About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- David B0 contributionsAmazing bike tour with the best guide ever! The bike tour was a perfect way to see and learn about Ayutthaya ruins up close in a small group. We arrived by train (45 min) from Bangkok and walked up the road to the time tour company. We met one other couple and also our guide Bella, who was excellent! She taught us some basic bike safety hand signals and off we went. It was a very warm day and she stopped several times to provide water. Our first stop was to load the bikes onto a water taxi and cross the river to the old city. It was awesome! We saw an older functioning temple, several of the ancient Wats and Chedis and Prangs. Bella taught us a lot of history which was great. An advantage about bikes is you could see so much more than by vehicle. We were able to ride through parks and even saw a water monitor crawling out of a canal. We felt very safe on the bikes as Bella was able to negotiate traffic well and keep us on mainly quiet roads. If you visit, definitely consider the bike tour. It was a highlight of our trip!Written November 19, 2024
- ScottW_110 contributionsThis tour won’t disappointI would recommend a guided trip to explore Ayutthaya. With the ruins being spread out over a large area a bike was a great way to get around and see multiple sites and this tour got 5 stars. We had been in the city for a day and tried touring ourselves. After being a little overwhelmed with where to start we decided to book this bike tour. We have two children under 13 and Boong our guide was great. As a teacher she was able to communicate clearly with us and our children about the culture, history and what we were passing. We biked almost 8 km and saw many sites, tasted some market treats and had a short stop for drinks midway through. Everything on the tour is provided for, entrance fees, ferry ride, drink break are all included. You will pay for nothing extra. We left feeling great about the experience we had. Both children and adults learned more than they ever would have trying to do the city on our own. Thanks to Boong our trip to Ayutthaya felt complete after this fun, adventurous and educational day in the city.Written October 21, 2024
- Paradise117600083890 contributionsGood bike tourThe tour experience is good with friendly tour guides, she gave a good explanation on the history of the temple we visited. They also provided free water and souvenirs to us. Recommended to have a try when visit to Ayutthaya.Written September 27, 2024
- brucegT9399HP0 contributionsA wonderful day in AyutthayaWe had a wonderful day experiencing the beauty, history and jaw-dropping spirituality of Ayutthaya. We had Khun Gott as our tour guide and he was fabulous: great knowledge, English skills and humour. We enjoyed every aspect of the tour: the amazing architecture, the off-the-beaten-track routes in between locations, the wonderful lunch stop and learning so much about Buddhism and Thai culture. It was an amazing day and so much more than expected. Thank you, Gott!Written September 23, 2024
- Alison M0 contributionsDifferent, fun, informative and would recommendReally enjoyable day. Saw areas of the city we wouldn't have seen otherwise - residential areas, a school, rice crops, a restaurant off the beaten track. Plus information about the temples and the opportunity to ask questions was great.Written August 21, 2024
- R2615LAkenh0 contributionsBiking through the real Ayutthaya, not just temple ruinsThis was a great route. Rather than just go to the main temple ruins, we got to bike through rural roads, visit different cultural neighborhoods, and even a temple school—all before going to see the best selection of temple sites. Bella was a fun and enthusiastic tour guide, who attended to all of our needs (including providing ice cold water during the hottest stretches of biking). I would happily do this tour again, the next time with my familyWritten August 16, 2024
- B5454NOrobertp0 contributionsAyutthaya half day bike tour - Sunday 11 August 09:00Booked the 09:00 half day tour but was told that there had to be a minimum of 2 people for the tour to take place and did I want to move to a 10:00 busier tour or the afternoon tour starting at 13:00. There was no way in that heat (feeling like plus 40 degrees) that I wanted the latter so I plumped for paying for an extra slot to take the 09:00. The best money spent - Bella was a credible host - enlightened me with such knowledge and insight on the history of beautiful Ayutthaya. The bikes have 3 gears which help you enough and Bella is able to get admission easily to those sites that needed tickets - even when surrounded by a mob of tourists. Sweet little pancake stop at a street vendor broke the ride up. Great little boat ferry across at the beginning and back at the end of the tour - super tour covering all the sites. Finished off with a refreshing cold towel before the midday heat kicked in. If you only do one thing when you are here - then this tour is for you.Written August 14, 2024
- tairom6320 contributionsBeware. Irresponsible company practices in regards to days of extreme weather and heat waveThe operator acted irresponsibly. They confirmed the tour in the middle of a heat wave of over 40 degrees C (105 F). Temp over 35 degrees (95 F) the tour should have been cancelled, not confirmed. Their argument was that Thailand is a tropical country. But no human being can be out biking for 7 hours in 40 degree weather. Tip for travelers. Check the weather forecast and cancel the trip in advance, and don’t expect the tour company to act out of sympathy or reason.Written April 8, 2024
- drago_an2nn0 contributionsHistory and sightseeingThe views were amazing and I had a lovely company with me: Bella and Be. They made the activity very enjoyable. The history of former capital of Thailand Ayutthaya was captivating.Written March 22, 2024
- 872davee0 contributionsA very good day outThe bikes were new and well maintained. The 2 guides (B1 & B2, they told us) really looked after us making sure we had water, and we traversed junctions safely. My Mrs (58) and not much of a bike rider felt very safe and supported. The day itself included much more than we expected, a ride, a history lesson, lunch, a walk through a local market with tastings and explanations, visits to 3 temples, and a boat ride. It’s hot make sure you have your sunscreen on.Written February 26, 2024
- Rafiby0 contributionsRecommended! This trip is just perfect if you want to explore wonderful Ayutthaya with your family! Our guide Bella was amazing, helpful and adapted the tour to the age of the children. The tour is diverse, safe, offers a charming place for lunch, and the bikes are of excellent quality! So, we definitely recommend this!Written December 23, 2023

