When the activity finally came about, it was very, very nice. There were some very nice people and the guides were excellent. I had a bit of a problem beforehand as I had booked for two people and my friend couldn't join due to postponements. I then canceled 50% of my booking. That was no problem. But then my participation was postponed again and finally canceled. But I could not ask for a refund, because the process was already closed. I would highly recommend cancel in this case 100% and book again. Finally they found a spot for me in the last minute after a lot of communication and slow reaction from their side. The activity itself was great!

Friendly and good for a first timer. I felt comfortable and my instructor was great, he would point out different creatures around us so I didnt miss anything.

Nice people and had good fun for a beginner. It was a good way to introduce yourself to diving. I would recommend this to anyone’s trying to see if they can go further with diving

I had a great time and saw several giant sea turtles on my snorkeling tour to with Adrenailha! Moreover they offered me to go to scuba diving as well last minute even though I did not sign up in advance. I took that opportunity, and was able to pay the difference the scuba part later with a credit card immediately after the tour. The staff arrived to the meeting spot in a van clearly marked Adrenailha, so it was easy to know who they were. The instructor was very patient with me as a first time scuba diver. He managed the pressure for me. Although I speak conversational level Spanish and only a little Portuguese, there were enough gestures and nonverbal communication for me to understand everything I needed. He made me feel very comfortable even though I was a little scared. He showed me all the interesting animals, pointing them out to me explicitly. I saw crazy looking sea urchins (cidaroida, with thicker and more widely separated spines than most sea urchins), and a ton of fish of various colors and sizes, including one that was kinda spiky and buried itself in the sand. They also offered apples and fresh water. When I became cold, they gave me a warmer wetsuit. The boat had a roof so I did not have to worry about getting a sunburn on the boat. However, there was were also places to lie on the sun to warm up. The experience felt very intimate, as there were only two other customers and two workers (boat driver & instructor) with me. It was a weekday in March, however. There may be more people on the weekends or busy season. There was some water that splashed on us on the boat when the waves were big. It is a small boat and I didn't really mind. It doesn't affect my rating, but others may want to know about it. It wasn't really worse than taking a larger boat to Campeche Island with a different company, however, and sitting in the middle of the boat could prevent most of the splashes reaching someone.

We had a great experience diving yesterday! As first time scuba divers I was a bit nervous but everything was explained very clearly and the team made it effortless and exciting! We saw 4 turtles and loads of tropical fish that swam so close to you. All round was a well run experience by a very friendly team. So glad we booked and would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful day exploring the Lagoa and learning about the local environment. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Diana is a great tour guide; her knowledge of the river, the plants, the animals and the history of the place makes a wonderful experience. If you are reading this don’t think twice and reserve, you won’t regret.

We planned the trip with time in advanced and ensured we had a valid cancellation policy in case of any mishap, 41 hrs before the trip we were not able to arrive, we contacted Expedia and Sandboarding Experience by Adrenailha to use the cancellation policy and for our surprise they did not honor it. Expedia had a sudden mistake in their page that did not allow the cancellation and the customer service representative were far from helpful. We contacted the merchant and they didn't want to honor the cancellation policy either (they might be in need for money). For next time, we will not book our trips with them (and will advise other), as I can not trust a merchant that does not honor their terms and conditions including the cancellation policy. Very disappointed ☹️!

Trip was very fun and guide was very kind. Kayaking location is gorgeous. But of a communication barrier with the guide although he is fairly fluent. Better with someone who can translate.

It's an amazing ride through Conceição Lake with a nice staff who helps you learn how to kayaking and also teaches you about nature, animals and preservation.
