    Amazing
What an amazing trip we had. So well organised. When we arrived by train a guide was waiting to escort us to the bus stop. Our overnight bag was taken by a porter to our hotel. In the town and were faced with the huge queue for the bus, we were worried that we wouldn't get to MP for out ticket time. However the whole thing was run with professionalism precision. All tge 12 md ticket holders were lined up on one side of the street. The buses ran constantly and we got up to the top in time. Our guide was waiting for us and took us on Circuit 2 around this immense monument.

    Great place
Machu Picchu was great. It's amazing how beautiful and big it . When we reached at 6, it was foggy and couldn't see anything. We were little disappointed but after few hours it cleared up and we had an awesome view. Everything was well organized including the bus service.

    Buyer beware
My husband and I climbed Huayna Picchu and the views are spectacular. The mountain is challenging in parts but overall very doable. It took us 2 hours to climb and 2 hours to go back down. We bought our tickets on the TripAdvisor website for 9/29/24, $200 for 2 tickets, but we were not emailed the correct ticket and were not allowed to enter. Without going through the tedious details, the punchline is TripAdvisor neglected to email our tickets to the Lima office, which I found out after calling the Help Center and speaking to the super helpful Francisco. He was able to arrange it so we could get tickets for the next day. The process to get the new tickets took up our whole day because we had to meet a local associate, Maricruz, who took us to an official office (maybe tourist) where we had to show our passports and get a number to return at 4 pm to then get our tickets. Maricruz met us at 4 pm with the money so we could buy our new tickets. Turns out the 2 tickets cost 400 Peruvian soles ($100 USD). So in addition to the inconvenient process of getting the right tickets, turns out TripAdvisor charges a 100 percent markup. Also, it was just luck that we had one more day in Machu Picchu city that we were able to do this. My one suggestion would be that if you do use Trip Advisor to purchase your tickets, before leaving on your trip, call the Lima office and confirm that they have your information.

    Great service.
Machu Picchu Center is an excellent source for travel services in Peru. We needed early morning tickets for Machu Picchu and the official site as well as several other sites were indicating that only limited afternoon tickets were available. Machu Picchu Center provided all necessary information and to our disbelief were able to get us 8:00 am tickets. We received our tickets online in the US and today visited Machu Picchu thanks to MPC. Great, reliable service.

Need to be proactive before tour starts, but amazing experience
My friend and I took a BFF trip to Peru and took the two day Humantay Lake and Salkantay Pass hike with a glass igloo stay. I had to be proactive in confirming our pick up the day before the tour (which ended up changing to meeting at their office vs picking us up). Our guide wasn’t quite fluent in English, but between his broken English and our some what limited understanding of Spanish, we were able to make it through. There were only three people that signed up for this tour so we were often combined with other groups. We hiked to Humantay Lake with those there for the one day and we shared meals at sky camp with those there for the 5 day Salkantay hike. Our guide often checked in with us and would take all of our photos. The stay at the igloo was the icing on the cake! They included the sleeping bags and liner which was nice. The views were spectacular! There were bathrooms just a short walk away. We met some great people along the way during our travels. I will say when it was time to drive back to Cusco, the van didn’t have a/c so it was quite warm and stuffy especially sitting in the way back. But despite those set backs, the experience was truly one of a kind!

    Genuine and easy
The official Machu Picchu website is very slow, unstable, and difficult to use. Hence, I decided to use this operator for the ticket. I was worried till the last min about it being a fake website and me getting denied entry right at the gate. Thankfully, that didn't happen. The operators are genuine and very easy to navigate.

    Unforgettable experience!
I want to thank Francisco at Machu Pichu Center. He was very responsive and professionall and helpful with all the questions I had. And I had a lot of questions. Thank you for recommending which circuit to take. We bought our entry tickets, bus ride to entrance and taxi ride to airport all from Machu Pichu center. It's a one stop shop! Very convenient, trustworthy and affordable. I'm also grateful that Machu Pichu center had tickets available as the official government website was sold out. Thank you!

A lot of effort for stunning views
We had a tour cancelled and had a nightmare trying to get to Machu Picchu from England. Thankfully, we found a local tour company in Cusco that helped us get tickets from the local 1000-per-day tickets that are offered by the council. Once you arrive from PeruRail to Aguas Calientes it is a race to get to the official entrance ticket office to wait for around an hour to get a number to come back in the evening to get your tickets. Aguas Calientes and Cusco are beautiful and well worth spending time to visit. You get a bus to Machu Picchu and then make your way up for what are magical views. The altitude can be very hard to deal with depending on your body. Circuit 1 can go by very quickly, but if you are struggling with the altitude it will be enough time. Circuit 2 provides an entrance to the village that we did not get. It is a lot of preparation and effort to get there and it takes more time than you are at Machu Picchu, but it is worth it for the stunning views.

