We arrange a private transport to and from Borovets. The driver was waiting when we landed in Sopfia and drove straight to the hotel without any glitches. On our departure we received a text message the day before with the pick up time and the driver arrived right on time. Highly recommend

Booked my ski gear. lift passes and transfers from the Sofia Airport and then back to Sofia CBD and could not fault any of the services! My flight was 3 hours late in arriving in Sofia and I did not expect to see my transfer still there but Slavi was waiting for me. I made comment to him, that i did not expect him to still be there but he said that no matter what a driver would have been there to take me to Borovets no matter what. This gave me confidence that i had booked the right company for all my requirements for my trip to the snowfields! Both my drivers, Slavi on the way up and Lyubo on the way back were great and i could not recommend Traventuria enough if you are thinking about a trip to Bulgaria. Thanks to you all, for making my trip seamless.

Our transfer agents outsourced our booking to Tranventuria. Our bags were delayed on arrival into Sofia so we exited the airport an hour later than expected. The driver was patiently waiting and didn't seem to rush us - he asked if we needed any refreshments or a toilet break before the journey. This was our only real interaction with the arrival driver, but I don't speak Bulgarian so it would be hypocritical to expect him to engage in full conversation in English. Minor disappointment was that the van stank of cigarettes - despite the blatant no-smoking signs. Our departing driver wasn't quite so friendly but still got us to the airport on time. We arrived at our hotel entrance a few minutes before the departure time received by text the day before - as we arrived he was being moved on by the unnecessarily rude hotel staff (separate review). When I eventually found him he greeted me with rolling eyes and a loud sigh - again, this was our only interaction with the driver. They got us to & from Sofia but there would be no real incentive to book again.

Both roundtrip transfers were on time, driver was nice. Also if you are going for skiing, traventuria has brand new equipment for low prices, would recommend to rent from them.
