Overview
Get private transportation, and a flexible itinerary on this 9-hour private sightseeing tour of Rio de Janeiro. With your private group of up to 14 people, visit the city's landmarks and highlights, including the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Christ the Redeemer statue at the top of Corcovado Mountain. Round-trip transportation from accommodations in Rio is included.
What to Expect
Begin your private tour of Rio with pickup at your accommodation; customary pick-up time is 9:00am, but the schedule can be altered to fit your needs. The tour also includes pickup at the Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport.

Your first stop is the Christ the Redeemer, which you reach by a train ride through the Tijuca National Forest, one of the largest urban forests worldwide. At the top, get sweeping views of Rio and take the time to snap photos.

Stop by Leblon's belvedere for some more city views, then head for the historic city center to visit Rio's striking Metropolitan Cathedral. Visit Lapa, home to the Lapa Arches and the colorful Selaron Steps. Swing by the popular recreation spot Flamengo Park on the way to Sugar Loaf Mountain.

Hop a cable car to the top (1,300 feet/396 meters), from where you'll enjoy more panoramic views of the city below. Along your journey, you'll get personalized attention from your private guide (if option selected) and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Your 9-hour private tour of Rio ends with convenient drop-off back at your accommodation.
