Riko gives the extra push that I needed to feel confident. I had a safe session and I felt I was understood. The mentality of the Instructor was adapted to my level and skill. I took 5 hours lesson and I had a good time. I can now kite well, it's all thanks to the Instructor.

It was first time for me and my wife to practice kitesurf. It was marvellous, Ricko gave us an unforgettable lesson. He is great tutor, patient and professional. I definitely recommend the kitesurf to everyone. You all can do it guys and it's worth it!!! :)

Me and my friend spontaniously took a two-hours private class for beginners. We had never done it before, but that was no problem, because the instructors were really good. They were patient and nice, and really experienced. The conditions here are also very good for beginners, with shallow and warm water. We highly recommend this place!

In short - its a great experience, definitly try kiting here if you are on Koh Tao. The water is warm and shallow here! We stayed in a hotel Close by and found Rico and the kite school by chance. They are so nice and welcoming! As complete beginner i tried kite surfing for the First Time. The trainers are so helpful and i felt completly safe and Made rapid progress. They have great Equipment, even with helmet so you dont have to worry at all. And plus they are so flexibel - Just send a text and schedule a lesson - and then enjoy the great time! Wish i had more time, but even If you dont finish the whole Program, they are iko certified so you can continue the course somewhere else. Thanks for the fun time!

I have wanted to learn how to kiteboard for a really long time, so I booked a 3 day course with Riko and I loved it! He is a great instructor with the best kiteboarding equipment on the market. He did a perfect job keeping the lesson at my level. I never felt bored, and I also didn’t feel overwhelmed. I’m really happy I booked my lesson here.

We had been watching the kites soar in the sky for a while, both avid wakeboarders, we knew we wanted to give it a go! We did the three day course which was around 11,000 baht, is standard for this course in Thailand and is cheaper than learning in Europe! Plus you get to be in warm water!! This sport is dependant on the wind, obviously, so if you book the course be prepared if there is no wind!! We didn't pay fully until each lesson had ended which was great as we missed one day due to the wind. That wasn't a problem though as it was the day after the full moon... Our instructors were Riko and Stephan, both extremely knowledgeable, patient and very good teachers! My partner and I both managed to stand up and kite between 20-100m both left and right! We were very happy; it is quite hard to master the kite and when you throw a board in there too there is a lot to think about! Both instructors were great at giving direction and because it was one on one they could correct technique which meant learning was excelled! Highly recommend this school, they are flexible and easy to get in touch with.

It is absolutely worth the price. The beach at Koh Phangan has best conditions for a first try. The wind ist not too strong and the water is not too deep. Every teacher seemed to be very open-minded, experienced, motivated and enthusiastic. I could not imagine a better place to take some Kitesurfing lessons and wished I could have stay there longer. I can only recommend it!

Rico and Di made impossible - I stand on board and started to ride. I have a lot of experience in snowkiting, but riding on the water is completely different thing. Waiting for wind to get to their spot again!

I took kite lessons with Riko while I was in Koh Phangan. He is a great guide - he really knows how to handle the kite, gives great on-the-spot explanations, both theory and practice. I also liked that he takes the matter seriously and puts safety first as it is a sport that can hurt you. Also, the equipment is of the best company and in very good condition. The location on Ban-Thai beach is perfect for learning as the water are shallow for miles. Riko is the man! Thanks and hope to come next time as a pro and rent from you!!!
