Bout took care of all details....from airport pickup to airport drop off. Every detail they outlined was perfect. We traveled to India in June 2024 as a family of 4 with my parents, all planned with the help of Bout India Tours. Overall, an amazing experience. Our itinerary was personalized as we had specific locations we wished to visit outside of the pre-set tours they have available. Itinerary included Delhi, Agra, Shimla, Kashmir, and Ayodhya. In total, a 12 day trip with our 2 boys (ages 8 and 10), and my parents. Overall we found lead planner Sonal to be very responsive and flexible in the pre-planning stages with providing options for each leg of the trip for hotels, transportation and itineraries. On the ground once we arrived, Chahat was our primary contact and was equally responsive and helpful! We had a few modifications of our tour itinerary along the way and both were incredibly flexible and helpful. The private cars, tour guides, and hotels were all fantastic and we had luxury-level service in every city. We would absolutely book with Bout Tours again!

We had a fantastic time in Kerala, which is a beautiful state in the south west of India. The travel arrangements made by BOUT INDIA were great; airconditioned SUV, five-star hotel, and wonderful activities.

My boyfriend and I didn’t know what to expect when we planned a trip to India to attend a friends wedding. Bout India made our trip seamless and unforgettable from start to finish. Bout India was amazing in helping us to plan a very last minute trip to the amazing Spiti valley! Initially Nitesh and Kunal were able to put together a super itinerary based on our preference, and made their recommendations accordingly. They were able to put us at ease as we had not worked with Bout before, especially given that we had to make the entire payment upfront because of the timeframe. They were able to put us in touch with the local agent in Manali. Geet took over the communication before we reached Manali, and was checking with us constantly throughout the trip. She was able to incorporate places that were not initially planned in the trip, and worked with Rajat, our super helpful, knowledgeable, and amazing guide along with our superhero driver Kumar Saab for an amazing experience overall. We had a great trip thanks to Bout, and would love to get their super efficient planning skills for our future trips as well! The only thing I would like to share in terms of planning for Spiti is that from Manali, going into Spiti can be a challenging drive. Clients should be informed of the same so that they can make some informed decisions. Even though Bout was prepared for any height related issues such as carrying portable oxygen cylinders etc, it was a bit much to travel from Delhi, and then leave directly for Spiti, which is a tough drive for almost 10 plus hours on a very tricky road. But overall, a super experience with Bout, and especially during our trip with Kumar Saab, Rajat, and Geet! Kudos to the entire team!

We visited Kashmir & Ladakh from 5-16 June 2024 and had a magical time! This would not have been possible without the team at Bout India working tirelessly to curate the perfect itinerary for me and my 2 travel partners. I chanced upon Bout India through an online search requesting for details. What I did not expect was a superquick response with a detailed itinerary from Mr Himanshu. He checked in constantly to see if we had any queries. Every question we had was answered with clarity and transparency - nothing was missed out. The speed of response from Mr Himanshu never faltered throughout our correspondence. He took the time to understand our interests and suggested activities/experiences to maximise our time in Ladakh. Mr Himanshu set the stage for the professionalism of the Bout India team who were not only efficient, but trustworthy too. Ms Chahat was our trip coordinator. Her bubbly and friendly demeanor radiated through her messages. Like Mr Himanshu, she too took the time to explain when changes in the itinerary had to be made. In our case, Gulmarg Gondola tickets could not be secured for Phase 2 as we booked the trip relatively late. But she furnished us with tickets and all the details required well in advance of our trip so that we were prepared. When we realised we required additional baggage on our domestic flight and had sporadic Internet connection, Ms Chahat swiftly arranged it for us. We were also very grateful when she said we could make the payment after the trip as she wanted us to not worry about this and immerse in the trip fully. We were truly touched by this extremely kind gesture. The guides and drivers assigned to us were knowledgeable and skilful respectively. During the first 4 days in Kashmir, Mr Javeed was our guide while Mr Zulfikar was our driver. Throughout the trip, Mr Javeed offered various options that we could consider doing as we had spare time. He picked the most excellent tea spots - giving us the local experience. Mr Zulfikar was always punctual and took us through winding mountains passes expertly. Most of our trip was spent in Ladakh under the care of Mr Tundup Namgail, our guide, and Mr Imtiyaz Ahmad, our driver. To our pleasant surprise, both of them met us at our hotel in Kargil the day before the start of this leg just to introduce themselves and brief us on the Ladakh itinerary as well as to allay any concerns of AMS. This was most impressive! Mr Tundup was easygoing in nature and had a wealth of knowledge about Buddhism, and local culture which he readily shared with anyone who approached him. When our friend had moderate AMS at Lamayuru, he sprung into action to mitigate it immediately. He also made clever decisions to tweak the itinerary such that our friend could recover, while hardly missing any of the sights in Leh. Mr Tundup was always patient with us and walked at our pace as we tried to catch our breath at the high altitude. Each time, Mr Imtiyaz took the wheels, we would feel extremely safe - even as he navigated through many tricky paths. Bout India has been exceptional from the very beginning until the end. We will recommend them to anyone looking to visit India in a heartbeat. (Thank you once again, Bout India for enabling us to experince Kashmir & Ladakh in the most amazing way!)