- Sandervw0 contributionsAll you want to know of Ayutthaya you will get to know in this tourGuide Bella's knowledge on Thailand's history and that of Ayutthaya is amazing. She can tell you all about the temples you visit on this tour. She also makes sure you won't get thirsty and of course keeps an eye on safety.Written April 11, 2023
- Vnagrao0 contributionsFabulous cycling tour through Ayutthaya and surrounding areasEnjoyed thoroughly the cycling tour on the 28th January 2023. I was the only customer for the tour on that day, so I had the privilege of having the full attention of my guide Bella, who was very helpful, informative and fun. It was really a fabulous experience cycling around the streets of Ayutthaya, crossing the river by the small ferry, eating lunch in a nice restaurant and trying out a local sweet at a street side shop. All in all a memorable day. Thanks to Bella!Written March 9, 2023

We had an amazing time cycling through town with Bella! The office where you meet up is a little bit out of the way but you can get there easily by Grab or tuk tuk (or motorbike if you have one). Once we arrived we were greeted by Bella and it turned out we were the only ones who booked that night, so it turned into a private cycling tour. We first took the ferry across the river which was really cool and cycled around until we arrived at Wat Mahathat, we then continued on for a stroll around the night market and tasted a few local snacks/appetisers which were all great! After this we continued Wat Phra Ram and Wat Phra Si Sanphet before we stopped at a very local spot for dinner. Bella ordered a hunch of dishes for us to try and all of them were very delicious and we had never tried before. We were also the only foreigners in this place which tells you how local it was, we absolutely loved this! After dinner we finished the tour by cycling back to the office.
All in all this was an amazing experience and a huge thanks to Bella for making this tour so enjoyable. Just be aware that since this is in the evening the Wats will be closed so you'll enjoy them from outside the grounds, which is still very impressive. Highly recommended doing this tour to give you a different perspective of the city at night.

The bikes were in great condition. Our guide was really knowledgeable and personable. We saw some amazing sites, and a particular highlight was standing at the top of one of the temples, as the sunset, as the bats were flying out of the temple en masse! Just stunning!

We will be staying in Bangkok and it appears that we should be able to figure out how to take the train to Ayutthaya. I would like to take the sunset excursion, however I am wondering if we will be able to get a train back to Bangkok after that tour is over in the evening.
