Very nice tour, information in Portugees and Englisch. You get a ride in a open doublebus to practical the whole island. The have raincoats when it starts to rain and you dont wanna sit down. You get several stops at the beaches. I had a great time and recommend this for everyone!

Having few time to know and enjoy the city and its surroundings, I found that this company (offering 4 different tours) would work for my need. I chose the so called Toda Ilha tour, and I have to say that it was very good, even considering that when I joined it the day was cloudy and cold. First of all, the tour guide, Lidia, was a very friendly person who was willing all the time to tell things about places seen on the route. The bus driver, Chico, was helpful, too. Stopovers proposed during the tour were really interesting: beaches, towns and a restaurant for lunch. Tour guided in Portuguese language because all tourists but me were from Brazil. As background of the stories, they played some great Brazilian music with lyrics dedicated to the region. It was a very interesting tour highlighting most important and beautiful places of the island. The two-floored bus was comfortable enough. I did enjoyed it very much.

Lidia was very good, and we recommend highly this all-day tour of the beautiful beaches: Campeche, Jurerê, Santo Antonio ...and Lagoa da Conceição. Lucia & Miguel

Florianopolis have very complicated public transport. Floripa by Bus is easy and comfortable way to discover this amazing island. I recommend for everyone.

So, we call to ask if the tour will be in english and they said yes. When I took the bus, they said that the tour will be in portugese but, they will tell the main stuff in english... and actually the guide didn't speak english at all. And the city tour was bad. Lucky that I have a friend in Floripa, because with this tour I would think that the island is f******** ugly !!!!!!!!!

This bus tour was a great value for the money. We saw quite a bit of the island for a half day tour. The bus was comfortable and fun when you sat on the top tier. You felt part of the landscape as the top tier is open and it was fun to duck under the tree tops. You had a great view of everything. We also listened to nice Brazilian music. The guide was very kind to me. I told her I needed to use the restroom and they stopped the bus and she walked me up a big hill to a hotel and the bus waited for me. I was going to just get off the tour and told them but they waited for me which I really appreciated. She explained many interesting fact to us about "A ilha magica"!

Faulty business practices. Specifically asked if English guide available for tour, was told yes, and then once the bus was moving, was told no. Tour was given in Portuguese and limited English. Friend and I had to fight with staff to get a partial refund. Also, the customer service lacked with other passengers that made my friend and I turn our head. When an elderly person spoke up and said she needed to use a bathroom (no facilities on bus) the tour guide suggested that she use the bushes in the park -- eventually they bent to her will and took her to a hotel; but, they were more concerned with their delay than they were with their customer. On a plus side, there are decent spots to visit with this bus -- I'm sure that when the English guide exists, it's a good tour for English speakers. Brazilian guide was not having a good day and did her best.

This bus tour was excellent. We went on a Saturday, where we explored the northern part of the island. We were given the opportunity to visit the Turtle Sanctuary (separate entrance fee), where efforts are being made to learn and save turtles. It was lovely. The restaurant for lunch (not included) was up a set of stairs, making it not really accessible for those who may have mobility problems.

It's a family owned business, where the driver is the dad and the guide is the daughter. They treat everyone as their own family, and they make sure everyone is having a good time! Aside from that, the boat trip to the Costa da Lagoa was absolutely amazing, with awesome fresh fish served for lunch (not included). I wish I had more time in the city to take their other tours (I believe they have 4 different ones). Take the trip, you won't regret it!

Went to Iguatemi Shopping to get the bus. The desk/ kiosk was unmanned. The landline was not working. The mobile went straight to voice mail. To date, nobody has bothered to return our call. Waited at the Floripa Bus Stop, in vain. The bus never arrived! Ten very, very disappointed tourists. Surely a better service may be offered.

We didn't expect such an anteresting tour. It was on a Sunday, and the guide Rosana was very helpful and knowledgeable. The big green bus is open on the top level and it was a great experience.
