NOTE: For airport drop off pickup will be 3 hours before your flight times. The instructions is based on your booking and if you just book for the airport pickup we only pick you up from the airport and departure or pickup from hotel to airport will be charge seperately.

- JOHNBERTRAM0 contributionsGreat visit to MalaysiaEnjoyed the trip to Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur and the visit to the Petronas Twin Towers. Its an impressive building and has a bridge between the towers that is a marvel. There is an impressive very large shopping mall below the towers and its clean and inviting and loaded with every shop you could think of. We had a private van and driver for our ride to Malacca and stayed in a remarkable Chinese hotel the Puri. Its like staying in a museum and has impressive gardens and the breakfast is very good served in a courtyard. Visits to Little India and the Malacca Mosque is a highlight. Malaysia has a harmonious group of Malay, Chinese, Indian and Muslims who we all found to be very friendly. For local city transport go with the Grab App its cheap and speedy. Longer distances need to be booked elsewhere. The Hotels are inexpensive and high quality - 4 Star for under $60 - the opposite of SingaporeWritten December 9, 2023
- RandyRandy0 contributionsA Great Day Exploring KL's Major Sights!This all-day city tour worked out perfectly for us! Port Klang is over an hour's drive from central Kuala Lumpur. It's difficult to find a local guide who picks up at the cruise ship terminal. Most want to meet you at a hotel or landmark. (We weren't interested in the ship-offered excursions.) We were met in the arrivals hall with a name board, he loaded us into his van, and off we went to see the city's major sites. We covered a lot of territory in spite of KL's notorious traffic. When we were finished, he dropped us back at the cruise terminal. If you're looking for an excellent all-day city tour shore excursion, one that meets you at the cruise terminal, this is the one to book!Written November 29, 2023

We listened to his favourite music and he wanted to hear some music from our home country; Holland. Overall the ride was very comfortable and would highly recommend to have him as your driver in Malaysia! If we ever need another ride in Malaysia I would contact him again.Written September 9, 2023

Jef brought us back from Taman Negara to Kuala Lumpur and brought us the day after to the airport.
We had to be early at the airport and he came exactly on time.
Very friendly and save driver!

The driver Hazman was there to pick me up from airport. He was very nice to talk to, took about 1 hour to reach hotel but the journey was fine. Well done everyone.

Jeff had to pick us up on short notice as my driver was unable to fetch us on the day of our arrival. He waited for us patiently as there was a delay for our flight. When I finally got to contact him after landing, he assured us that he would be waiting for us hence there was no need for us to rush to settle immigration clearance and so on. Upon seeing that I was with 3 elderly family members, he took the initiative to assist my elderly family members to board and alight from his taxi. He was also friendly and warmed up to us fast by sharing stories during our journey to our apartment. Thank you, Jeff.
