Sad, was really looking forward to this trip.
This was the worst experience I had ever been in. First the bus was full of roaches and upon telling the driver he did nothing and shrugged it off. Then we went to a Hindu temple I think, and in the rain had to remove our socks and shoes and walk thru the rocks. Then we went to the firefly’s and it was aweful. The plankton blue thing was cool but so not worth the money. Don’t be expecting dinner because even though it said it in the ad it was not included neither was the blue plankton thing had to pay extra. All in all not worth it to me. Just make sure you buy the right trip and read what included first. TWICE!!!

Well run sanctuary with animal conservation and education featured strongly. We saw an animal in a relaxed and quiet setting. We had a good guide too.

        Lovely experience
The trip was nice and informative, our guide Rayhan from Asni tours and travels was patient fun and a great companion. We enjoyed seeing some of the city highlights, helped us planning more in depth tours to some of the attractions. Overall it was fun time.

        Sick
It’s hard to review when we couldn’t go. We reserved this private tour but called trip advisor the same morning because my husband was ill and we were at the hospital emergency. There is one thing i can say. The guide was very compassionate and very helpful compared to trip advisor. So we lost that $$.

A great way to see a lot in a limited time
Albinhar our guide was great. He gave us history, answered questions, took us as close as possible to each & every stop & checked on our welfare. KL was certainly a place to see & there is so much more to explore next time.

Magical Firefly Tour with an Amazing Guide
I recently went on a firefly tour, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Rajan, was knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating insights about fireflies and their habitat. Watching the trees light up with thousands of fireflies was truly magical, and Rajan made the tour even more special with his enthusiasm and expertise. The tour was well-organized and safe, offering a perfect blend of nature and learning. Highly recommended!

        Trip to Malaysia 2024
One of the most memorable trips of 2024 was my two-week journey to Malaysia, and I’m still reminiscing about the experience! While the entire trip was amazing, the standout moment was my visit to Malacca. Malacca is a true gem, brimming with historical significance. Exploring its streets felt like a captivating journey through time. The rich blend of Portuguese, Dutch, and British influences is vividly reflected in its architecture and museums. I was particularly enchanted by historic landmarks like A Famosa Fort and the Stadthuys. Every corner of Malacca seemed to narrate a piece of its fascinating past. For anyone interested in history or eager to explore Malaysia's heritage, Malacca is a must-visit destination. The depth of historical value combined with its charming atmosphere made it an unforgettable highlight of my trip. Highly recommended!

        Good tour
Good tour - didn't realize it was a private and somewhat freeform tour. Mohd (our driver) was great - super friendly and informative. We did not actually visit the lighthouse but we did visit a batik design place. The hot springs was a nice window into local life and the highlight for us (VERY hot)

This tour takes 3.5 hours from the city centre, driving through the countryside with the first stop at the Royal Selangor tin factory. The guide takes you around through the processes of tin making and.hiw the scrap is reused for making artifacts. The history of the tin industry is explained. The shopping area has plenty to offer by way of household goods, mugs, and jewellery. The next stop is at the Batu caves, or limestone caves, involving a climb of 272 steps to reach the temples housing Hindu Gods and Goddesses. At the base of the temple is the tallest gold played statue of Lord Murugan. The last stop is at the batik factory and shop selling batik items. Priced high, the tour is more for those wishing to visit temples. The bus guide points out important landmarks on his way.

Rajan was a good driver with lots of interesting information about what we were seeing and Malaysia in general. He rang to let me know that he would be arriving late due to the rain causing traffic issues, and rang again on arrival so I wasn’t left waiting for him. Very good.

