        Thank you Ronnie
We had a great time on our Penang tour with Ronnie! He knows so much about the island and made everything super interesting. What was awesome was how he matched our energy—really friendly, fun, and easy to talk to. Ronnie took us to some cool spots we definitely wouldn’t have found on our own. Highly recommend him if you’re visiting Penang!

Good way to get your bearings on your first day in KL.
Went early on a Saturday morning. Traffic was light for KL made driving around to the different sights very easy. Highlights were Chinese temple and Petronas Towers. Our driver Hery was very friendly and informative and a safe driver.

Wonderful driver but unable to do the full tour that I booked
My driver Rajan was wonderful and very friendly. He made the trip very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the booking does not indicate that stages 3 and 4 of the cave tour require 5 people minimum. When I arrived after booking stage 4 I was only able to do the short stage 2 tour.

        Great trip
Excellent. Wasn’t 100% sure what to expect, but it was like watching little LED lights popping in the bushes from a boat. Seeing the temple and the monkeys on the way there was a bonus. I’m not sure the restaurant fully understood my food allergy though.

This is definitely one of the most difficult hikes that we have ever been on but it was well worth it to see the rafflesia flower. The guides were wonderful and did their best to make sure that we were safe the entire time and made us feel very welcome.

        Best Tour Guide!
Ronnie Ranjit was my tour guide and he was amazing. Knowledagble historically and culturally. I wanted to see a lot of the street art so he adapted my tour to allow for enough time to get to the streets and some obscure side streets to see murals. It was a great introduction to Penang and I am glad I choose this tour.

        5 hrs well spent
Highly recommend this tour. Great historical and cultural intro to George Town. My guide Ronnie Ranjit was the best. Knowledgable, and accommodating. When I said I wanted to see street murals he made sure I got to see more than just a couple that might have been standard for the tour. Let me wander the temples on my own time. I never felt rushed to get to the next location.

        Lights in the city
Our tour guide Rajan picked us up on time. As we had already seen a few of the places he suggested we go to, our first stop was River of Life. We had been there in the daytime bit not at night & it looked spectacular. Our next stop was KLCC lights & that was cool as well as seeing the Petrona Towers lit up. We then visited the mall & had something to eat before Rajan dropped us back at our hotel. Rajan was very knowledgeable and a good tour guide. We would recommend him to any first time travellers to KL.

We went on a private tour with Rajan to see the hot springs, waterfalls and caves. Rajan was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We learnt a lot about Malaysian history and the different cultures in this beautiful country. Although other reviewers had mentioned that you can make your own way to these places for cheaper, it definitely added to the experience with an educated guide and trustworthy transportation as the waterfalls and hot springs were in quite isolated locations. Rajan was very patient as we took our time at each destination and took awesome photos for us! The sites were spectacular and the weather was perfect. Rajan pointed out all the little things like wild mushrooms in the mountains and had plenty of knowledge about the local wildlife. At the end of the tour Rajan took us to a quaint restaurant where we had traditional Indian food on a banana leaf! He also answered all of our questions about the Indian temple close to the restaurant where we learnt a lot about the importance of prayer for other cultures, which was beautiful to learn about. It was a 10/10 experience and our lovely guide made it an unforgettable day trip. Thanks again Rajan!

Mr. Raja was a wonderful guide and driver. He looked out for us and always made sure we had everything we needed.
The locations were incredibly interesting and we had a great time at each stop. The Batik Chong was severely underrated and I highly recommend spending more time there. The Batu Caves were incredible and unique.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, Fauzi our guide was very knowledgeable, spoke great English and gave us the time we wanted at each stop, at no time did we feel rushed. The Batu caves were really interesting to see, busy but not too much so. We then went on to the batik and pewter centres, again both were very interesting, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything (something we've encountered a lot in other countries). Lunch was at a local restaurant and was very tasty and plentiful, we couldn't eat it all. Fauzi checked we were happy with everything and if we needed any more.
After lunch we visited the hot springs, unfortunately they were way too hot for us, but interesting all the same. The final stop was the waterfalls, much cooler to paddle our feet in. Again they were busy, but this added to our enjoyment of the trip, especially a monkey stealing someones bag of crisps!
The whole trip lasted approx 7 hours and we were well looked aftwr throughout.

