No more gray line tours for me!
We were told by gray line employee who sold us the tour their would be lunch their wasn’t. Our so called guy didn’t give us much info on the places we went. Just told us to look around and be back at a certain time. He really just didn’t care.

    Friendly, fun and very professional
We were accompanied by Warley Teixeira He took us to the Sugarloaf mountain, the Statue of Christ, marakana stadium and shared so much interesting information about Rio with so much enthusiasm and joy! Incredibly friendly and welcoming your guide. He took very nice and professional pictures for us during the tour and made sure we avoid cues as much as possible. We loved the experience and highly recommend Warley to those who wants a great experience in Rio. Marija and Romuald :)

Fun, high value, efficient and Warley is an absolute joy!
I should start by saying: I never write reviews. Not for movies, meals or trips. I do however read and appreciate people who do. In this instance I had to review the amazing day trip we took with Grey Line and Warley. Warley brings positive energy from the first minute he greets you. Caution: he may or may not be an FBI agent…it depends on the time of day. 😜 He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and recognizes that each customer is a little bit different. We spent all day with him and 6 or so other groups. He kept us together when necessary but also made time for us to explore on our own. The trip is very well organized and you wait nowhere near as long to get to the attractions as you would on your own. It was a perfect trip with Warley and Gray Line and a fantastic value! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Great views
Visited on a early morning trip, it takes two cable cars to get to the top , and its worth every penny great views. Not to many people when we got there but you could see it getting busier as day goes on.

    Awesome tour guide - Lionel
We came to the tour with an agenda of Botanical Garden, Maracana Stadium, Metropolitan Cathedral, Seleron Steps, and lunch. Lionel suggested we go to the National Park instead of the Botanical Garden, so we followed his advice. It was a wonderful suggestion! We saw the rest of our agenda in 6 hours. We were not ruched. Lionel suggested the restaurant too. If we could give 10 stars we would.

    Iguazu Falls
We had a few set backs seeing the falls, but Bruno did a fabulous job navigating and we were able to see the Brazil side and more. He is well versed in English. He did a great job! We really enjoyed our day and met a few new friends along the way.

    Alex the wonderful
Alex from the Windsor California in Rio de Janiero went out of his way to make our stay great and easier. He stored our bags prior to our check-in, got us a ride, and had a lunch packed for us since we were leaving prior to breakfast hours. What an asset! Kudos for hiring such a wonderful employee.

We had Warley as our guide. He was excellent. He knew so much about the history of Rio. This tour was super well organised and you did so much in one day, yet it didn’t feel rushed. The lunch was absolutely amazing and so generous.
I will definitely recommend this trip especially silly Warley as guide.

It was an excellent tour, our guide was very good, Warley made the trip very much more fun. The attractions are something you have to see if you visit Rio, so there's that.

I would like to start out by saying that I never leave reviews for products or tours. I have travelled extensively and visited well over 30 countries. However, this tour and their set up was so ridiculous, I decided to leave a review. I went off Viators reviews and 10 hours sounded like a solid amount to cover highlights. Interestingly, after I booked, I was talking to the concierge at the hotel and they told me the tour is pretty bad. If you enjoy being hoarded around with a group of 40 some odd folks, this tour will suit your needs. You spend roughly 30-40% of your time waiting and being hoarded around. More time is wasted in the middle of the tour dropping off people that booked the half day tour. Their advertising mentioned a van, however, you will be transported on a huge tourist bus. Our guide, JB was the second worst guide I have ever encountered. The tour program is utterly ridiculous. They drive you to Sugar Loaf, then 1 stop downtown at the church and drive by thru historical downtime, followed by lunch and Christ the Redeemer. Part of the way, they give you headphones with pre-recorded program. Now this would be acceptable if this was a hop on hop off, but this is not advertised as such and certainly pricing does not reflect that. If I was to design a tour that would be the most profitable with least amount of effort, this would be it. If anyone actually bothers to read this, please save your time and money and dont be mislead as I was by Viator.

Dear Igor K, Thank you for your review. I'm assuming the concierge was trying to get you to cancel to book an alternate tour with them. We did not fail to hit any of the highlights mentioned. In regards to being advertised as being provided with a van is incorrect. What is provided in a van is the way up Christ Redeemer, which is stated in the tour name and in the description. JB has been with the company for years and has several 5 star reviews here in TripAdvisor. We apologize it was not to your liking. You might not have enyoyed the tour, but is not in any way misleading. Thank you, best regards, Pedro Malta - on behalf of DIogo M
