Thanks to my guide Jacqueline I think I may have spent the best NYE of my life!!
The experience started with a bike ride from our meeting point at Copacabana to Leblon. It was a gloriously sunny day and Jacqueline allowed me to go at my own pace; no rush or fuss. Then we parked our bikes and walked across the STREET to take our Moto Taxi up the hill. As a part-time thrill-seeker I was definitely up for this adventure and it was worth it. After the thrills, it was time for the serious stuff. Having not hiked in a while, I knew I had to take my time and I appreciated that Jacqueline allowed me to just do my thing. And although some manouvers were tricky - this experience was worth every ounce of sweat. It was an absolute joy for me.
Definitely carry at least 2L of water or Gatorade/Powerade. Have an açai when you get to the top as your reward. Comfortable shows and cool clothing. And book with Jacqueline!!

A great trip with great guides. Me and my friend were really happy about it. We started the trip on a bicycle at Copacabana beach, then went to Ipanema beach. From there we went to see the favela. And then we hiked up two brothers hill and took a great pictures up there. I recommend this trip for everyone who want to hear more about the story of Rio and for everyone who likes to be out in the nature 😊

We were looking for great hikes in Rio and found this one on tripadvisor. Although not many reviews they have done a lot.
We were picked up by the tour guide from the pick up point with bikes. Did a very nice biking tour through copacabana beach and ipanema beach. Went through vidigal (safe main roads) and started the hike. The hike is not difficult to do and offers you a awesome view of Rio. A must do when you are in Rio. For the more adventurous types I would also recommend the Pedra da Gavea hike!

This hike was one of my favourite things I did in Rio. My guide, Jacque, spoke great English and knew the area well. There was a slight change of plan and she dealt with it professionally and without hesitation. Her energy was infectious and the hours we spent together passed in a blink. I can't wait to come back to Rio and do more hikes with her!

I took an afternoon trip with Jacqueline to Two Brothers - very positive impressions, informative, fun, good communication (I was trying to book very last-minute and it worked). Jacqueline is great at taking pictures in case you need some new amazing material for social media. Cycling along the beach is an amazing experience in itself. Obrigado!

It was a great experience! Marcos is really nice and had a lot of knowledge about the places he took us. The variety of the tour was great and Marcos explained everything really well. We went cycling, we saw the facial Vidigal and we went hiking. This tour is really recommended!!

This was my second tour with Jacqueline and a friend of mine in Rio. The bike ride along the beach was a pleasant 30 minutes and then another 20 minutes uphill along the mountain side. After locking up our bikes Jaqueline hired 3 motorcycles and we each hopped on the back of one and took the steep, narrow, winding road through Vidigal. This was my first ever ride on a motorcycle so it was a bit scary but exhilarating (Jaqueline told me later that the drivers go especially slow for tourists...and I'm glad!). This hike up Two Brothers was on a narrow dirt path through lush jungle. It was drizzling so the path got pretty slick and it was a fun challenge (my friend is 25 and I am 35, so doing this in the rain would be difficult for older or out of shape people). When we got to the top we were soaked and unfortunately it was very cloudy so we couldn't see the view. But luckily after sitting there for several minutes the clouds cleared and we had a great view of the city below (I've attached two pictures).
Throughout the tour we had interesting conversation with the smart and funny Jaqueline. Afterward, at our request, she even took us to a traditional northern-Brazilian restaurant, which was cool and total above and beyond my normal expectations for a tour. I highly recommend!

the tour begins with an easy bike ride though Copacabana/Ipenema. then we park the bikes and enter the favela where you can get a motorcycle ride to the top for just 5 Real (recommended). the favela looks a bit sketchy but it was so worth it and we felt safe experiencing it with Jacqueline as our guide. the hike itself was great too with great views, however they undersell the difficulty of the hike. you need to be in somewhat of decent shape to handle this climb. if you generally exercise you will be fine, but I would say its more of an intermediate level than easy. thanks to Jacqueline, I learned more about Rio on this tour than anything else we did. highly recommend!

First days in Rio for me & my super amiga ! We would like to discover Rio from an higher spot and by a dynamic way, then we found « Jacqueline » ! Our smiling and warmed guide along beaches by bike, in favela Vidigal and during hiking to the summit of Morro de los Dois Irmaos ! Amazing day (instead of the fog ;)) Obrigada Jacquie.
