The booking was easy. The cost was reasonable. The meal, service, and venue were excellent. The meet-up instructions and actual meet up failed. A simple table with a greeter in front of the music hall would solve this. If we had not been with a KL local, I doubt we would have found the dinner. You can really improve this.

Soundar was an excellent host and waited patiently for us ( we arrived late despite his excellent directions .) We ate a nice three course (all- you -can- eat) buffet in a private members club on the 42nd floor of the Petronas towers. Soundar gave us some interesting information while we ate, and then took photos of us on the skybridge. It was a very nice experience.

Once we got up the tower, the views were amazing. But oh the wait to get there :( Apparently two of the elevators were out of order, and one was carrying restaurant items and the other one was mainly used for the VIP visitors. The que took almost two hours. This was really frustrating.

The wait to go up is very bad. Lift took an hour to get down and then coming back down is worse I almost fainted in n the line. But generally the deck was okay though limited time still to take photos.

We had a brilliant time at the KL tower as it states due to being built on an elevated platform it is one of the highest points in the city to view and amazing skyline. We went as a family and had another brilliant trip thanks to Mr Zaid and his team. We toured the observation deck and paid for the glass box photos which were brilliant and the photographer was great and even took photos on our phone too. It was great to see the skyline and we didn't get a chance to eat at the revolving restaurant too but wish we had however you need to book far in advance. After we enjoyed a refreshing drink and watched the monkeys play it was a great activity all round.

We had a fantastic time on this private tour of the towers. In the rush to book tickets for the normal public tour we unfortunately booked the wrong dates and the tour was booked out for weeks. Luckily Mr Zaid and his team went over and above with customer service and looking after our family by arranging this private tour for us at very short notice during our last day in Kuala Lumpa. Mr Soundar Permual was a brilliant and gracious host who helped us lots and was very informative. The tour offered some exclusive photos not available on the public tours. The clothing rules are strict and my wife had to bring a hoody so do bear that in mind. Dinner in the club was fantastic and offered some additional great views. I had the Malaysian menu which was super tasty but if you can't handle spicy food either inform them or take the western menu like my wife did which was nice fish and chips. All in all a great experience and one I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get the full experience of the Petronius Towers

The experience was truly memorable. While we had initially planned for the 6pm ride, the rain prompted us to choose the 7pm slot instead. In hindsight, this turned out to be an excellent decision. The view during the later ride was absolutely spectacular and felt revitalizing. My friends and I enjoyed our time thoroughly, thanks in large part to the warm hospitality of Capt. Loco and Ambok. I look forward to doing this again in the future, In Shaa Allah!

It was an Amazing experience and we all loved the view from the top of Malaysia. We had a chance to have a glimpse of the whole kuala lumpur

My tour guide Govinda was very knowledgable and took to me through a busy itinerary in a very efficient way making the tour feel very relaxed on a very hot day. I only had a short time in Penang so was very appreciative of covering the main sites while learning some interesting facts from Govinda. He was very clear with his instructions on meeting points and timings for the main 2 attractions which took the most time (Penang Hill and Temple). Highly recommend.

Fantastic Viator experience in Kuala Lumpur. Our Driver was called Kumar and he did an amazing job. His skilled and safe driving got us to all the main sights in a well organised fashion. He also gave us very valuable information throughout the visit and got us back to the Cruise Port at our requested time. What a wonderful city KL is, two couples had a memorable day. You get a 10 / 10 from us.

Solo travelling and in Malaysia for a few days; very worthwhile trip if you want to see a few things in one hit, also get to see some places that you wouldn't necessarily know about or go to. Tour guide is very knowledgeable and gives you plenty of time on your own at each location. V good 🇲🇾👌🏻🤙🏻

In fact, we got more than we could have expected. The gentleman gave us a personal tour of the attraction, took us through corridors where the public is prohibited, and we were practically completely alone on the bridge. The food was excellent. I especially praise the soup. I have never eaten better. Thank you and we recommend.

The tour is exactly what it says. The driver Mr.Rajan is very friendly and explained the importance of every place we visited. Genting Highland is really lot of fun and beautiful scenery while going up to the hills in cable car. Top brand outlets for shopping. Excellent Casino for Great Gamblers. My overall experience is excellent. I enjoyed lot and the day went quick. I strongly suggest this is a must do tour when you’re in Kuala Lumpur. 😁😁
