- 177rogern0 contributionsGreat kayak experienceA wonderful way to spend 4 hours on the water. Despite the unexpected turn in the weather, we had an amazing time kayaking around a couple of islands and swimming/snorkeling in a cove. Pjero was an excellent guide and made sure we stayed safe and gave us background/history on the area. I highly recommend this tour if enjoy kayaking or thinking you will enjoy kayakingWritten September 14, 2024
- 627fannib0 contributionsbest holiday experienceIt was just an amazing tour. My partner and I had booked the day before and to our great delight we were the only ones there, but despite this, our guide kept the tour to just 2 people. He told us the important things to know about the techniques at the beginning and we were on the water. Even with zero experience we had kayaks that were easy to control with life jackets. During the trip we stopped numerous times to talk to our very nice guide who told us a lot about the country, tourism, economy, so the tour was not stressful. The 4 hour tour was an unforgettable experience, I recommend it to everyone!Written September 5, 2024
- teamwhiteontour0 contributionsA beautiful way to experience KorculaFabulous morning sea kayaking in Korcula! Ourselves and our 7 year old daughter had a wonderful time within a small group of around 9 of us. Damir was a brilliant guide and explained everything really well (we were first-time kayakers) and took us to some beautiful places. He was kind to our daughter, giving her a small-sized paddle. The water was warm and crystal clear and we had chances to snorkel (equipment provided) and swim. We kayaked around 10km over the course of the morning and loved every minute of it. A fabulous way to see the island. We were staying at Aminess Port 9 so starting location couldn't have been better - 3 mins walk from our hotel! Highly recommended.Written September 4, 2024
- ericatS6976ND0 contributionsHighly recommended! We had a great time on this tour. It ended up being just myself and my 14 year old son as no one else had booked. Our guide was Mislav who was great! He was so knowledgeable and we enjoyed hearing all his stories and facts about Korcula. He was also very good giving us advice about how to kayak together. We visited a deserted island and stopped off at a couple of other places along the way - we were amazed that we kayaked 10K. I would highly recommend doing this tour as it is a great way to see some of the island. We were picked up and dropped off in the old town which was so convenient. Thank you for a fun experience 😃Written August 27, 2024
- Beccivelo0 contributionsBest way to visit deserted beaches near KorculaA brilliant day out! My son (under 10) and I joined a tour led by our excellent guide Mislav, together with a family of 4, who had 2 adult children. We had a double kayak, and even though my son spent lots of time relaxing rather than paddling, the 10km paddle wasn’t too hard (although the way back was probably the hardest bit, as we were going against the wind). We got to explore two of the islands nearby to Korcula, and paddled past a couple more. Mislav took us to a couple of deserted beaches, where we got to swim and snorkel (the clear water and the fish were amazing) and hang out for a bit, before paddling onwards. He was great with my son, showing him lots of the wildlife and sharing lots of local stories, as well as teaching him how to skim stones. As we were paddling, Mislav was full of interesting stories about local history and local characters, and he was a very encouraging guide, giving everyone handy tips to help everyone improve their paddling and enjoy it more. Damir, who runs the company, picked us up from the old town to take us to the start point and back, and he was also really friendly and shared some local Korcula knowledge (e.g. a tip on where the locals eat in Korcula). Like many places in Korcula, payment was in cash only. We were told to expect the tour to last 4-4.5 hours, and it was about 4.5 in the end. We were in Korcula on one of the hottest days so far this year (38 degrees), but on the water it felt much cooler and more comfortable.Written August 17, 2024
- RonHols0 contributionsKayaking in KorculaReally good kayaking trip with confident and experienced guides. Nice small group. Equipment was good quality, including snorkels. Amazing scenery. Good challenge level and we felt the leader could adapt to the level of the group. Would have liked a second snorkel stop but we did have time for a dip.Written August 2, 2024
- BSGH0 contributionsFull day sailing excursionMy husband and I booked a full day sailing trip with Korcula Outdoor. This was a working sailboat with a captain (Milijenko, who was fantastic - so generous with his local knowledge and sailing expertise). Ivana from Korcula Outdoor organized everything for us for the trip, including proposing several options for a lunch stop to meet our taste and budget. Ivana was so generous with her time, she even helped us book an olive oil tasting elsewhere on the island. I can’t recommend her and Korcula Outdoor enough!Written July 6, 2024

