Amazing experience, trustworthy and professional service
First of all: if you have the chance to go to Atacam, DO IT! It is such a unique experience, you do not want to miss it. With this tour, it was easy. Clear and timely information about the tours, what to pack and where to be when. And Alex was a wonderful and helpful chauffeur and guide, and always translated everything to English to me when needed. And for me, the most important part was that I felt I really could trust that they had everything handled and that I would get the best possible experience — especially given that I booked on such short notice (4 days before) and did not have time to research too much myself, this was critical. Also, their quick answers and communication in English was also really helpful! I can only come up with a few suggestions for improvements, for the information about tours part. 1) I was not quite prepared for -15 at El Tatio, since I had only checked San Pedro temperatures (showed -2). 2) Mentions about toilets on tours missing, but don't worry, there are toilets every 2 hours or so. The air is so brutally dry that you will feel like needing to drink all the time (and also to avoid altitude sickness). All in all, a wonderful experience and it was the highlight of my whole trip to Chile. Thank you for taking good care of us and making Atacama such a special experience!

    Sunrise at Tatio Geysers
It was a very good tour to the Tatio Geysers & Rio Putana wetlands. The guide was funny and very experienced! I recommend this tour!

Great Tour but have a suggestion
The tour was great and we visited many of the best sites in Atacama. The guides were excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. Because of the distances between the sites was significant and worth the drive, the drives were long. This was ok, but there were 1 or 2 too many people in the van we were in. Being last in I was in the last row of four, between some big folks and it was very uncomfortable after a 9 hour tour. The tour company needs to consider that the space available in the van may not adequate if there are some larger folks and therefore book a couple less people. It is a small group tour. This is the only negative on a good day.

    Worth the early morning
Wetland was our favorite. We could have stayed there all day. Alexi was so knowledgeable and friendly. It’s totally worth the 3am alarm!

Alex made this an exceptional experience ! Very knowledgeable. Great fun and made delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs at iced 8400metres. Minus 2C when we arrived but once the sun rises it warms up quickly

    An amazing day
This was my favourite tour of the Atacama. I appreciated that everything was included and that we didn’t have to carry extra money to pay the park entrance fees. Our guide Jirmosa ( I don’t think that is how you spell her name sorry) was a passionate experienced guide who knew the very best time to take us to the Chaxa Lagoon to get a silent and private viewing before the hoards of tourists! Our experience here was special. Next we went up to the Altiplanic lakes and walked around marvelling at their beauty. We saw lots of Vicuña and bird life including a Rhea. On to the Salar de Tamara most remarkable place with red iron rocks fused with basalt from a pyroclastic explosion. The views here were stunning and it was wonderful to have so much time to walk around. We then stopped for lunch in a small eatery that had wonderful food . At the end of the excursion we got taken back to our hotel. This was much appreciated

Good to have experience. Expect extremely cold temperature
The tour is alright. But the guidance of bringing "very warm clothes" is too ambiguous. I expected to be around zero degree celsius given the daytime temperature of Atacama but it turned out to be minus 10 degrees when we got there. The view is not as impressive as that in Moon Valley. But the pickup experience is really good -- compared to my other tours in Atacama.

    Great experience!
The tour is very well organized. Our guide Alex spoke good english and was quite familiar with the history of the Geysers. He took the time to show us different parts that are currently active and gave enough free time to take pictures. Breakfast was also quite nice!

    Really good tour but cold
Really enjoyed this tour despite the early start (which is needed). The guide Alex was prompt in pick up and the geysers were very cool to see in the cold weather (wrap up warm). The breakfast was nice (egg, avocado, bread, juice etc). We saw flamingos and the village as a drive by. Dropped back around 12noon at our Hostal

    Poor Preparation
It was overall a pleasant day with lovely sights but seeing the geysers in the morning was ruined by the altitude sickness. I know this cannot be helped but there was no warning to prepare for this potential in the itinerary sent beforehand. And when I was feeling incredibly ill, the tour guide had no provisions to help ease the sickness. I spoke to other travellers and their tour guides had all had something to help their groups feel better, be it method or medicine. Mine simply suggested I sit back in the bus and miss out on the geysers which I had come all this way to see! Very unimpressed, poor preparation.

