- 391iany0 contributionsPrivate jet staff at Sultan Abdul Aziz Airport jump queue.I arrived on Firefly flight FY3129 from Seletar, Singapore at about 3.40pm 4 March 2024. All passengers disembarked and queued at immigration. It was a full flight and there were therefore many people at immigration. The three counters at immigration were adequate to process the people arriving. All the passengers were queuing up patiently, until the crew of a private jet jumped queue. Our wait at immigration was extended by about 15 minutes as the crew of about 9 was given preferential treatment. It is worth noting that the crew of the Firefly from our plane queued up like all passengers. I am disappointed that flight crew of private jets enjoy preferential treatment.Written March 4, 2024
