Brilliant day! Batu Caves were amazing, waterfall breathtaking. The visit to the Royal Selangor factory was fascinating. Lots more on the tour too! Our guide Harry (aka Uncle Harry) was entertaining and brilliant.

        Thanks for a great day.
The tour was great. My driver was Harry and he had a really great positive vibe about him. His knowledge was good and gave us lots of facts about life in Malaysia. Myself and several other people in the tour (the tour comprising of 5 of us) did not realise that we also went to the pewter museum as well as the batik textiles and coffee places before the hot springs and waterfall. Although these stops were interesting and worthwhile (minus the coffee stop) this confusion caused us to not be able to fully enjoy the little stops as we felt disoriented. Having your guides give a quick summary/itinerary of the day before we leave KL would minimalise confusion. For us tourists, we should have also taken note of the description on Viator. (Perhaps too the tour description/pictures could be amended)? Lunch was at a humble Indian restaurant. Delicious. Overall, I recommend the tour. Thanks for a nice day out!

        A must!
We had a fabulous day. We took loads of photos and made new friends. The caves were amazing and so colourful. We watched in awe those there for their religious ceremonies. The waterfalls were a delight after climbing so many steps in the heat. However the hot springs were indeed hot! We thought we’d have no skin left on our feet! Wouldn’t recommend for children!! Overall we had a lovely day.

        As advertised - highly recommend!
INDRAN, my guide, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and committed to making this a wonderful experience. The car was roomy, clean and well-appointed with water and candy. The tour was amazing. So many beautiful sites. Just as advertise. He even made a quick stop at the blue mosque as we had a few extra moments. I would highly recommend this tour and our guide.

        Lights in the city
Our tour guide Rajan picked us up on time. As we had already seen a few of the places he suggested we go to, our first stop was River of Life. We had been there in the daytime bit not at night & it looked spectacular. Our next stop was KLCC lights & that was cool as well as seeing the Petrona Towers lit up. We then visited the mall & had something to eat before Rajan dropped us back at our hotel. Rajan was very knowledgeable and a good tour guide. We would recommend him to any first time travellers to KL.

        AVOID AVOID AVOID
I had booked a private car to take me to the waterfalls and for tour of Batu caves. The car was 90 minutes late. When it arrived, it was dirty, smelt and there was no Aircon. This was supposed to be a tour but he was a driver and not a tour guide. The car then broke down and I was stuck for 30minutes on the high way not knowing what had happened. I've since found that for £40 you can hire a car from your hotel to take you to the Batu caves and wait for you for 3 hours. I had paid £98 for this disaster and have had to argue about getting a refund.

Informative tour to see many sights in KL
Our tour guide Mohd was very informative and this was the best way to see sights that are a fare distance apart. Wear cool clothing and comfortable shoes as there are lots of stairs. The waterfalls and hot springs were enjoyable but the springs were very hot! Could only just dip our feet in. The pewter show room/factory was really interesting and a bonus to this tour.

        Would recommend!
Albinhar was a great driver/guide! Very friendly and able to provide relevant information for the places we were going. It was also very nice that it was only me and one other person, so it felt more personal. The steps to the temple were quite something but doable and the view and temple are impressive. The same could be said for the waterfalls, which were nice and cool after the hot springs. We took some great photos and I bought a nice shirt at the Batik shop and the Royal Selangor (interesting tour here!).

Batu canes Kanching Waterfalls and Hot Springs
We had a lovely guide to the Batu caves Kanching waterfalls and hot springs We thought the value was ok and the experience good. The caves are amazing and the waterfalls beautiful and we even saw monkeys. Take cool clothes and comfortable shoes and a method of shade like an umbrella The hot springs were not our favourite on that day as being cleaned so quite noisy All in all a good trip. The guide communicated well and was friendly helpful and punctual

Do Not Use Viator/Batu Caves Trip
This was supposed to be a guided trip offering a unique experience in Kuala Lumpur. It was a complete rip-off. We paid $158 for a trip that was worth $20. We contacted Viator for a refund and was refused. There was NO guide, NO entance fees, the lunch cost pennies (see photo), and we ended the day in a shop selling pewter and Batik. This was NOT a tour it was being driven around very cheaply by a driver who is paid $300 a month. It was NOT worth the money. Viator are NOT a tour operator to be trusted . I would never book anything again. I would not recommend them to anyone
