About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Fearless3091570 contributionsThank you RonnieWe had a great time on our Penang tour with Ronnie! He knows so much about the island and made everything super interesting. What was awesome was how he matched our energy—really friendly, fun, and easy to talk to. Ronnie took us to some cool spots we definitely wouldn’t have found on our own. Highly recommend him if you’re visiting Penang!Written January 16, 2025
- 927nataliea0 contributionsGood way to get your bearings on your first day in KL.Went early on a Saturday morning. Traffic was light for KL made driving around to the different sights very easy. Highlights were Chinese temple and Petronas Towers. Our driver Hery was very friendly and informative and a safe driver.Written January 13, 2025
- Michael D0 contributionsWonderful driver but unable to do the full tour that I bookedMy driver Rajan was wonderful and very friendly. He made the trip very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the booking does not indicate that stages 3 and 4 of the cave tour require 5 people minimum. When I arrived after booking stage 4 I was only able to do the short stage 2 tour.Written January 9, 2025
- Oisín Ó0 contributionsGreat tripExcellent. Wasn’t 100% sure what to expect, but it was like watching little LED lights popping in the bushes from a boat. Seeing the temple and the monkeys on the way there was a bonus. I’m not sure the restaurant fully understood my food allergy though.Written January 9, 2025
- annaaN8518CY0 contributionsMr. Indran is the best tour guideNice Tour. Picked us up from our location and brought us back to the same location. Enough time spent at each spot. My favorite being the waterfalls. Special thanks to our Tour Guide Mr. Indran! He was amazing to work with from the beginning. Super communicative, flexible, knowledgeable and overall amazing. He made us feel like family and safe at all times. If you book this tour hopefully you'll get to meet Mr. Indran. He's amazing and made our vacation so very wonderful! He's the best tour guide we've had by far! Keep up the good work Indran!Written December 4, 2024
- Jesse A0 contributionsOnce in a lifetime experienceThis is definitely one of the most difficult hikes that we have ever been on but it was well worth it to see the rafflesia flower. The guides were wonderful and did their best to make sure that we were safe the entire time and made us feel very welcome.Written November 25, 2024

- PaschG0 contributionsFantastic tourReally enjoyable experience with Aris, who had the perfect balance of giving sufficient information and plenty of time to enjoy each activity. He was friendly, funny, professional, and thoughtful. We really enjoyed Batu Caves, how lucky are we that people praying tolerate tourists observing their sacred ceremonies. A truly wonderful experience. Really enjoyed the hot springs too, and waterfalls, highly recommended.Written November 20, 2024

- K6647RQmatthewc0 contributionsA great snapshot of Kuala Lumpur's beauty.A great day out. Harry was a terrific tour guide who made us feel very comfortable and relaxed as we drove around. Batu Caves are busy and it's a hike to get to the top but well worth it. Make sure you bring your bathers for a swim in the waterfall, it's absolutely amazing and a well needed cool off on a hot and humid day. The Pewter Factory and Batik shop are quick stops but quite interesting.Written November 14, 2024
- annehF6517XV0 contributionsWell worth doing. Our guide Josh was excellent. He communicated well and he had a great knowledge of customs, history & culture. I highly recommend this tour.Written November 8, 2024
- 399levinias0 contributionsBest Tour Guide!Ronnie Ranjit was my tour guide and he was amazing. Knowledagble historically and culturally. I wanted to see a lot of the street art so he adapted my tour to allow for enough time to get to the streets and some obscure side streets to see murals. It was a great introduction to Penang and I am glad I choose this tour.Written November 4, 2024
- levinias20240 contributions5 hrs well spentHighly recommend this tour. Great historical and cultural intro to George Town. My guide Ronnie Ranjit was the best. Knowledgable, and accommodating. When I said I wanted to see street murals he made sure I got to see more than just a couple that might have been standard for the tour. Let me wander the temples on my own time. I never felt rushed to get to the next location.Written November 2, 2024
- Passenger7861350 contributionsGood trip with caveats.Overall a good trip. First stop was the hot springs which was a waste of time as the water is just too hot to get in. Next was the waterfalls which were lovely and nice for a swim but quite a few steps to get there. Batu caves were up next and even more steps but worth the effort. A little too touristy and filthy because of the monkeys eating bananas. Hardly a spiritual place but the caves are spectacular. After lunch we did the pewter factory which I found surprisingly interesting. Next the batik workshop which was quite interesting and I bought a shirt there from a good range of choices at a good price.Written October 21, 2024
- Gabrielle M0 contributionsGreat GuideI had a great experience, the guide Khairy ensured I had a great day as a solo traveller and we had ample time to explore all the attractions.Written September 28, 2024