- SrikanthRaju0 contributionsGreat way to explore the paklinski islandsA chill kayaking expedition to one of the beaches on paklinski. He took us to mlini which is a great beach and not as crowded. He was very helpful throughout the entire trip, our kayak had a minor hiccup with the rudders and he fixed it pronto! We felt very safe sea kayaking for the first time.Written June 12, 2024
- Liza S0 contributionsHighly recommendThe weather wasn’t ideal but they made our experience great anyways. Didn’t get to snorkel due to the weather but got a tour of two small islands with their history. Highly recommend.Written May 31, 2024
- GizFB0 contributionsBrilliant trip around the beautiful Korcula and nearby islandsWe had a brilliant kayak trip round the cost of Korcula and nearby islands. Friendly and knowledgeable guide who adapted the trip to suit the weather and told us all about the area and the local history. Included a couple of stops to rest on Badija and Vrnik - the latter to see the old quarry which was interesting. Beautiful views and a great way to get a different view of these stunning islands.Written May 18, 2024

This was one of our top experiences on our trip to Croatia. We had a small group and we made a couple of extra stops and saw local landmarks and got some history of the island. Our guide was a local to the island and we loved hearing the stories he had. Our “local snack” could easily qualify as a meal and was one of the best charcuterie boards we have ever had. We also got 3 different wines all were very good! Would totally do this tour again!!!

Really enjoyed the bike ride and wine tasting with Mislav.
Our group was small (only 5 of us plus guide) and, in addition to the wine tasting, we had a nice bike ride through the countryside, visited a church with a great view, another viewpoint and a 1/2 hour stop at a sandy beach (bring your bathing suit!). The ride itself was moderate (not easy but not hard).
We got to taste three wines which were all very good (white / Grk, Rosé, and red). We also had a good-sized and very yummy charcuterie board to snack on during the wine tasting.
Overall would definitely recommend this tour.

Mizlev (sp?) was a an excellent guide, very informative, detailing Korcula culture and some history. He was upbeat, looked after stragglers to ensure they stayed with the group, and allowed flexibility for those wanting to go ahead. The wine tasting (3 wines) was a welcome respite, and paired well with the Croatian appetizers (“merenda”). Bread would be a welcome addition.

Mislav was an excellent guide; my friend Becca and I learned so much as shared personal anecdotes and histories of the island. The pace was leisurely with plenty of stop offs to catch our breath and learn more about the beautiful countryside. We appreciated his patience and willingness to share his knowledge with us! The grk wine was delicious, light and refreshing. Highly recommend this tour!

This was so much fun! A beautiful way to see the island beyond old town. Our guide was very knowledgeable about history, traditions, and archeology! We stopped at a beautiful winery (the Grk was fantastic!) and had a nice stop by the water. A beautiful ride all the way around. Some hills were steep, but our guide kept a pace that worked for everyone in the group, and stopped frequently for water breaks. This might have been the best part of our visit to Korčula!

We really enjoyed the tour, our guide was excellent, lots of stories and information about the island as we toured along. Kept pace appropriate for our group, cycling was easy, and we really didn't rush at all. Food at the winery was wonderful, plenty of time there to taste the wines. Even got to have a swim at the sand beach near Lombarda. Highly recommend.

The bike trip was wonderful. We biked about 10 miles through various terrains and stopped to see the sites. The winery was beautiful with excellent wine and snacks. I would recommend this trip for a fun way to spend part of the day while staying in Korcula.

We had a really great morning cycling from korcula to Lombardo with our guide damir. The cycling was easy and we stopped a few times for a quick break and take in some local historical sites. The winery visit was brilliant…very friendly and informative with lovely wines and a fantastic snack brunch lunch. Returning back to korcula we even had time for a quick beach visit and swim.
The whole morning experience lasted nearly 4.5 hours.
We all agreed that this was a korcula highlight.

Amazing tour with lots of information from our guide. Relaxed with plenty of time to enjoy each element of the trip. Wine tasting was a real highlight at a stunning location with some tasty snacks. All rounded off with a swim at a sandy beach in Lumbarda. Great way to see and learn more about the island, we would highly recommend this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our bicycle tour with Damir. He patiently reminded us how to ride our bicycles, shared the history of Croatia and Korcula, carried a bottle of wine, provided sight-seeing recommendations and made us feel very welcome. He was a marvelous ambassador and host!
The ride from Korcula to Lombarda was disappointing but things improved once we arrived at the Vitus Winery. We were warmly greeted and introduced to Grk and their other wines. The charcuterie and cheese plate was most appreciated. The ride back to Korcula was breathtaking and less severe. It was a highlight of our visit to this wonderful island. Thank you, Pacho!
