The hotel service has been wonderful. The staff has been great. The rooms are nice, right on the beach. Nice view. Absolutely recommend this hotel and will return.

This company has serious management issues. Despite our group of over ten people having reservations, they failed to purchase tickets in advance for that day, leading us to be blocked by officials at the Sugarloaf Mountain cable car entrance for over three hours. As a result, we missed the sunset view. They provided various explanations, none of which were convincing, especially since other groups continued to board the cable car during the same period. Although they eventually offered a night visit as compensation for those who stayed, this was far from what we signed up for, considering the high cost of this tour. It was not the service we paid for. Everyone felt disappointed, exhausted, and publicly embarrassed. Many had their schedules and flights disrupted. We are still unsure if there will be any further compensation from the company. 注意：他们曾犯过严重失误：比如没订上票，让你空等三四小时错过日落。我们团中很多人因此没法继续等候浪费了最宝贵的时间。希望后续的团队不要遇到这个问题

We had a short stay in Rio de Janeiro and this proved to be the perfect way to explore the city. We got a real feel for different parts of the city and got to visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain. Letitia was the perfect guide. She is passionate, friendly, fun and clearly loves her work and her city. She is incredibly knowledgeable and seemingly spoke every language. Doing all of this in one day allowed us to relax on the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches on our other days in the city, knowing we had already visited two of the famous attractions Rio has to offer.

We chose the half day tour for a reason, as we wanted to concentrate our limited time on Christ the Redeemer and the Selaron Stairs. Instead of running the half day tour as booked, we were 'upgraded' to the full day tour without prior warning HOWEVER, we were not allowed to join the lunch nor Sugar Loaf and instead of dropping us back to the hotel, they wanted us to get an Uber back after the stairs. It was a complete shambles, as we were rush viewing the two attractions we were interested in, for the wider group to view other attractions such as the outside of the football stadium! Such a disappointment for our first day in Rio!

We did the half day tour with “John” (sorry, can’t remember how to spell his name!) on Sat 21-9-24. We had an excellent afternoon seeing some of Rio away from Coca/Ipanema beaches, then onto Tijuca forest for a short walk then next we had a good tour of the Botanic gardens which was very interesting. Despite our guide saying he wasn’t an expert naturalist, he provided plenty of information on all the plants and trees. Would definitely recommend and was very reasonably priced.

Alexia was our guide! I couldn't have asked for someone better and more knowledgeable to take us around and show us the sites. She missed nothing and took us to a couple extra spots of interest which I loved. She made me fall in love with Rio on this day! Anyone to have Alexia as their tour guide will enjoy every minute with her 😊

I went on this experience with my husband and another couple. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Pick up from the hotel was on time, and the vehicle was very nice. Our guide Alexia was great. She was very informative about the areas we drove through on our way to Christ the Redeemer and the Selaron Steps. She also gave good pointers on how to get the best views and photos, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I recommend this experience.

This is a great way to experience a different aspect of Rio, away from the beaches and major tourist sites. Our guide gave us a lot of basic info about city. Only spent a short time in the forest but got a good sense of the area. Had an extensive tour in the Botanical Garden and our guide was knowledgeable about the flora.

We booked this experience from India, not knowing what to expect, but I must say, we are beyond impressed with the service. Alexia, our tour guide, kept us well-informed about the itinerary and upcoming tours. We visited Christ the Redeemer, the Selarón Steps, and caught the sunset at Sugarloaf Mountain. There were tourists from all over—Europe, India, the US, Uruguay—and Alexia greeted each of us in our own languages. She was incredibly funny, keeping us entertained throughout the journey, and her knowledge of local history added so much to each visit. It felt like she knew everyone everywhere, making the process seamless, especially since she already had all the tickets prepared. A huge shout-out to Alexia and George, our driver—an amazing duo!

We went on the Rio Sunset Tour Including Sugarloaf, Christ the Redeemer, Cathedral and Selaron and it was a great tour. Our guide was very good and interesting. The only thing I would change is to include Marakana in this tour. All recomendations for this tour.

This was a great tour. Our tour guide Danilo was an amazing guide. It starts with the team car ride then you walk through some different parts of town, go to the steps and finish with a trip to a cafe. This tour exceeded my expectations and I am very glad that I did it.

One of my favorite tours: well organized, informative with a relaxed, very easy going and friendly guide fluent in both English and Spanish. The 1/2 day option’s a great value with tickets included to make visiting the Christ the Redeemer statue as easy as it can be. It’s a bucket list, you’ll be glad you did go place but also completely overcrowded even at 10am on an offseason Tuesday. Selarón steps were an unexpected, pleasant surprise too. I’m pretty well traveled and would recommend this one.

Thomas was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to visit the highlights of the forest and botanical garden while learning so much about the history and culture of Brazil.

The views was beautiful. We took so many photos! I'm really looking forward going on another with similar quality. I like the way the operator explained each experience in detail so we could better understand the culture and backgrounds of the areas we where about to visit.

I booked this tour the day before and was kept up to date with the meeting location and time to the point of my pick up. Having done a tour the day before I was expecting a mini bus but on arrival I found my transport was a lot smaller. In fact due to a cancellation at the last minute Gastavo the tour guide told me that this was going to be a one to one tour! We began our tour by looking at the old sea port where the slaves were shipped into Rio. The story was fascinating and we left the old harbour and looked at the olympic Boulevard. Time has taken its toll on the colourful artwork but it is still there reminding you of some of the countries involved in the Games. It was nice to see the electric trains running through the Boulevard too. We continued our journey looking at old and new architecture and fantastic Churches. There were more reminders of the Games on route and finally we found our way onto the waterfront for the Museum of Tomorrow and a walk past a number of different ships and a submarine. I enjoyed the Museum and anyone who would like to know more about our planet would find it very worthwhile. We ended our trip at the Confeitaria Columbo and took in the magnificent interior and enjoyed something to eat and drink before bringing the tour to an end and travelling back to the pick up location. As a tour guide Gastavo was very knowledgeable which is not surprising for someone who has been in the business for over 20 years and has a History degree. He was full of energy throughout the tour and was only too willing to answer questions and take photographs for me to make my day memorable. For the price I paid this was a fantastic tour for anyone who loves culture and really getting to know the place you are visiting. But having a personal tour made it even more special. I’m glad that I chose this and would definitely recommend it to people wanting a great way to spend 4 hours in Rio.
