Deafening Music Brings Down Fun Factor at Splash Mania
Did not have a good time at all. Loud Speakers everywhere playing music, even the lazy river was not spared with a speaker every few metres playing the Splash Mania theme song over and over and over again. The worst case was near the Wave Pool which was blasting music at deafening levels. Even though I went to several staff to request that they bring it down, the speakers were in full swing till the very end, with a live DJ spinning night club tunes (not very good btw). I had got a book to read in between rides, but you can't hear your own thoughts let alone read. No respite from music anywhere except the bathrooms, which were clean. Two of their best rides were closed. This was my second visit as I had a lot of fun the first time, but sadly the park management is confused about whether this is a family park or a night club. Once they understand why someone comes to a park, perhaps we can actually have fun.

          Rude lifeguard
The rides were fun and everything was great except we met a life guard that was super rude and I honestly felt insulted by his remarks about my body and weight. He told me that I am not allowed to sit in front of the tube and I have to switch with my friend because I looked heavier. He proceeded to explain that it’s for safety purposes and that heavier person should be behind. I politely replied to him saying that me and my friend’s weight isn’t that much of a difference. He rudely argued back implying that he could see that I am at least 10kgs heavier than my friend. First of all, was that necessary? Your job is to make sure that we are safely playing the rides, not judging and body shaming people? Yes, he could’ve said it as a joke, but it isn’t funny? How is making fun of someone’s body and weight funny? Yes, I may not be very affected by it, but as a professional staff, you should know that it is not appropriate to make such remarks on others! I hope no one else meets such experience as no one deserves to be judged and criticised like that by a stranger. Please, just do your job!

Great Relaxed Water Park - But Transport is Challenging
Great park with enough rides to keep teenagers happy for a day. Much smaller than Sunway Lagoon but it meant you cope actually why the day instead of trying to fit everything in. Every price was good and free digital photos around the park. Downside though was getting there - but more so getting back to KL. There is NO a public transport and Grab does not pick up from here. We were stranded. Thankfully one of the staff knew a person who knew a person and we paid them to take us back to KL. Once the area is developed there will be public transport links, but there aren’t now!!!! Overall it was a really good day and if you’ve got a car or driver it’s fine. Smaller park with less intense rides - so good for a more chilled day out but still enough to keep 3 teenagers very happy.

          Great experience!
Great experiences! This is my 3rd time playing in Escape. Now add on a lot of new activities, and for the safety part is much better than before. We choose 2 days 1 night to enjoy the activities. All the staffs are very friendly, helpful and caring. At here, we want to thank Mr Nazar. He is very patient to teach and guide us in aerobat and ask my husband to join their show. This was an unforgettable and memorable experience.

          Wet fun!
Date of visit : 15.3.23 Tuesday Can bring own mineral water in. Bring a lot as you will need it or else pay RM4 for 500ml carton. No outside food. Extremely hot. Sunscreen a must. Bring own towel. Can pay cash, card & QR for all services. Limited shelters for eating & sitting. Best rent cabana or bring own mat & big umbrella. Buggy & van service from open car park to main entrance but long wait. Come super early to park nearest to entrance. Not enough floats to rent during peak capacity. No recycle bins for aluminium & plastic inside park. All thrown in same bin. Popular rides long queues. Be ready to wait. Main food court offers local, western fare plus 3 food trucks - from RM20+ for a set. Park not too big just nice distance between attractions. Ship offers great view of surroundings. Can check ELITE jam or not before you leave. Haha. Plunge & Capsule Drop a must try but not for faint-hearted. Lifeguards & service staff friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lyana who retrieved my daughter's spectacles which fell in Ravage River - fast current so be careful. Lots of shower stalls but long queue at closing. Overall, not bad if you like to play in water all day and have young kids.

          Not for Family
          - Not a place for a family. - not enough sitting area, causes most people to sit on the floor ( under the hot sun and hot floor, trust me the floor is hotter then you). - queue for 1 ride will take you an hour - food is too expensive for the quality of the food. It felt like eating at worst pasar malam ever. - the queue for a food will also take you an hour for low quality food., Better for you to do your intermittent fasting regime. At least you would not suffer the calories. - very limited shade area, you can count with your finger the numbers of shade area. - even the awning at the shade area is useless to help you from the hot sun. (again not suitable for family). - there is a weird smell at most of the ride, for a new launch attraction, it is very not welcoming. I felt like going to the alien themepark that clean is something you can throw out of the window. - 1 credit that i can give is to staff friendliness. Is the only thing that is positive.

          Fantastic
It was a great family getaway with outdoor activities for the kids. The motel was excellent, with nice employees. It's a lot of fun to go. Less busy, with little or no wait time. I've been having a good time on the rides.