    A mind blowing experience.
Our tour of Machu Picchu was awesome and we got a ton of fantastic photos. Highly recommend you find a tour guide, ours was very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu. The bus ride up and down the mountain was quick and the operation was well organized.

We secured a guide, Christian, and entrance tickets to Machu Picchu through this tour company. I was pleased by the communication from the company. We purchased tickets on a VIP level given that most tickets were sold out given the limited tickets available due to Covid. This ticket allowed us entry and anytime of the day. The tickets arrived electronically. Our guide met us the night before at 7 pm, discussed plans and was present to greet us on the agreed upon time. Bus ride up and toured this bucket list amazing historical place. Christian was knowledgable and took several pictures for us. The location allows for removal of the mask for pictures upon request of our guide. Yes you need a mask to walk around and a face shield on the bus, but small requirements which allow a visit to a spectacular viewing of Machu Picchu.

Thank you for you great review. Machupicchu Center exists to ensure travelers have the greatest experience when visiting Machupicchu and communication is so important but also experienced and personable local guides. Thank you for supporting our local economy. We hope you come again and visit Peru's other amazing tourist attractions.

Obviously, the best part of this tour was actually being at Machu Picchu, which I've wanted to do since I saw it in National Geographic as a little girl. Our excellent guide was Christian. He and Saul met us at our hostel the night before to go over the procedure for the next day and to answer any questions we had. Christian met us again in the morning, got us on the bus (we had bought our bus tickets the day before), took us where we needed to go once we got to the entrance, and then did a wonderful job of showing us around Machu Picchu, relating information about the history, architecture, religion, etc. He kept an eye on us going uphill (darn altitude!) and checked with us regularly to make sure we were feeling ok. Christian was easy to get along with, very knowledgeable, and took great pictures of us at Machu Picchu!

MachuPicchu Center is the number one organization that can put a package for you together in no time! They executed my trip on short notice and I was very pleased with my experience. , I believe Machu Picchu is a must! Beautiful place and the town of Aguas Caliente is just a one-of-a-kind place. Quaint, yet current, lots of tourists from all over the world, people pulling small suitcases and big and small groups. It was just something to see! Be sure to ask for the Guide, Christian. He is great at his job and I find him to have a host of knowledge of what he is doing. He does a perfect job with the tour. Also, Transport driver Kevin, be sure to ask for him when you book your trip!
I enjoyed this trip and am very pleased to recommend this company!

It’s a nice place to visit but not worth it at this time because of the fact that you can’t even remove your mask to take a picture when you are maintaining a safe distance between other visitors and then put it back is so disappointing.
It’s not about wearing it, of course we were complying with the “mandatory mask” throughout our tour but getting told off for trying to take only 1 picture without it after the money you pay to visit this country is not acceptable.
Some of the staff or “rangers” were rude and not friendly.
Everyone wants to get a picture in machupicchu and no ones wants to take it with their mask on.

This was the most amazing experience! Our original tickets to Machu Picchu got canceled and so in a last-minute panic we called this tour group and they were amazing. They sent somebody to guide us through how to get new tickets from the cultural center in town and then they took us to everywhere we needed to go in order to pay for the tickets and get bus tickets and everything. We couldn’t have done it without them and we would’ve had no idea where to start. Our Machu Pichu experience would’ve been a total bust and we would’ve come up here for nothing, but their quick responses and helpful people totally salvaged the day and made it super amazing. Their guides went above and beyond to provide us with a great day and with wonderful information. I will 100% recommend to anyone in the future

This was s really good experience. The historical site is amazing. And what made it extra perfect Alex Jesús the tour guide was amazing.  Very knowledgeable and friendly.  We moved through the city at a perfect pace not slow not fast. He knew all thr good photo locations and took some great photos of me. He speaks English very clearly and I could understand 100% of what he said all the time. He made good use of his book with pictures as well.   I'm very happy
If I was his boss I would give him a promotion.

I could not leave a higher review for them - they were just that awesome!!!!! They really saved us! The day we arrived in Aguas Calientes we realized that we hadn't finalized our tickets to enter Machu Picchu. It was one of those things that just leave you sick to your stomach. Initially we were going to go on our own. In that mad dash to fix the situation we stumbled across these guys. Alex showed up in person to help us find last minute tickets and stayed with us to secure getting on the bus and doing a tour right then! We originally had planned to do all that on our own but I just don't think we could have fixed and/or figured out everything on our own without his seriously amazing handling of the situation. That morning we thought our dreams weren't even going to happen and after Alex got involved he made everything even better than we had hoped for to start with! We will forever be grateful!!

Group tour - I was supposed to get picked up at the train station in Agua Caliente (also in case of a train delay up to 1 hour), but I got a message that we were meeting at the Machu Picchu entrance because my train was late. That wasn’t true, my train was perfectly on time.
At the end Paula, the guide, was really good and that absolutely saved the experience.
