I took my 74 year old mum to Rio to have a white water rafting experience and booked through Rio Adventures after speaking to them directing on line that they were happy to take my mother & I on this once in a life time adventure.
On the day Rafael picked us up and drove us out to a beautiful location amidst gorgeous scenery. On our arrival the team taking us talked us through what we needed to do and gave us time to make our self comfortable and safe.
We started our adventure and made our way down the river feeling well looked after and in lovely friendly company. At ever stage through the trip we were made comfortable and given time to acclimatise and enjoy the adventure - we couldn't praise them highly enough and enjoyed every second.
At the end of the white water we floated in the current of the river enjoying the serene stillness, peace and beauty of it all and wished we could do it all again.
Thank you all so much for a wonderful day and a memory that will last always!!

This trip was really exciting and amazing! We were well prepared for adventure. Instruktor was very kind and empathic and showed us a lot of fun Staff. It was The best adventure in my Life and I really do recommened it for everyone looking for Great fun.

BOOK THIS NOW! This was our first time white water rafting. From the beginning to the end of the tour, our experience was flawless! We booked our tour online, put down our deposit (you will have to pay the rest in cash once you meet the driver) and received our tickets immediately which has your instructions and two way transfer. Our driver, Fernando, was great. He was punctual and shared Brazil's history en route to Casimiro de Abreu. Drive took about two hours to the river. Once there, Jason and Rick trained us and gave us great instructions on how to operate the raft. They were both very professional and kept things very exciting! They were patient with us and made sure we were okay. Towards the end of the river, they even let you out of the raft and swim - water is about 70 degrees and very relaxing! We enjoyed ourselves the entire time. This was the best activity we did while in Brazil. Amazing job guys!
