We have used this company prior, a few years ago, for a half day tour KL, it was a good experience. We booked the same tour, in June of this year, when family were with us, their first time in KL. This was not a good experience. 15 minutes after their expected time, our hotel assisted with a call to the company, who were elsewhere ? jungle, very vague conversation. Following further discussion thru the hotel porter, as well as being asked what the tour was, and the price, I was advised a car would be there in 30 mins. The car did arrive slightly earlier, but was an old, smelly cramped vehicle. I got the impression it was a taxi the company had called to fill in. The driver tried his best, but had to be told where I wanted to go, and every time we stopped, he would smoke which added to our discomfort. This was not the experience I expected, I have sent an email to the company. Our time in KL was tight, this being the reason I didn't cancel, in retrospect a GRAB would have been cheaper, and probably much nicer.

Very good collection of some rare animals - flamingos / pelicans walking around the lake, tapirs, wallabies and of course the 2 giant pandas who were the mascots of the Beijing Olympics👍🏻

Yesterday I arrived from Kuala Lumpur to Trichy via Air Asia, I had a terrible experience at the airport. We toured as a nine-member family with old people and kids. When I went to assisted check-in in Air Aisa counter, some random guy approached us saying he works in cargo, he spoke our language (Tamil) and started scaring my parents (70 years old) about extra charges for the luggage ( I had 3 big luggage each with more than 20kg) and they asked my parents to check the weight in machine provided by the airport while checking the luggage weight another guy came and started talking to the first guy and saying long time my friend started sharing intros and then he also started saying they will charge more for this luggage and suggested me to go to a specific air Asia counter where his friend works and asked me to pay some money to him he will then load all our luggage in the flight with free of cost. I was scared so decided not to go this route and informed him I would pay for the luggage because I paid the amount while traveling from Trichy to Singapore 3 days before for the same luggage. Then when I was in queue to check my luggage at the assisted check-in counter one more old guy approached stand behind me, the first guy came and talked to this old guy and called him Uncle and started talking “did you see him he is going to pay for this luggage and shared the whole story” then the old guy also suggested me to buy 7 bags more bags and split the luggage and then pay for the remaining luggage. My parents agreed to this, while I was in the queue the second guy was talking to my old parents and convincing them, then I said no to him firmly, then he said ok l will suggest a last option to save money. He said he would give gold chains and rings to all 9 of us and pay 100rs for each gram we carry. He will also pay the extra luggage fee for the trip I just need to wear the gold jewellery and give it to someone in Trichy when I land. I told them I was not going to do any of these and started moving in the queue then the old guy standing behind me left the queue, I didn't know he was part of them until he moved away after I told him no. After this, I paid around 17000rs to air Asia and travelled to Trichy.

Great zoo but definitely a long long walk with a toddler and very tiring. Not enough shady areas and the shuttle service was not offered to us at the entrance. We came to know about it near the end of our journey. The 'photography' service at the entrance should be shortened and the staff should be less insisting to take photos and sell them to you... made our toddler very nervous and tired. Staff at the panda viewing area to be properly trained and be more gentle with clients as they spoke very rudely to ask us to leave our pram and rush inside, we even left our personal belongings in the pram due to pressure.

We went to the bird park at the Hop on Hop off bus top number 9. Spent a couple of hours wandering through and it was a bit more than what we expected. There was a fair variety of different birds. Lots of peacocks! Some nice areas for photographs and I wished I brought along a selfie stick. The ice cream/kiosk only took cash. So bring some cash if you want a refreshment. Also bring some water! Otherwise great walk and a learnt a couple of interesting facts along the way.

Sive our guide was amazing as always. Gave us flexibility with the tour. The temple was beautiful and really enjoyed it there. Crab island was brilliant. Loved walking around the place. Lunch was great. Have booked these guys many times over the years and they never disappoint

The tour company messaged the morning of our tour to advise they did not have an available vehicle and stated we would need to reschedule. Very unprofessional! Because we only had limited time in KL this was not possible so we went ourselves, which was extremely easy to do and in fact you don’t need to organise a tour, just take a Grab there. We are still waiting for a refund despite contacting the company numerous times.

Lovely place but sadly the room were not well maintained. Room is spacious but furnishing is so basic . Towels looks old & off white . Only given 2 bath towels , NO hand or floor towels. Had to use one bath towel for flood. Hotel cannot even afford to replace a missing toilet roll holder. Buffet breakfast was so so only.

Nice amusement park right in the city surrounded by 5stars shopping experience. Overall got a very decent holiday for young and old . I loved it. Will go again.

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. My tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt like I got to experience everything this beautiful place had to offer and my tour guide was welcoming, respectful and flexible around my needs.

Had such a nice time with this tour. Our driver Simba kept in touch with us and picked us up from the hotel. We went early and got good time at the batu caves. Our driver was very informative and told us about the history of all the spots. He took us to all stops and let us take our time and didn’t rush us. Had good conversation and the driver was very trustworthy. The waterfalls were the best and do remember to walk up more. Wear comfy and the right shoes for this trip. Very great tour and would recommend for a day trip!!!

the building did not been maintained well. the room is dirty, even the kettle. the water in the toilet unable to sustain warm temperature. the toilet is not cleaned, lots of dirty particles at the walls. floor also dirty. breakfast is horrible - the egg is only 10% cooked, not enough foods for customers, long queue, no place to sit, almost all the foods are finished. Perhaps they will accepting all the customers to walk in.

Would like to have spent longer with the beautiful baby panda, unfortunately "tidak boleh". Overall this is a good zoo, would be 5* if the front gate ticketing staff were less prejudiced. We've had several lovely visits with the exception of the ticketting staff bluntly refusing to accept Malaysian government ID cards from people with lighter skin colour. Of course the borders haven't been closed for 18+ months and so we don't obviously actually live here............ as shown on the IC presented......

Enjoy the valueable private tour day trip from KL to Fireflies Kuala Selangor. Mr Siva was a very helpful tour guide and already was perfectly arranged by him. I will not be hesitate to repeat for the next time trip with this tour agency. Good Services!

A very interesting place for the whole family that provides fun, adventure and experience. However, the price for each theme park is quite expensive for the middle and lower class, especially those with large families.
