Solo female traveler - I would give Andrew 10 stars if I could! Andrew was great, he gave me travel tips, made me feel safe, provided two bottles of water, and was a smooth driver. At the end of the journey, I accidentally left ALL my cash sitting on the back seat (I blame jet lag). I only realized once I was checking into my hotel and texted him to come back. Great option for this airport transfer! Punctual and very easy to find! They sent me a video on how to get to pick up zone at the airport and my driver diligently contacted me to let me know his plate details.

Mikael was on time for both our drop off and pick up to the airport. His car is clean and large enough for our family of 5 with 5 large suitcases. We were looking for a reliable driver offering a comfortable and spacious vehicle to cover some distances in Malaysia. It was our first time in Malaysia, and we had some hotels already fixed, but for the distances, it was not feasible to just rely on Grab (especially not with some luggage). We contacted Mikael via WhatsApp to discuss our itinerary. Most drivers offer services with smaller MPVs; however, with a family of four and longer trips, it helps to have some space. Mikael’s car was exactly what we were looking for. He picked us up, always provided water, and drove us to our different destinations in Malaysia. He is a friendly and punctual person who cares about his business and his clients!

It was a terrible experience booking a taxi with this company. I strongly feel that all the reviews are fake. I booked a cab with him for my KL tour, booked him for two days from pickup to the city tour, and the next day, Putrajaya. First, he didn't come to pick up and sent some other guy to the airport when we asked the driver about the next trip; then the driver on duty said no, dont have any information about any tour; later, we reached him again and said where the driver was as it was already 2:30, and we decided 2 pm time he said i am driving. I can't answer now; somehow, i managed to reach him. However, he responded carelessly that i had sent your information to my driver, and if he didn't come yet, then i couldn't do anything, i would try to talk to him; by that time, it was already three. We said that we did not want to move ahead with you; at around 3 the other driver that he assigned then reached our hotel and told reception people to call us down; this was so scary we denied that we did not want to meet him. The overall experience was disgusting with him; the person was running a scam company and sending unprofessional drives who kept lying and blaming customers for useless reasons. BIG BIG, STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO STAY SECURE IN KL.

Maikel arranged the transport for a 2.5 -week holiday trip starting from Singapore and going through Malaysia (including KL, Taman Negara, Cameron Highlands and Georgetown). Was well arranged and all trips went smooth and well planned and executed. The driver (Shaiful) was always on time and the car was very nice and clean with fresh water. All in all a very good experience and we recommend when in need of a private driver.

Michael is a very good driver. With honest prices, he drives carefully, always on time, very patient with the children. We went to Cameron Island with him to Georgetown And Malacca also other transfers closer to Kuala Lumpur Tours. He is very honest, I strongly advise you to go through him directly. In addition, he is very responsive.

Well the tour operator and the driver were very accommodating. However, it's not definitely a weekend tour might take you 5-6 hours to reach the top of the cameron highlands where boh tea house, bee farm, lavender garden and flora park is situated bearing in mind that most of these places close by 5pm.more over if you have kids then consider staying in cameron highlands as it will be very hectic and tiring for them. Our private tour started at 7:30am and ended around 9:00 pm from and to kuala lumpur.

Went to KL for a international conference. I used Mikael and his team. These guys are professional, offer reasonable price, and excellent services. I used them for airports transfers, and tours. I've been to Kuala Lumpur many times, and had lots of ups and downs but from now on I will use KL Starex.
