          Amazing experience to Iguazu Waterfalls
The trip was really nice. I can only encourage everyone to visit both sides. Roberto, the guide ensured that everyone had a great time. At the end, he shared photos taken during the trip. Unfortunately, we were taken to a restaurant in the brazilian park which is highly overpriced (35$ p.P.). I would not recommend taking lunch there, but rather buy something at one of the other booths.

          A world class attraction!
These falls are an absolute do-no-miss attraction. It’s hard to comprehend how huge and widespread these falls are. I’ve been to Niagara Falls, Iceland’s Falls, and Victoria Falls…they all fail in comparison to these falls. It’s worthwhile to visit both sides of the falls, Brazil & Argentina. Don’t forget your passport. I liked the Brazilian side a little better, but be sure to do both sides.

Excellent day with Roberto , he's the best
We were fortunate to have Roberto as our guide, he is the best, he loves his job & it shows, he was as excited to be there at the Falls with us, as we were, he pointed out so much we wouldn't have seen on our own. If you get to do this tour ask for Roberto !

A mentally stimulating and physically challenging trek across Corcovado
Alejandra Perez was our knowledgeable, articulate, enthusiastic guide for an OSA Wild cross-park tour of Corcovado. We started at Los Patos, spent two nights at the Sirena Biological Station, and hiked out through Los Leones. Superb wildlife viewing, and for every creature Ale had a story, the “why” of behavior we witnessed. She pointed out the small holes that cicadas emerge from and taught us the purpose of the sounds howler monkeys make. We lingered to watch scarlet macaws turn somersaults in the branches and looked through Ale’s spotting scope at rare birds including the Red-throated Cara Cara. Be prepared for rigorous, fast-paced hiking to allow for frequent and sometimes prolonged stops for watching and learning about the anteater, tapir, etcetera. And if you exit at Los Leones, you may be racing the tide. The humidity is relentless. Sleeping conditions at La Sirena are far from ideal. By the end I was exhausted and very happy.

          Great tour and Spectacular Views
Well organized tour with John our guide who got us across the border quickly into Argentina before all the crowds. There’s about 7km of walking but he knew which ways to go and showed us the best places to take photos. Since we were a tour with our luxury van we were able to skip a few lines where others had to wait for shuttles on the Brazil side. Was only 5 people in our group on Brazil side and the walk was much shorter 1km and views spectacular! Sure it was pricey compared to hiring a taxi or Uber but well worth the convenience!

          A Must When in Iguazu
Superb day. Well organised, friendly, and absolutely stunning scenery. Roberto, our guide, was fantastic, approachable and made the experience 10/10.

          A very nice experience overall
Started out a little slow. But after seeing the spectacular Devils throat view from the Brazilian side we transferred over to the Argentina side and there the value of our guide Bhrenno kicked in. The Brazil side was packed with people and pretty much a straight shoot. Bhrenno had explained the falls themselves and that doesn’t take too terribly long. But on the Argentina side there are many trails to choose from and they are wider, were less packed, and we saw so much wildlife and Bhrenno explained all…the ants, the butterflies, the bees, the trees, the animals. Had we not been with him it would’ve just been a walk to the falls. Instead it was an adventure.

          Amazing trip
Excellent experience, I was the only person on that tour, guide/driver Adriano picked me up from the airport in the morning and took to Argentina first. He delt with all border crossing formalities both ways, I didn’t even have to leave the car. He hiked with me all open trails, took me to the best picture spots along the way, answered all my questions, advised on other activities around, always with a smile. On the way back to Brazil, he offered to stop by the 3-country boarder for excellent view and pictures. On the Brazilian side I even had time for a boat ride to the waterfalls what was unforgettable experience. After a hike to Devils Throat, we spotted a huge monkey family hiding behind the trees. What a treat! At the end of the day Adriano dropped me at the airport to catch flight back to Rio. Busy day, but unforgettable experience, thanks.

