The experience with my girlfriend in Machupicchu was very complete and pleasant with the team of Terra Quechua Peru, since I booked the tour (before coming to Peru) I had a constant accompaniment by the agency, always pending, our guide Edgar was very attentive to the group and answered all our questions and was very patient. I hope to come back soon and visit more places in Peru and especially Cuzco.

Overall 10/10 would recommend you use them for as many activities as you can during your time in Peru. Some of the highlights: 1. Itinerary planning: I called the Machu Picchu center probably 10 times to help me create the ULTIMATE trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu and then to rainbow mountain. They were very helpful and really thoroughly planned our whole trip including transportations and entrance tickets. 2. The tour guides: every guide we had (Machu Picchu, sacred valley and palcoyo mountain) were all enthusiastic about the topics and were very authentic. Only con: When they booked our Machu Picchu day, they didn’t pack enough relax time between hikes. If you’re doing a mountain (I.e Huchuy Picchu) and Machu Picchu, I suggest you carve 45-50 mins between. The hikes may take longer than the suggested time. You might also want to take a break to eat at the cafe at the mountain base.

Our day trip to Machu Picchu with my husband was an excellent expedition: well organised by Edwin from TERRA QUECHUA PERU travel agency in Cusco, our knowledgeable guide with excellent communication skills. We booked our trip well in advance so that everything would go according to plan, without stress, and so it did, it is difficult to describe in words the emotion and the impact that this visit has generated in me. There are not enough hours to contemplate how wonderful everything is; the mountain, the citadel, I don't know how long I remained motionless, hypnotised by what I was seeing. Truly incredible

Tour of Paracas, Ica, Huacachina from Miraflores in group service : I don't know if we require a guide for this tour. The guide did not explain even a single line. he was there just to rush you to fit the schedule. You can do this tour on your own by renting a car. there will be boat guide in Paracas and wine tour they have their own guide and in sand dunes you will be doing dune Buggie. we were made to sit in the front of the minivan beside the driver and the van was full and they have to adjust people in another transportation. The driver was sleepy all the time. they include the wine tours just to make business. We reached Huacachina at 4:30 in the evening and rushed to come back by 5:45. No time to even walk back from sand dunes. machu pichu center should change the tour operator. I still give machu pichu center 5 rating because of their coordination.

It was easier to buy my ticket on TripAdvisor than on the Machu Picchu website. When I tried to buy it on their website in December for January it wasn't available but I was able to buy here here. Everything was seamless and I was able to get in with them scanning my ticket on my phone.

I would absolutely work with Francisco to plan your trip to Peru. He is absolutely amazing. We are just finishing a 10 day trip to Peru and we could not have made this trip without him. Words cannot express the professionalism, kindness, spot on point service I received from Machu Picchu Center . Im a flight attendant and I understand service. Honestly , I couldn't have done it without them. Last minute on the fly bookings for EVERYTHING .All ways in touch with me , making sure I was on my train , had a driver to the airport or someone picking me up to take me to my hotel. My tour guide to Machu Pichu took white glove service of me. Navigating not only the ruins, but the twisty streets of Aquas , my luggage in tow to the train station. Thank you Christian . The weather was perfect, clear and crisp and as this was something I always wanted to do, I was not disappointed. Even though the climb was a challenge and the rough paths did not help this a bit older person, I made it through. I was glad I brought a walking pole as it helped in climbing steps and my balance on uneven paths but well worth the effort. Our guide was very informative and paced the walk well. I am still amazed by the effort it took to build it in the first place. It is nice they are working to continue to preserve Manchu Picchu for the future generations.

Fast and easy way to buy tickets without lines. We had a good experience with this company, and had a wonderful time in Machu Picchu.

We were ten of us (in our 50s and 60s) on this 11 day trip with six doing the Inca Trail and four doing the sightseeing. Machu Picchu Center and specifically Ivan made sure that each and every part of our trip is precisely planned to our interests. Ivan’s suggestions and recommendations were right on spot and saved us a lot of money. he guided us in making right decisions. The hotels, the transport , the tours and the Inca trail company that he recommended were of high quality and served us well. Ivan went beyond the call of duty and was accessible even during evenings and night times to answer any questions we have. When one of our members had an issue with the Machu Picchu entrance ticket he resolved it quickly and made sure that the member toured Machu Picchu as planned. Just to give you an example of the service we received, when we realized that there was no food available in Cusco airport before our flight back to Lima, Ivan jumped to our rescue and ordered Papa John’s pizza from Lima to be delivered at Cusco airport. I would recommend Machu Picchu Center and Ivan without hesitation to anyone planning a trip to Peru.
