Expats Holiday planned everything for our 16 day vacation from Shanghai to Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, Chengdu, and Dunhuang. Our flights, hotels, guides and drivers were all booked through them. The whole trip exceeded our expectations and we were happy with all guides and drivers. I would recommend Expats Holiday for any short trip, or any long customized itinerary.

Something happened over a year ago. The agency was great, five stars. People changed and the new people are not as good. The quality of the service and recommendations have gone down. While still an OK agency be careful to review everything including location of hotels to where you want to go. After sales support is uneven.

They were perfect in everything! I came from shanghai to chengdu by myself with their help, they booked the plane ticket for me and the hotel. The accomodation was beautiful and the group tour in chengdu also.The tour guide was very funny and very expert. It has been an amazing experience!

Expats arranged our entire trip to the Maldives and all arrangements were flawless . this was the second time for us to use Expats and once again , we were not disappointed . They took care of everything , hotels transfers , domestic flights ( eventhough we booked with miles ). The hotel was great and I think was good value for the location , which is unbelievable . Expats Holidays organized our 1-week family trip to Guilin, Longsheng (rice terraces), Sanjiang (Dong minority village) and Yangshuo. Everything went very well! Our English speaking guide was very considerate, our driver drove very well and carefully. Hotels were nice and well located. We had a great time! When we faced some issues (one of our children has been sick), Expats Holidays was extremely reactive and found solutions right away. Very customer-oriented !

Yes, we very much did enjoy our holiday, many thanks. Overall experience was great, lovely hotel, people, snow skiiii. All was great, we did seek out and find a trip to the whale shark swimming which was a true highlight. Hotel meet and beat all our expectations, room was large and comfortable and the facilities and service great. No real improvements to have. We have recommended you to our friends.
