Great tour with lots to see. Fish farm . Bat cave and monkeys. Lunch included. This is well worth a visit. We went on a morning tour.

The host did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable. He displayed true professionalism. We enjoyed the tour. We will recommend to others.

If you’re considering booking with Asni Global, think twice. This company falsely advertises its tours as private when, in reality, they are not. We booked a PRIVATE tour a month in advance and immediately reached out to confirm hotel pickup—only to be completely ignored. No response to messages, no confirmation—nothing. That should have been our first red flag. The day before the tour, after repeated unanswered calls and messages, we had to escalate the issue through Viator just to get a response. Their excuse? That it was the “slow season” and since no one else had booked, they wanted to reschedule or cancel altogether. Excuse me?! If this was truly a private tour, why would other guests even matter? This company is unreliable, misleading, and a complete waste of time. If you’re looking for a stress-free, professionally-run tour, look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and book with a company that actually delivers on its promises.

Terrible by all means. Do not believe what is said in the description or those thousands of positive reviews - not sure how they managed to get those! I booked the tour titled Batu Caves and Cultural Tour of KL which included Batu Caves, Thean Hou Temple, Mosque and a quick stop at places like Little India and Chinatown. This was also supposed to be a group guided tour. The driver shows up and checks if he got my tour correctly. It turned out the company sent him an incorrect itinerary for my booking which included just the Batu Caves and the Batik Factory - called Batu Caves and Countryside Tour instead of Cultural Tour. He accepted that the info is incorrect and along the way he informs me that sometimes when the bus is full, they send private drivers to pick up the remaining passengers. This is in response to my question about why this didn't look like a group and guided tour. Of course, none of this was true. I get there and end up touring the Caves by myself which is still fine. Mind you, the driver at this point never told me I just have 45 minutes at the Batu Caves and of course there wasn't any guide either to manage the time. I return to the car and we headed to Thean Hou Temple only to be faced with a massive traffic queue because of Chinese New Year which the company didn't even bother to factor into their consideration. At this point, the driver begins complaining while trying his best to convince me to skip the entire remaining itinerary! I refused but even though I refused I still proposed to skip the mosque and Little India + Chinatown. So in essence, I was still losing value for money but trying to help! He refused, continued arguing, mentioned I had the incorrect tour details and that this should have been the Batik factory and not this temple and that the tour is only 3.5 hours so he might have to leave me all alone at the temple to find my way back! I showed him my ticket which clearly stated the name of the correct tour and he still refused and kept arguing which was very stressful! Not to mention the anxiety of being dropped off at the temple with no way back and of course all the remaining stops that will be missed when I have already paid! He ended up waiting for me then taking me directly back to my hotel, not stopping at any further points that were included in the tour. I contacted the company to report this incident. They advised they'll check and reply but of course they disappeared. So yes, save your money. Take a cab. And don't go with this mess!

Half day introductory private tour (with driver) booked by Exo Travel through Trailfinders. Thoroughly recommend Panir who gave us an informative, fun and fabulous tour of KL. He went out of his way to show us the sights during this four hour tour adding great food and other recommendations for us to make the most of our short visit to this lovely city.

My tour guide told me many details about all the wonderful places we visited. I was very impressed! He was entertaining, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, history, exports, and how well the government takes care of the people here. My only suggestion is to be careful not to sound like propaganda. Some tourists might not like it very much.

We pre booked this before we left for our trip( Recommended) Before we went to dinner we caught the priority elevator to Observation deck Fantastic 360 degree views of KL Then headed to the restaurant we paid 50MYR deposit for window seat which comes off the finale bill . Again views were fantastic and great range of food for different tastes Indian. Malay, Western It is Halal Restaurant so no pork or Alcohol served. Totally enjoyed our selves

We were very disappointed. Wasn’t the tour we were expecting. Was self touring which we could done it way much cheaper than paying $99.00 US dollars. It was very expensive tour in Australian dollars cost us $315.00. It was a mistake decision to book this tour, didn’t enjoy it at all. Also weather was awful as well that made it worse. I don’t know why has a boat picture to confuse people? The communication was very bad too.

We were in KL on holidays from ireland. We booked trip with company. On morning of trip was collected at appartment from a very kind man called kumpar..a very good tour guide from start to finished,very knowledgeable about all the areas in Cameron island. I would recommend this trip to anyone coming to KL..it will teach you the simplicity of living,and how different cultures survive on their own surroundings. Kumpar is a lovely person on that trip.

Amir & Adam were great! we had the most exhilarating quad bike experience through the jungle! some parts of the track were tricky but they helped us navigate those parts, it really was fun! expect a bumpy ride as you are driving through a jungle! expect to get muddy/dusty !

Our driver, Kumar, was a very careful and capable driver. He took us to the waterfall, Cameron Valley Tea, Butterfly Farm, Bee Farm and Strawberry Farm. By far the best experiences were the waterfall and the Tea plantation. The others were not very good. Kumar made sufficient rest stops and recommended good stops for food.

Full day seeing all the best of Penang, including Penang Hiil, Green Mansion, Budist temples and street art. My guide, Mr. Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with.

Rayhan Raj Naidu, our driver and tourist guide brought us to Batu Cave, Batik and Pewter tour (4 hours). He done a great job by giving detailed explanation on the industry of batik and pewter. Overall, this has been an enjoyable trip for my friends and I.

Great day out to see the sights of Penang. Our guide was excellent with his knowledge of Malaysia in general. We were looked after very well. Thoroughly recommend this tour