A Hindu temple built in the caves on the top of a hill. To reach the temple, there are stairs with steps. There are various shrines with monks to attend the worshippers, to provide blessing. There are statues scenes depict religious stories. Well love by the locals

Our driver Mr. Sankaran pick up me in my hotel on time. I'm grateful for him because he has a sarong for me to borrow becuse im not allowed to enter in Batu Caves wearing shorts. The tour went smooth. Batu Caves was amazing due to its rock formation. Batik Factory will let you try how they do it and you'll visit lastly the Pewter Factory. Also, I'm thankful for the Asni Tour & Travel that they make my Kuala Lumpur experience an amazing one. I was able to join in this tour so not expensive rather than having a private tour. I'm happy that we went there in the morning because on our way back to hotel or city there was a traffic jam so I was dropped off around 1330H.

William escorted me to the Batu caves over the weekend. His English was excellent, as well as his knowledge of Malaysian history and culture. I found the value for money to be well worth it based on William alone. I would definitely recommend this tour. Ask that it be conducted by William.

This was a well organized and enjoyable afternoon. Our driver, Mr. Indran, was on time, his vehicle was well presented and supplied and he was both knowledgeable and helpful. When the weather forced a slightly earlier end to the tour, he was only too happy to return us to our accommodation. The tour included 4 locations, the Royal Palace, Batik Silk painting, Royal Selangor and the highlight of the afternoon, the Batu Caves. A tough walk but well worth the effort.

I liked the excursion in itself. But from the itenirary I had the impression we would stay at each place an hour. I felt at all three places it was too rushed. I wished we had 90 minutes at the Pewter Factory, there was so much to see, 45 minutes for the Batik place and 90 minutes for the Batu Caves. I was wondering why not start there early in the morning when it is less busy?

Our recent trip to Malaysia was made even better thanks to our amazing driver, Guna. We did four tours with him: airport arrival and departure, a Kuala Lumpur city tour, a visit to the Batu Caves temple, and a trip to Genting Highlands. Guna was with us every step of the way, making our experience smooth and enjoyable.

Even though we were delayed at the airport due to unexpected paperwork, which took about 3 hours, Guna patiently waited for us and greeted us with a warm smile when we finally exited. His welcoming attitude instantly put us at ease.

As travelers from Sri Lanka, one of the highlights of our experience was discovering that Guna could speak Tamil! We had no idea at first, but when he realized that Tamil was our language, he explained everything in Tamil, which made us feel so comfortable and happy. His ability to speak both Tamil and English added to the ease of communication (making it simple for us to understand each other), and his explanations about Malaysia's history, culture, and religion were insightful (offering deep understanding) and detailed.

The car was perfect – spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable, making our journeys even more pleasant. Guna was always punctual (on time), accommodating (flexible to our needs), and ensured our schedule ran smoothly. He truly made our time in Malaysia unforgettable.

I highly recommend Guna for anyone visiting Malaysia. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly nature made our trip truly exceptional. A 5-star service from start to finish!

This was the worst tour I've ever been on and I've been on many. Our driver arrived at our hotel and waited outside. We were inside the lobby waiting as instructed. The company sent me an email to let me know he was at the hotel but the message didn't arrive until much later. Why didn't the driver let the hotel staff know he was there waiting? Instead, he sat in his car smoking. When my husband and I arrived in his car it reeked of smoke. The drive to the cave was 25 minutes in which time I was getting a headache from the cigarette smell. Our driver barely spoke English so could not tell us anything about the site we were about to see. Tour description said driver will speak English. Once we arrived at the caves and began climbing the steps up, I was told I couldn't enter because I was wearing shorts. There was nothing in the tour description saying that women were to dress in a specific manner. I didn't know it was a religious site. We asked driver to take us back to the hotel and didn't complete the rest of tour. Was feeling siick from the cigarette reeking car. This tour left out important information, driver could barely speak English and company shouldn't allow drivers to smoke in cars. Some people are allergic to smoke! I'd like a refund but doubt I'll get.

Our private tour of Batu Cave and the Batik Factory in Malaysia was an incredible experience. Rajan’s kindness, expertise, and passion for his work made the journey all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking a deeper understanding of Malaysian culture and an opportunity to explore two of the country's most captivating attractions.