3x times more expensive than if you book in person
TripAdvisor charges roughly three times what you would pay if you booked in person or through your hotel/hostal in San Pedro. So if you don’t want to be crazy overcharged, you should book that way instead. That being said, it’s a great tour - our guide and driver were really great, the van was good quality, breakfast was great, and the stops were all super beautiful.

    Too expensive for that trip
Nothing really extraordinary except the breakfast. Colours on pictures aren’t there in real. Guide was kind and knew a lot about the history. Doesn’t worth that price tho.

    Geysers El Tatio
This was a great tour - possible my favorite in San Pedro! The logistics were very well organized, including communication about pickup. The geysers themselves were beautiful, and our guide (Javier?) clearly knew a lot about the area, which made for a very engaging tour. In addition to the geysers themselves, the drive back featured a lot of cool locations, and we saw some flamingos and vicuñas, as well as some great scenery in general. Side note - take the cold weather warning seriously and dress accordingly (even if you are from a cold place to start with). But don't be discouraged by this or the 4:30AM start time, it was 100% worth it!

Geysers at the Crack of Dawn
This trip was very fun! The wake-up time is 4:30am which can be a bit daunting. I will say that if that is a deterrent, this trip would not be worth it. The tour was very unique. We toured all around the desert and saw several different landscapes of Chile. It will be COLD in the morning! The altitude at the geysers is also very high. Tour guide was amazing! Shoutout to him, forgot his name!

It was a great tour! We loved seeing the various landscapes and the tour guide was well informed with great English. I loved watching the sunset go down and change the sky purple and pink. It was windy so be sure to bring jackets!

The trip we took was amazing. The views were indescribable and the tour leader we had was well educated on everything we were experiencing. He spoke in both English as well as Spanish and knew how to answer all questions fully and meaningfully.

It was really fun. The guide was nice and kind enough to translate to the only English speaker person who took the tour.

While visiting one of the dunes we had a thunderstorm, then a sandstorm and some drizzle; that made things even better haha We went to an abandoned Salt mine too. But definitely the best part was that stunning sunset we could watch while drinking some pisco.

This tour is a must for me.
Thank you guys for the beautiful experience!

The scenery was breathtaking and the guide took us to some very picturesque spots. The guide was very friendly and informative and tried to make sure we were doing things in a order that would make it so we weren’t in the same spot as a lot of other tours at the same time, giving us better photo opportunities and the ability to take our time and enjoy. Was picked up and dropped off at my hotel, so that was very convenient. Very much enjoyed this tour. Thank you!!

This tour was amazing! I really loved the information the tour guide was able to give about the natural land, history, and indigenous people in Moon Valley and San Pedro! We had friends who could only speak English on the tour with us, so he translated everything he said. Any question we had he would give an answer to it.
In addition, our tour group was one of the last ones to leave the park, so we got the best views of the sunset!

We really enjoyed ourselves. Pick up was in the centre of San Pedro, very friendly office staff and a super guide (Javier). A short mininbus ride into the park lots of time to examine the best natural features of the lunar valley. Javier was very knowledgable on all things geological and relating to the park, with excellent English. A must see if in San Pedro!

This is an amazing tour. The whole moon valley is a beautiful landscape. We did this tour in March 2023 and our tour guide Javier was excellent! We took several photos and the sunset from the view point was out of the world! I will 100% recommend this tour if you are in San Pedro de Atacama area.

Great for getting the highlights of Valle de la Luna. Great tour guide and picturesque stops. It is a relatively short tour, so people wanting to spend a lot of time here to explore the trails more should opt for a different option. However this tour was perfectly timed to get to a lovely overlook at sunset for a fantastic view. The park had several very different geological formations so each stop looked very distinct

Carolina was very efficient at the office and had everything ready for us when we got there. Very communicative. Alexander was a funny and learned tour guide devoted to his work. He made tour swift, educative and adapted to our slower pace; he was very accommodating. The tour was all that we had expected and more. Highly recommend it!

The view from the top of the large sand dune. The whole experience was exceptional m. Phillipe was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail drawing maps in the sand. He took every opportunity to make sure we had the best experience ever and we were almost the last to leave after sunset
