims of leopards, bears and elephants had been the highlight of the safari. It has been 2 weeks and I am still talking about my “bleisure” trip at Sri Lanka! I had only a Saturday to have some leisure time amidst my business trip in the destination. Thanks to SAJITH WIJETHUNGE from Travelling Lanka Tours who promptly helped us put together an awesome, educational and ‘hassle-free’ itinerary that included the visit to the whale watching in Merissa and the turtle conservation & research centre and, both of which were amazing lifetime experiences! I had a whale of a time experiencing the beauty of these whales and dolphins in their natural habitat from a respectable distance. I also enjoyed watching the gasping, anxiety, and awe from everyone on board when the whales spout water :) It was “turtley” amazing to see many different pools of different sizes and breeds of sea turtles at the conservation & research centre and heart-warming to learn how the staff and volunteers are working to try to ensure the survival of all the turtle species. Overall, our trip was made all the more memorable with Sajith’s care and concerns, he ensured that we had a good breakfast and necessary break stops in between. Thanks Victor for the recommendation. We engaged Sajith from Travelling Lanka with our whale watching and turtle conservation based on raving recommendation of a friend. Whale watching was an amazing experience; and we were lucky to catch a school of dolphins swimming. The trip to turtle conservation project and hatchery was an eye opening experience too. It was a very good experience to visit Sri Lanka at this time of the year ,with My tourist guide Mr. Sujith from travel lanka tours.I stayed for six days at three places. Nuwara Alia,Kandy and Colombo. My guide Sujith was most cooperative and knowledgeable about local culture and traditions.His car was very good and I really appreciated that it was a Hybrid car. My stay at Nuwara Alia was the best. I enjoyed the town atmosphere, local market,Greogary lake,and cycling around the lake. On my way to Nuwara I tried river rafting along with my wife, it was the most wonderful experience. The raft company 39 Raft was most professional. Sujith had recommended this , to experience. Sajith and his team were very professional and looked after our family very well. The driving was very safe and they were always available when we wanted to take the children somewhere. Their service is excellent.

We had the pleasure to travel with Sajith personally from Sigiriya to Kandy. He was very helpful, nice, communicative and punctual. The trip, although it was raining heavily, was very smooth thanks to Sajith's driving skills and his nice car. In Kandy we even had the pleasure to meet his Mother and try her delicious curry (once again - many thanks!). As we travelled around the island quite spontaneously and never knew exactly what our next step would be, we did not book a full Sri Lanka Tour but Sajith helped us greately to arrange nice and reliable drivers for us short term when it was needed. Recommended!
