Great service, very easy to book and change pick up times as our plans changed, response times were quick, all off the vehicles we had were comfortable, the drivers were helpful and friendly. I would highly recomend for anyone booking their own transport and tours.

I was concerned we wouldn't find transport FROM Halong Bay to Hanoi rather than vice versa, but Halong Transportation was there for us. Great communication - I heard from them several days before our trip to confirm, which was comforting because I had a contact point. They sent photos of the vehicle and license plate information so it was easier to find the driver at the pickup point. The driver on the return trip even did a couple block detour for us so we could see one more sight before we left Hanoi.

We have booked our two way transfer to and from Halong bay with this computer. Huy Do was very great at communication and really supportive. Car came on time and we have been given all the information correctly. Very good to book with. Both cars we have been travel was excellent condition.

Rented the limo van to transport from Ninh Binh to Ha Long. Was a very comfortable and clean limo van. We had a great driver that was friendly and courteous. Family loves the comfort of the ride. We ended up booking with them again to transport to Hanoi. Great service and they supply what they advertise. Would recommend and would use their service again!

The service was quick, professional and courteous. I needed a transfer from Ha Long to Ha Noi airport and made a mistake with the car reservation date and realized it the date of the departure, when waiting for the car to pick me up! The company accommodated the change with no question, and the car picked me up exactly when I needed, which was fantastic. The driver was very good, polite. The car was very clean, air conditioned and played nice, calming music. I would book the car with Halong Transport again and would recommend it.

Booked a car from our hotel in Ninh Binh to our Halong bay cruise. The driver arrived on time and the car was spotlessly clean with our own air con control. Driver was friendly and we even received water and some lovely pictures of Halong bay and a map as a gift. We dealt with Rosie through email on the website and she was an absolute gem, really kind, polite and helped us with everything. Highly recommend.

The driver waited for me at the arrival gate on time with my name sign board after the officer reconfirmed details with me via whatsapp one day about meeting point; He was so nice, helpful, and supportive to transfer my heavy luggages to the car.
