With your prepaid admission voucher in hand, make your way to the GramadoZoo, located near the city entrance on the RS-115 road. Exchange your voucher for entry and proceed to explore the state-of-the-art zoo, dedicated to indigenous Brazilian flora and fauna.
As you stroll down the zoo's 5,900-foot (1,800-meter) walking path, notice that the modern enclosures reproduce the species' natural habitats and that there are no cages. Learn about the zoo's dedication to research, animal well-being, and environmental conservation from the staff and the provided educational materials. The zoo has been classified in Category A by the Brazilian Institute for the Environment.
Daily activities include animal feeding time, talks by the zookeepers, falconry shows, and optional VIP tours.
The zoo is open daily from 9am to 6:30pm, last admission at 5pm.
