We had an amazing time with Gabby Tours! We booked a 7 hour tour with all inclusive. The locations were beautiful and the food was very good! The guys working on the boat were so nice and even sang some karaoke as entertainment. Would recommend!

This was the worst boat experience of my life. The mast broke while out at sea and fell on people, injuring many. There was no safety protocols in place and loose hanging wires were flying everywhere. The life jackets were not ready and were still being pulled out the plastic. We only managed to see one beach before chaos unfolded. It’s been 3 weeks and we still have not received our money back. The owner has started ignoring us! DO NOT recommend this company. The crew were not concerned about our well being and we had to literally jump ship on to another boat to get back to shore.

I recently had a terrible experience on a boat trip with Gabby Tours. We only managed to see one beach and during our journey, the mast snapped unexpectedly, causing a chaotic and dangerous situation. Several passengers, including myself, were injured in the incident when the mast fell. What was even more shocking than the accident itself was the company's complete lack of concern for our well-being. There was no immediate medical assistance, no apologies, and no efforts to ensure our safety and comfort following the incident. We were put on to another companies boat an left. Instead of attending to the injured or showing concern, the owner was more worried about how this would affect his business. He would only issue refunds and return belongings more than 24 hours after the incident and only if you were there in person. The owner's callous attitude and the company's overall poor handling of the situation were appalling. This was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable trip, but it turned into a nightmare. I strongly advise against booking with Gabby Tours. Their disregard for passenger safety and well-being is unacceptable. Save yourself the risk and find a more reputable and responsible company.

Horrific and terrifying Experience - Unsafe and Unprofessional We booked a boat trip with Gabby's Tours that turned into an absolute nightmare. After our first stop, the mast broke and collapsed on us, leaving several passengers bruised and hurt. We even had to ask the crew for life jackets as some passengers could not swim. This happened around 2 pm, and we were rescued by another boat, but we had to join their tour which meant a further three hours at sea after a really terrifying ordeal and only getting back to shore at 5 pm. Shockingly, no one from Gabby's Tours was there to meet us to ensure we were okay. The stand was deserted, and it took considerable effort to get in touch with the owner, Edvin. When we finally reached him, he only offered refunds to those who could meet the next day at 7 pm, which was impossible for many as they had already left Sarande. This meant many left without any compensation for the accident or their lost personal items. To add insult to injury, Edvin made a comment that we needed to show his company compassion, as if the ordeal wasn't devastating for HIS business! There was a complete lack of care or responsibility for the safety and well-being of the passengers. Gabby's Tours displayed reckless behavior and a shocking lack of safety awareness. People were hurt and could have been killed, yet the company's response was utterly inadequate. Avoid Gabby's Tours at all costs.

We went on the Simel boat and did the north tour of beaches and had a fantastic day. The boat had loads of comfortable lounger seats to relax/sleep/tan on; I didn’t see any other boats with loungers, only normal benches. The crew were very happy, friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was very relaxed. There was music and in the afternoon the captain let whoever wanted to come up and sing along if they wanted for a bit. The music was a mix of Albanian, Italian and English. The food was very nice and there was plenty of it. The beaches and scenery were beautiful and the water lovely to swim in at each stop. I was with my two small children (5 and 3) and they also enjoyed and the crew took great care of them. We wanted to go again another day, but were only in Saranda for 4 days so were not able to.

We made the north excursion from Sarande, it was a great experience, absolutly wonderfull people, kind, helpfull, joyfull , the places we visit amazingly beautiful, the food was delicious, perfect timming, great boat… the best… the people ! Without a doubt i recomend them !

We booked the north boattrip with Si Seranda to see all the beautiful beaches and are so dissapointed. The beaches themselves are beautiful, but our experience with Gabby was horrible. First of all they were over an hour late on departing from the Boulevard, we had been told to come 10 min before departure time (10am), so we did but ended up waiting over an hour anyways. At arrival i wanted to buy some water and beer on the boat, first of all the guy behind the counter gave the worst customer service, and i was told the beverages wasn’t cold. The boat itself are really worn down, looks not as pretty as the pictures. The seats are really uncomfortable, just hard wood benches. Not to mention the extremely loud and horrible music they played - DJ sandy remixes of Albanian or Turkish music or something. Try something international instead maybe. Also we did not get any information about where we were, i think the first beach we were at was Krorëz - so beautiful, but we were there for so long… It said that we were going to 5 different beaches, but we only stopped at 3 places. After a little while it also started to swarm with bees, we got yelled at for reacting to the bees when they came to close. Throughout the boattrip i tried several times to buy different beverages, i was always met with fed up staff and i was almost denied buying something because i didn’t have the exact amount of cash or to big sums of cash (2000 or 5000lek) because they didn’t have change. Almost at the end of the trip (30-45 min left) i tried buying some water since it was the only thing i had the right amount for, but they had run out of water… Just a totally unprofessional trip.

It should be noted that the thermal springs are not hot springs. I was surprised when I felt the cool water. Also, the algae has made footing extremely slippery so be careful.

Rented a car from them in December. Very nice people and a lot of information on where we could accommodate and eat. Thanks for the free maps of the area also. All the Best .

They picked us up from the port. The total tour was 5HRS. Excellent tour guide and very safe driver. We wanted to visit many places in Srande, Albania and not like cruise excursion's tours itinerary. We were so happy to pick this tour company. I highly recommended to ask them to arrange your tour. They tried their best to give us a great tour.

We had a great boat full of character where you can be in the shade or sunbathe. Fred water and soft drinks all day. Captain was incredible.he managed that boat and his crew so well and cooked an AMA I gotta Turkish meal with so much food. He brought out melon just when we needed it at stop 3 .we had 4 stops great swimming and snorkelling and you can borrow masks. He gave us his own wine dnd if day. His hospitality and caring attitude made the day. We met lovely people from all countries and it was just magical. The crew really wanted us to have a perfect day and we did. I’m still swaying from the boat and my tan is topped up. We will sleep well tonight