One of the best days of my life
The views and waterfalls are absolutely amazing. It was enchanting and absolutely worth seeing. Our guide Roberto was great and thorough, ensuring that we got all information needed before going, and also during pick-up. He knows a lot about the area, it’s flora and animals, and shared his knowledge with us. He also took pictures and shared them with us after, which was much appreciated. I learned a lot. In addition there were several cool animals. One of the best days of my life!

          Worth it
Had a very pleasant day, our guide Roberto was amazing from the pick-up to the very last end, very prepared, funny and not too heavy, you can see he really likes what he does. There was still some stuff to be paid like the two tickets for the parks, and in the end the price change was about 30/40$ but it was my bad misreading it , food was ok

A big day really well handled
It was a very hot and busy day, being during Carnival but our guide Roberto maintained his professionalism and calm throughout the day. He managed the group of 14 of us extremely well. Its a big day but we would thoroughly recommend it if you don't have more time.

          Total frustration
This is a review of both trip advisor and the tour. Booked through trip advisor. Selected hotel not determined. Found hotel (Exe Hotel Catarata…not great). However, tried to add hotel in the app, unable. Called tour operator 7-10 times, unable, wrong number, other numbers didn’t answer. Sent email to company. Unanswered. Called trip advisor, after many voice menus talked to human. She said she had updated hotel in the listing and would contact tour company. No one shows up at pickup. A half hour with the hotel agent and she finally says she is talking to a person. She hands me her phone. A man says they will be there in an hour (an hour and a half of waiting). No one shows. Although the hotel clerk sent them a picture of our ticket, she shows me a response to the picture of our ticket sent to them…we don’t have this listing. We get a cab and find a tour guide after we buy tickets. The whole tour was miserably hot (tour guide and cab driver were great). The whole experience was terrible (no hotel pickup even though they’d show an airport shuttle). We spent $1100 on plane tickets to do this tour from what seems to be a company that is non possible non existent. Don’t go in Feb..too hot!

          First visit to Iguazú Falls.
The tour was perfect. Options for people with limited stamina. Our guide, Bruno, is one of the best. You can tell he is truly caring and knowledgeable.

          A superb day trip
Superb trip. Our guide Adrian (thing that’s correct) was superb and very knowledgeable. The views from both sides of the falls is excellent. Note that whilst advertised as a 8h excursion, it was nearly 12h from pick up to drop off.

We booked the 4d3n iguazu falls tour, as we really like to visit and have ample time to experience the falls for ourselves on both the Brazil and Argentina sides. However, we were really disappointed with our tour of the brazilian side as we only effectively had 1 hour of time at the falls only, when the it's a day dedicated for the Brazilian falls in this tour. Specifically, we were picked up at 8.10am but didn't arrive at the Brazilian falls till 11.30am, and was rushed to lunch at 12.30pm and then leave the park at 1.30pm!!!

This was because we were brought to a souvenir shop for shopping right after pick up, after which we were told by our guide barbara otremba that we'll have to detour to the bird park before going to the falls. According to barbara, we can join in this optional tour (by paying extra to enter the bird park, not only the bird park entrance fees but also extra fees to the driver for 'waiting for us cos we had extended the tour with an extra trip!!' ). The only alternative was to wait for an hour outside the bird park till the rest of our group finish the bird park tour.

This totally not what we signed up for!! With this, we were made to spend another hour before reaching the iguazu falls.... The greatest disappointment and shock we had, was when we left the bird park and realised the falls is only 2 minutes and just across the road from the bird park!!!! It is puzzling why it was not even an option to just send us to the iguazu falls just 2 minutes across the road, when our original intention is just to see and spend our day at the falls (note : there are shuttle bus in the park to ferry travellers around anyway, and in any case, our grayline tour guide was not accompanying or guiding the group in the park).

Also, the itaipu dam supposedly in this itinerary didn't happen too!

Iguazu is indeed worth a visit but probably not with a guide and tour arrangement like this!!

Dear Aliciatansk, We thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the poor information given by the guide in regards to how close we were to the falls and not giving you the option to go ahead and spend more time there. We hope you had a overall good visit on the rest of the 4 days package. we will take your feedback into consideration. thanks, best regards, Pedro Malta on behalf of Diogo M
