We had an amazing trip and our tour guide Josh was fantastic. We only had a couple of full days in Penang so booking the tour was great and met more than our expectations. Josh was friendly and very knowledgable We are so glad we booked the tour znd would recommend to all whether you are in Penang for a very short time or longer.

The views were amazing and Hong was a good tour guide. He explained a lot about the city and the sites. Good trip all around.

Our visit to the Petronas Towers was very enjoyable! From the start, our host’s communication was exceptional, providing clear instructions and directions that made the trip seamless. The onsite host was equally welcoming and courteous, ensuring we had a great experience. Lunch was enjoyable, though it would have been nice to have a non-seafood option, as my partner only had the noodles. A bit more variety would have made the meal perfect. One important tip—sandals, including Birkenstocks, are not permitted, so be sure to wear proper shoes. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend the experience! Thank you

Good knowledge, kind guide & very personalized. Each point of interest were well illustrated and we had plenty of time to take photos & rest in an air conditionned car. Not the latest car... but the guide was very good.

we went up to the 42nd floor where we met mr. Saunders. after telling us the origin and construction details of the twin towers he accompanied us inside the Petronas private club where we had a fish dinner. after dinner we visited the bridge that connects the two towers and adapted some photos. a beautiful exclusive experience that allowed us to visit this wonderful building.

Stunning views, place and atmosphere. Shopping mall is very big and high end also very very clean. Must visit place. Highly recommended

Zaid (Way to KL), was a great communicator. I got all the info required. My driver was great, he helped take pictures and was all round pleasant to chat with. I loved the caves and factories we visited.

The views were great! I received the tickets in time, before going to the KL Tower. It was super convenient because I could skip the long lines at the ticket counter. Zaid (Way to Kuala Lumpur) was very communicative and a joy to interact with.

The agent is very accommodating and help to change my booking date on the day itself as I overlooked the date and arrived at Puteri Harbour when it was supposed to be the next day. Thankfully everything went well and many thanks to Zaid who help made it happened behind the scene coordinating with all the parties. The cruise was smooth and the views are beautiful and we took a lot of photos. Would strongly recommend to try Brooklyn cruise if you planning to take a cruise ride around Puteri harbor.

This is an exclusive experience where you visit the bridge which runs between the two towers. It’s a private club that the guide has access to. We had lunch first with amazing views and then our host took us on a private tour of the bridge, top only. We were the only ones on the bridge with plenty of time to take photos and videos.

Our driver Joseph was excellent. He showed up on time, was a very careful driver and flexible with what we wanted to see and do. It’s an extremely long day so we wish we had planned an overnight trip, but we made the best of it. Our only complaint is that the company website has the wrong name on our apartment/hotel. There is no such thing as “Robertson Mocha Suites.” It’s confusing and needs to be just The Robertson.

This was an unexpected experience that provided unique views from the Petronas twin towers. The instructions were clear and Sounders was very accommodating.