Just returned from our Nepal/Golden Triangle tour and had the most amazing experience. Bout India’s teamwork is commendable. It is evident since everything went seamlessly…things just fell into place like a puzzle. All the local guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Our skillful driver, Sonuji navigated the heavily congested streets to our destinations safely. Bout India took care of every little detail, all we had to do was pack our bags and soak in the experience. Very very happy with the service we received. One of the best organized trip ever! From the moment we contacted Bout India about our interest in visiting Nepal and India, we were guided by Pinki to curate the best customized itinerary that met our budget and expectations. We decided to take a family trip to Kashmir and hired the services of Bout India. Bout India handled our entire tour in a highly professional manner. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and visits to various locations in the heavenly Kashmir. The house boat selection on Nagin Lake was fabulous. Our kids had a fantastic time in Pahalgam where we visited Aru Valley and spent time on the banks of the Lidder River. Horseback riding, trekking, and sight seeing with ample free time for us to enjoy togetherness. We then returned to Srinagar and took a day trip to Gulmarg. Everything was arranged in a highly professional manner by Bout India (Shout out to Chahat and her ground staff in Kashmir). We were so impressed with their organization, that on our way back, we let Bout India also organize our trip to Agra.

I was at Ladakh from 11 to 21 Jul and it was one of the most fulfilling and beautiful experiences I ever had. The people and ever changing landscapes were so amazing, I did not sleep during any of my car rides! I travelled to Leh, Kargil, Nubra, Panggong and some bits of Sham Valley Trek. Laised with Bout India's Himanshu on my customized itinerary, as I wanted both sightseeing and trekking. Himanshu was so quick in all his responses to my questions and was very assuring. As a solo traveller, the way he handled the whole itinerary planning was superb, with confidence and professionalism, yet with care and concern. I did not think twice to book with Bout India, for my trip to Ladakh. Even the hotels and homestays at the trekking villages (selected by my guide) selected were great, and I had no complains. I really enjoyed every bit of my itinerary. In fact, I deeply regretted not being able to stay longer, to visit Hanle and Zanskar Range! I will definitely visit again and choose Bout India again! At Ladakh, I met my guide, Tundup Wangial and my driver, Dorjay Namjial. The moment I saw them, I felt home and at ease. Tundup was one of the most experienced guides I ever came across, with his deep expertise and knowledge on Ladakh, her people, culture, festivals and especially on Buddhism. He always knew the answer to my queries and took the time and patience to explain everything clearly. He was also very quick to come up with alternate plans, if I could not do something. We had wonderful conversions on life, religions and philosophy. He was really great. Dorjay, with his superb driving skills up to the narrow winding roads of the mountains, was so kind and caring, always helping me carry my heavy bag to the hotels/homestays. Geet, from Bout India, was my laison officer. She messaged and called me every alternate day to check in on me, if I'm doing great and if there were any issues. She really showed care and concern, and even checked in with my guide to see how I was doing. She was very kind with her words and it was great connecting with her on my experience at Ladakh, while being there. I was very happy to have chosen Bout India for my trip to Ladakh, who took care of every of my concern and need, and blessed to have wonderful guide and driver to take care of me while being there. My brother and I both went on a 14 day tour which consisted of Delhi, Agra, Ranthambhore, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. It was absolutely amazing. All the tours were so engaging and really built around our interests. We saw a wide variety of historical places and learned so much about India’s rich history. Our driver Mr Singh was the best and besides making the driving look so easy also made us so comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone touring India.
