About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- ellenkI6584GY0 contributionsGreat tour, phenomenal customer service. A must do while in KL!My luck would have it that upon arrival to KL, I was hit with the worst case of traveler's diarrhea one could imagine. I ended up having to postpone this Batu Caves & Countryside daytrip on short notice, but Mr. Zaid and the tour operators were so flexible, communicative, and understanding. They checked-in in me every day to make sure my condition was in fit shape for the daytrip and that I would be able to fully enjoy the trip. I really appreciated how much they cared. The overall trip was 3.5 hours long and it was efficient and organized. Our driver first took us to the Royal Selangor, which is a fascinating look at Malaysia's tin history and a great place to purchase one-of-a-kind tin souvenirs and home goods. Then we visited the majestic Batu Caves-- I highly recommend coming with long pants, shoudlers covered or a long skirt as well as with sneakers; otherwise, you will not be led up the steps into the Hindu temple inside the caves. Watching the monkeys on the hunt for food was an added entertainment as my group and I climbed the stairs. The final leg of our trip was a visit to the batek shop, which teaches visitors about traditional batek silk painting. Overall, everything was very informative and cool-- this is a trip anyone of any age would enjoy. Highly recommend.Written September 25, 2024
- bagsey20170 contributionsKuala Lumpur TourOur driver was Albinhar bin Mohd final. He was an excellent guide who really explained about the various places we visited. He provided us with umbrellas when an unexpected rainstorm occurred. He introduced us to the requirements for our visit to the National Mosque, accompanying us himself until we were dressed and ready for the tour. He was clear in our timings and instructions for pick up. He was prompt in his arrival and ensured that we had a good experience. His vehicle could be better, but I am sure that could be remedied in the future.Written September 23, 2024
- Rj_7280 contributionsPerfect and beyond experienceI loved the whole arrangement. Timely follow up, car arrangement. M.Zaid took care of all the conveyance while Rajan took around us on cab and very polite and generous person. He even helped to navigate around and gave a stop to explore more for us. Thanks to both for making our tour valueable.Written September 2, 2024
- Voyage425813845830 contributionsSuicidal driver - Not worth risking your lifeWe went on a tour of Cameron Highlands which we booked through Viator. This is not a tour. Instead it was a white knuckle taxi ride from door to door. On the way the driver was doing 140k in a 110k consistently and at times more. Over the while trip we had three near misses at high speed. We also crashed in slow moving traffic because the driver was so impatient. He provided little to no information and despite the time gained by his suicidal driving we had little to no time at Cameron Highlands. If we weren't so far from anywhere we would have found another way back at the first services. We are unlikely to ever take a pri ate tour again after this horrific experience.Written August 28, 2024

- mindy Z0 contributionsGreat views, great laughs, great companyHeri was an outstanding tour guide- he wanted to make sure every attraction was to our liking and provided significant background on every site visited. He was accommodating and let us add/cut back time on certain locations. He made us laugh and very apologetic over features out of his control, like the traffic or rain. Next time in KL we will give Heri a call!Written June 3, 2024
