Our tour guide Seckin Demirok was excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We would recommend his services to everyone. Excellent english as well, we loved the tour.

Sevi is a warm hearted and generous person. So, from her we learned about much more than just the places she guided us to...we learnt about Turkish Culture and Turkey's place in the world. At the same time she very rapidly and easily guided us to all the places we wanted to see...and this is not a complete list of all the places we saw thoroughly: Dolmabahce Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace including Harem & the Archeological Museum. There were times during the tour where we needed to change the order or have a rest and Sevi quickly and graciously adjusted the tour. And when we chose to take a cab back to our Hotel, Sevi not only organised the cab but also made it clear to the cab driver that she had his cab number and would be checking. And later she emailed to see we had arrived OK. A wonderful tour with a big hearted guide. Thankyou Sevi

My husband and I had a rather unfortunate and disastrous experience with Neon Tours. We had wanted a private tour to Cappadocia and a few tours in Istanbul. The firm had been recommended to us and we were in touch with the Operations and Reservation Manager. We made most of our arrangements with him. We had initially planned to go in July 2023 but, unfortunately, had to postpone due to a knee injury. The Manager was exceedingly understanding and helpful with our postponement and agreed that we could get in touch again in September 2023 for when we had rescheduled our flights. In September, we got in touch again and revived our plans. We finalised the trip, including requesting confirmation on plane tickets to Cappadocia as they were always in great demand. This was provided. However, a week before we were due to travel, the Manager stopped all correspondence. We had requested a final itemised itinerary and bill so we could make all payments but despite repeated emails and requests, we never received any response. It was totally inexplicable and exceedingly disappointing. It was also a devastating shock as this was a week before the trip. If he was unable to finalise the trip an explanation would have been helpful so we could have made alternate arrangements. However, there was only silence. In addition, on checking withTurkish Airlines, they couldn’t find our ticket reservations on their system. We were very surprised at this total lack of professionalism towards clients. We had expected better, particularly, from someone in a responsible managerial position. We had wanted to use the firm again for a longer tour of Turkey in the future. However, after this appalling experience, we have no desire to use Neon Tours again for any further travel in Turkey.

Did several stops exploring historical buildings with a rich history of Istambul.Ended with an epic and nostalgic Bosphorus cruise which passed near magnificent palaces,mosques ,through the Bosphorus bridge with beautiful sights on both the Asian and European sides.Taking home good memoirs and a gooth story to tell.

Sevilay did an incredible job as our tour guide. Adjusted itinerary order to help us minimize time in the sun and in lines, explained things very well and was extremely knowledgeable

We fell in love with Istanbul and Turkey. But this would never be the case if it was not for our guide, SEVİLAY TOKMAK, employed by Neon Tours. She made everything easy. For pick ups from Cappadoccia, for hotel transfers to airports. Guiding us on 2 different daily tours. She was humble and friendly. A true friend. If I sent her a whatsapp she would take her personal time to communicate with her managers and get me information that I otherwise did not get. She walked that extra mile. Neon Tours you are blessed to have her. When my company bring their 2 yearly group guest again next year, she will be on my request list. #family #tourist guide!

The highlight of my trip to Istanbul. Our tour guide, Seckin D. Was beyond our expectations. He knew every answer to our questions and went way beyond any guide we’ve ever had. He spoke perfect English and understood very well. I told him “I think you’re American”! Yes, that perfect! He knew more about Americans than most American do! You won’t be disappointed.

Great tour. The group size was about 15 in a nice mini bus which was really good. Pick up and drop off from my hotel was very useful in such a large city. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also gave great insight from the Turkish perspective as well as the Anzac which was very interesting.

Me and my wife had an incredible time on the tour, truly breathtaking views and our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Sevilay Tokamak was the best. I can't recommend this tour enough and it is a must do in Istanbul. From historical sites and facts to cultural aspects of life. From spice shops to just breathtaking views this tour has it all it has it all.

I think this was the perfect choice I could have done, yes one long day of walking lots & lots but you end up seeing all major sights in old Istanbul in one full day. The Tour Guide Gurkan was amazing with great knowledge about history places sights and great humour. A special thanks to him with out him this tour wouldn’t have been successful. I highly recommend this tour.

Haydar provided a wonderful experience! The tour went from Istanbul to Ankara, Cappadocia, Pumakkale, Izmir, Ephesus, Troy, Canakkale, and back to Istanbul. Some of the activities included (* were optional): Blue Mosque*, Hagia Sophia*, Tokapi Palace*, Bosphorus cruise*, Ataturk tomb, tour of cave houses, hot air balloon sunrise*, Whirling Dervish*, dancing night show*, hot springs/Heirapolis, fashion show, Ephesus tour/Virgin Mary's home*, Troy, ANZAC memorial tour, tour of the Grand Bazaar. Haydar was very knowledgeable and was able to take time to answer all our questions. He took us to a lot of different restaurants with amazing food. The best part about the trip was that he was able to take us to a lot of the tourist spots when they weren't too crowded. This saved us a lot of waiting time and allowed us to spend additional time doing whatever the group wanted. If you are able to get Haydar as your guide, you're going to have a wonderful experience. The tour bus was not crowded at all and provided a safe and comfortable experience. After spending 11 days with a group of 18 people, I feel like I've made some good friends for life!

A truly remarkable country with an extremely knowledgeable tour guide Gokay Sonmez. Very good English speaker who we had a blast with. The four of us had a great experience thanks to his service.

A very good tour which covers all major points of interest. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us enough free time to explore for ourselves. She also doubled up as a photographer when needed. I would definitely recommend her. Also the Basilica cistern is a must visit.

0 stars. Do not use this tour company. Tour was booked for me and my partner as a birthday gift to her. It was booked and paid for and I received confirmation emails. The night before the tour I had not received any further info. I contacted the company asking for more detail and received a reply advising my booking had been cancelled due to non payment. No one had thought to let me know this was the case. Something on their end has clearly gone wrong, but the default stance was to blame me and cancel the booking without notification. I’ve not received a refund or any explanation. I’ve sent several emails to try and clear this up and have not had a reply. Just terrible. An awful, awful company to deal with.
