I enjoyed most of the sights we visited, especially in Putrajaya. I would recommend skipping the palace, though, as you aren't allowed inside or on the grounds and can't see anything from outside the gates. Also, the Batu caves require you to climb 272 steps in the heat to get to them and this wasn't possible for us, as seniors. Our driver was very accommodating and we appreciated this.

KL is beautiful, tour guide didn't speak. Only spoke when we arrived at each point to tell us where to go and when to be picked up. Never told us anything about the place we were visiting.

Theft. They took money for two tours actually and provide no service, didn’t pick up the phone, didn’t message back. Still heard nothing from them. They will take your money and provide no service. I have to believe it’s a scam.

Great tour guide who was informative and friendly. Our flight in KL got delayed and he wait for 2 hours outside the airport for us to arrive.

Terrible service. No clear statement mention on pick up charges outside from KL city area, very expensive. It was not included in this trip payment.Services was badly handled by the Riyas Tour Agent after my complaint on the extra charges was not clearly spelled. Very rude and very defensive. Cancelled this trip due to bad services. Last minute informing on extra charges incurred as well. Not a professional way to handle customer. Then asked me to pay via cash which do not have any proper informal receipt (does not accept online bank in as well).

Although our initial plan was cut very short due to our airline changing their flight times, the driver was very accommodating and took us around to as many places as possible within the short (4hr) time frame that we had in K.L. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This was an excellent tour showcasing the new city of Putrajaya. We stopped at many places, but the most impressive was the new Mosque. It would rival those in Istanbul for size and decoration. The cruise was also good as it was possible to see many of the new buildings that had been built near the river. We also visited the Moroccan garden in the botanic gardens. It was beautiful. The driver was very helpful and provided a good commentary. He also took many pictures of me and sent them to me using What's App. He also helped me buy a ticket for the boat trip ahead of time, so I was sure to get on the 11 o'clock cruise.

We had a 13+ hr layover in KL & decided to book this one to take a quick glimpse of the city. We were received and dropped from & to airport on time. Our driver/guide Mr Richard was extremely professional and knowledgable. He went above and beyond the written itinerary to make sure we visited as many places as we could in oir limited time. He also guided us with some really good trivia and hostory about all the places. Really want to appreciate him & the booking agency for a really memorable tour.

We embarked on a special tour of Putrajaya, expertly guided by our friendly local driver GUNA. without any rush we managed to follow the tour schedule perfectly We made unforgettable memories during our photos stops. Thanks to Guna that was so patient and kindness we were able to have an immersive and amazing tour of Putrajaya.

Richard was a great guide and driver. He was very accomading of my flight schedule, and felt like hanging out with a friend. Highly recommend him! Ask for him to be your guide.

Though my VISA account had been charged and the booking showed, that everything is ok, the tour service had not been provided to us, because there had been no tickets for Petronas Towers available had time of booking the tour. We are still waiting, that the price for tour will be refunded to our VISA account.

Travelled on Finnair from Singapore to Helsinki (14hrs) and return also in March and not impressed with the airline - Cabin crew looked unhappy (no smiles) and service was sadly lacking, inflight screens and entertainment kept freezing, food terrible. First time I have flown with them and the last also !!!

It was an interesting and hot trip. Take a moment to enjoy a cruise and to wonder on the territory of the beautiful mosques.

We booked this tour primarily because it offered tickets to the Petrona Twin Towers. About 3 hours before the tour we were sent a notice that they didn’t have tickets and offered a substitute. This was not acceptable!