Our guide and driver Faizal was excellent, very polite and friendly, picking us up early (9am) to go to Batu Caves, avoiding the rush. We visited the hotel springs and the 7 level waterfalls, really enjoyable, prepare to paddle and swim. We visited a unique hand made silk scarf shop, seeing the crafts people at work and trying the hand colouring technique. The designs are unique and available to buy at v reasonable prices. Lunch was provided at a local Malaysian restaurant, let Faizal know what you like/don't like and he will order accordingly, great food. Onto the Royal Sekangor pewter works, fascinating history and chance to see inside factory where everything is handmade. Faizal kindly dropped us off at KL Station for our onward journey. **** rating for Faizal and VFM of trip, activities we would otherwise not have seen. Be prepared for lots of steps, 260 at Batu Caves, very steep, especially coming down and steep climb at waterfalls.

We were collected on time by Rajan who is a good driver and guide. The Hot Springs were a great disappointment to us, the surrounding area is in need of upgrading. The waterfalls and the Batu caves were better but again they were in need of an upgrade, saying that an interesting day was had. The Batu Caves were very colourful and interesting, the climb was 300 steps of colour and not for the faint hearted. Inside the cave was also interesting as was the local lunch at the local Coffee Shop.

A difficult one this. Our driver Rajan was an excellent guide and quite entertaining. However as a couple our opinion was that the pewter factory was very interesting, the batik factory was not and frankly I wouldn’t recommend any one visit the Batu cafe, at least not the main one containing the temple as over commercialised and too many people.

Perhaps other caves may have been more interesting, but we were only given an hour for the visit.

The hot springs are not in a natural settings and are a waste of time and the waterfall is ok, but again a fairly quick visit of an hour.

The lunch was excellent and there was plenty of delicious food.

Unfortunately overall I would recommend the company , but probably not the tour in its present format.

Helpful guide takes you on a private tour to a 3/4s day adventure.

Hot springs are low key and too hot to swim in, only good for soaking feet.

The falls are gorgeous and quite private. Those who can hike a bit will be rewarded with extra falls.

The Batu caves are simply stunning. Plenty of monkeys and multiple temples to enjoy. Some of the other temples do have additional fees.

The Batik shop is just some store. Cute, and they have a little demonstration and explanation.

The Pewter museum is also a fun little diversion.

Absolutely wonderful day. Well paced and good variety of places. Our guide INDRAN arrived right on time and was excellent throughout and let us go at our own pace and take our time. He varied the itinerary by starting with the springs, waterfall and then caves, followed by a scrumptious Indian lunch before heading to the batik, watch and pewter factories. This flowed very well and helped us avoid the hottest time of the day. Would thoroughly recommend this to any visitor to KL. Just remember to take water, although you can buy at the waterfall as well as the caves, and watch out for the monkeys (even at the waterfall we saw one steal someone’s unattended bag.

I had booked a private car to take me to the waterfalls and for tour of Batu caves. The car was 90 minutes late. When it arrived, it was dirty, smelt and there was no Aircon. This was supposed to be a tour but he was a driver and not a tour guide. The car then broke down and I was stuck for 30minutes on the high way not knowing what had happened.
I've since found that for £40 you can hire a car from your hotel to take you to the Batu caves and wait for you for 3 hours. I had paid £98 for this disaster and have had to argue about getting a refund.

Dear Jennifer, We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate experience you had with the service provided for your visit to the waterfalls and Batu Caves. We understand the distress and inconvenience caused by the late arrival of the car, its unsatisfactory condition, the lack of air conditioning, and the unexpected breakdown on the highway. This is far from the high standards we strive to maintain and certainly not indicative of the 5-star service we aim to provide to all our clients. We want to inform you that the refund process has been completed, and you should receive the funds according to your bank's processing times. We deeply regret that the service did not meet your expectations or our standards, and we appreciate your feedback as it is crucial for us to address these issues promptly. Please rest assured that we are taking immediate steps to review and enhance our service protocols and partner evaluations to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Our goal is to ensure that all our clients receive the quality, reliability, and enjoyment they expect and deserve. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. This is a great tour to orientated yourself to what's just outside KL. Our guide was Maran and he was knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips to really enjoy each of the sites. I really enjoyed the hot springs, no tourists, except us, and had a chance to see locals using the pools to soak in, some with really hot water!!
If you want to have a swim at the waterfall, wear your bathers as no where to change when you have climbed up there.
The lunch at Batu cave was delicious and plentiful.
Highly recommend this tour and guide.
