We did this tour on our third day in Peru and we are pretty positive it will be the highlight of our entire trip. It was absolutely incredible. The dune buggy and sandboarding was so much fun, and the sunset was spectacular. All the staff were so friendly and nice. The campsite felt like something dreams are made of. Away from everything, very quiet and peaceful. Dinner was delicious. They picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at a restaurant for lunch before the tour. Their office is a beautiful outdoor space to hangout in before the tour and the showers and breakfast in the morning were lovely. You will be so happy to have gone on this tour.

I've found the activity by looking at Viator, I've then contacted the company directly to organize a custom-made trip. I've decided to only book the original experience on Viator instead of the company directly because it offered free cancellation at the same price. The company sent me an email and I quote: """ Hello : You do not dare to do the service mentioned """ We immediately canceled the booking, this shows extreme unprofessionalism. If this is how they reply to people on emails, I do not want to know how they act in person. Stay away from this company.

We had an amazing weekend trip with Huacachina Tours. We were a group of twelve and everything was taken care of for us. The night in the desert is something we will never forget, such a great experience and 100% recommend!

We had the combination of dune buggy and dinner in the desert. William our driver & guide was awesome, and took us on some very fun dune buggying, then sand boarding, and lastly donut riding in the desert. In between, we took lots of amazing pictures in the desert. He knew all the good stops! When it started getting dark, we drove to our dinner spot. Note, if you're going during Peru's dry/winter season, it's going to be pretty cold at night so dress warm. Or you can sit by the fire the whole time like we did. All in all, super awesome, go do it!

They're specialist in the Huacachina Tours and it was amazing experience, but that's about that, don't do other tours with them because they subcontract another local tours agencies and they say it's theirs but is not, they promised a 4x4 and by someone malfunction reason the night before, in the morning we had a compact car for 4 that makes the experience way much difference, it's a 4h30 hours car ride so we paid more for confort that didn't received. When contacted the agency they just informed that there's nothing they could do (because it would be more expensive for them), they were rude and they just wanted to cancel everything and make us lose a day of our vacations on that! I definitely recommend you the tour with Antonio to the Huacachina desert, the other tours be careful. They're not professional and transparent, at all.

5 ⭐️ service! We did the buggy & sandboarding and it was such a fun experience, my family had a blast and they talk about it with a smile on their faces. One of tour had to get cancel due to Tsunami but they were very accommodating. Everyone was very nice to me & my family. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had an amazing time in Huacachina. Our kids enjoyed the sandboarding and visiting the desert in the buggy. Our driver and guide William was super professional and we felt totally safe with him at all times. You can see he knows his way around the dunes and he got us the best spots for sandboarding and to watch the sunset.

Our experience with Huacachina Tours was incredible start to finish. Riding the buggy though the sand dunes was thrilling and unforgettable, and the sand boarding/tube riding was beyond fun. After watching a beautiful sunset and views of the oasis we surprised our dad with a dinner in the desert. They set up a massive tent, campfire, and cooked an amazing meal for us. Overall, I highly recommend this experience, it’s one you won’t forget.

I worked with Huacachina Tours to set up the perfect bachelor/bachelorette experience for my best friend, her future husband, and 20 of our closest friends. From start to finish the experience was incredible! We booked the Ica pisco and wine tasting, followed by the dune buggy and sandboarding experience, as well as private glamping for the night. They set up a lunch spot, prepared dinner at our campsite, and took us to breakfast and the food at all 3 locations was great! We were very pleased with everything. Everyone from the Huacachina Tours team was so kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We had an amazing time and we're all blown away with how much fun we had and how well everything was set up. I highly recommend this company!

Extraordinary experience in the dessert of Ica. It was good to come here and have a great time along with other people. I quite enjoyed a lot and reccomend this place.

We booked the full tour with pick up from Ica to Huacachina with sand dune buggy and sand boarding, as well as dinner in the desert. It was totally worth it! It was well timed and really enjoyed the experience. My only recommendation to the company is to NOT allow children on the "dinner in the desert" portion because the atmosphere set up is romantic and it was full of couples except for one family with screaming toddlers. This took away from the experience a bit being in the middle of the desert with wine, bossa nova music, night sky, etc. Other than that, if you don't have children on the nighttime part of your tour I think it is worth it and highly recommended!

We booked a the full day Huacachina tour through email correspondences and paid the costly sum of 85 USD per person. What we got out of this was absolutely terrible: 1) a bus ride Lima-Ica and back, which according to our tickets only cost 43 USD per person 2) a boring, low-quality lunch, which according to the menu was 10-15 USD per person 3) 20 minutes of guiding based on what we already read on a sign ... We had to wait one hour for our guide and subsequently we had three hours after lunch with nothing planned beforehand. We ended up buying the buggy tour recommended for 20 USD extra, even though it clearly could be done for less. All in all this was a big rip-off. We paid around 35-40 USD per person for them to read us a sign and buying bus tickets. We can only recommend people to get their hotels to book their bus tickets and buy the buggy tour when they arrive.

Huacachina Tours did a wonderful job of taking us to the sand dunes from Ica and arranging an experienced and trustworthy dune buggy driver. Our driver not only drove us thrillingly over the dunes, he also pleased everyone from our teenage children to mom who was a little nervous. They provided sand boards, wax and plenty of steep hills to careen down. It was amazing and completely worth the trip.
