A most perfect day
The most perfect day! Then tour guide collected us at our hotel, the boat guide was amazinig (Expresso Suziane boat). We were taken to swim with wild fresh water pink dolphins. After that amazing experience and 20 min in the boat we had a great lunch and a river community. Typical food , plenty of it. We got to see the meeting of the waters and an Indian community were we danced with them, held snakes and sloths. If you come to the Amazon you Must do this tour.

A wonderful way to experience Manaus.
A really lovely day with lots of variety. Neto was a wonderful host and although I was the only English speaking person he made me feel very welcome. All the activities were enjoyable and the lunch was good. I also met some really lovely people on the boat. Highly recommend.

Just amazing
I highly recommend this tour. Me and my boyfriend had such an awesome time in Manaus, getting in the boat with the amazing tour was excellent the boat tour until the meeting of the rivers Negro and Solimões was magnificent, they stopped by in a place where we could watch their native fish called “pirarucu” we had a chance to feed the fishes and take pictures Visiting the Indio Village was great, watching their dance and knowing a bit about their culture. I recommend you to not eat much breakfast on the day of this trip because at lunch time they have so much delicious food to offer you. Before we had lunch we went to see the Lilly pad and some cute monkeys while we walked on a bridge. Our driver Maia was really friendly while driving us from the hotel to the boat. We were very lucky with the weather too, had so much fun with the pink dolphins

Scam. This tour charges 4 times less if you buy it elsewhere. Packed with people. Restaurant had a line that peaked at 80 people
This is a scam. We paid $150 USD per person from the tripadvisor/viator package and then were tucked into a little boat with people who paid 200 BRL ($38 USD). 4 Times less!
The only difference was our tour included transportation, which costs around $9 USD.

The tour is in Portuguese, they only translate for you if you ask, the places were packed to the max. If you wanted to get your included food, you would have to make a line of around 80 people with no distance at all! The restaurant was a sea of people shoulder to shoulder!

They charged like a premium tour and then they just dumped us to a local tour operator for the masses.

This is a total scam. Most of the attractions were tourist traps.

The guide was a humble man that did his best

Dear Joel, First of all when you call us a scam, you already lose your right to complain and you are restricting Trip Advisor rules, your mentions are offensive and disrespectful. You came on the holiday of September 7th which is the national independence holiday of Brazil. All attractions were packed, many Brazilians,and Portuguese tourists living in the country. The Guide was English and Portuguese speaking cause you were not the only foreign,there were other 10 people at the boat from Russia. Regarding values, there is a law in our country that allows local residents of the city of Manaus to have a different price on weekends and holidays, however we act within the law. Before you go around lacking respect and denigrating the image of a serious company, get informed, you should have contacted us to find out more!!! Have a good day!

Well Worth the Time

This full day tour included Meeting of the Waters, lunch, swimming with the pink dolphins, and performance by the Indians at a Indian village. The Amazon is an amazing waterway. The pick up at the hotel was even earlier than promised. Make sure you stay at a hotel where you can be picked up. The hotels are listed on the tour website. As far as shopping, some vendors will accept US dollars. Visa or MasterCard is accepted by some of the larger vendors. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and take mosquito repellant as part of the tour takes you into the woods. Long sleeve cotton shirt and long pants is highly recommended.

Half a tour
I signed up to what I expected to be an 8 hour tour but left Manaus after 9 am and was back by 2pm. I was picked up from my hotel but on return I was told I had to make my own way back. I saw some interesting sites but at the end was left feeling very ripped off. I had booked via Viator thinking that they had done some due diligence on the companies appearing on their website. I won’t be using Viator again

We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your tour, but please note that it was informed to you that due to IBAMA (Brazilian Enviromental Agency) policies, on mondays and wednesdays the dolphin tour is strictly forbidden! that is the why your tour was a bit shorter! we also informed you that we work with pick ups only, but still our driver droped you at your place. We were very impressed with the tour. Normally I don't like the visit to the local people's homes (Always seems like a money grab to me) but this was different. It was interesting and not pushy at all. The pink dolphins were amazing. I loved that they weren't penned in but came of their own will from the open waters. Enjoyed the lunch and again the locals did not push their merchandise on the tourists (Which made us buy more things). Loved that the monkeys showed up to see the tourists. It was actually a great tour even though it was raining at the beginning.

The meeting of the waters is impressive. two huge rivers unite, just east of Manaus, one black-blue, the other brown. Their flowing speeds and temperatures differ and the waters are a bit choppy. The most important phenomenon is the visual difference of the two rivers though. On the other side of Manaus lies the indigenous village of the Tutuya. Fit dancers perform several dances, perform with musical instruments and tell stories of their tribe. As dances go, they seemed quite authentic. Of course, you will also get the chance to buy some of their handicraft at good prices. Nice way to cut out the middle person and you know the money goes to the tribe.

A nice tour along the Negro river and its junction to Solimoes river

A well organized trip. A standard, clean and comfortable boat (83 seats) is used and provides a pleasant trip. Gentile crew, precise timetable and a variety of activities are performed over all the day. The lunch is provided in a restaurant close to the jungle. A very nice experience for a day.
