I booked this excursion and only had one day to tour. The day before I called Viator and the phone number to reach out to the person overseeing the tour threw out the whole day before to find out where I was being picked up. I finally got thru to someone at the number listed and found out it was a wrong number. I had searched the tour location and it said "permanently closed". Even through Viator was told all of this they said that they wouldn't refund me yet because my excursion was booked and only if I wasn't picked up at 7am the next morning would they refund me. They wouldn't let me cancel and rebook a different excursion. NOBODY EVER CAME TO GET US!!
We weren't able to tour Halong Bay because of Viator. When reaching out to them after, all they would do is refund the excursion. They refused to compensate or discount any future excursions even though they ruined my trip!!

What a wonderful trip! A highlight for our Vietnam trip for sure. Lucky, Henry, and Bic were fantastic hosts. They certainly made the trip that much better!!
