          Great tour
Really great all day tour. My Segar was our driver. He’s so delightful and helpful with recommendations and answering our 1000 questions we had for him. The tour itself was a fantastic opportunity to see different parts of the country. We really enjoyed it.

A variety filled day trip from Kl
While some of the individual components of this tour may not be worthwhile on their own, the combination of activities makes for a really enjoyable day trip from KL that lasts about an hour. I’d like to give particularly high marks to Mr. Chandran, who was an excellent tour guide who really enjoys his job. He was punctual, a cautious driver, shared a lot of information about his country, and answered all of our questions. At times he guides you through specific activities and other times he gives you free time to explore on your own. We started at the elephant sanctuary, which is a really lovely program. You have the chance to feed adult and baby elephants bananas and sugar cane (for cheap purchase) and then see a brief show where you meet four of the elephants and learn more about their stories. Deerland provides an opportunity to see and feed some deer, and to see some other animals species, but might not knock your socks off. The Batu caves are or course a must see, and you are given free time here to explore on your own. A subsequent viewpoint (take the tram to the top for a small fee) gives an opportunity to meet two types of monkeys, but isn’t really a highlight. After a seafood dinner, the evening ends with an enjoyable nighttime boat ride to see fireflies illuminating the trees. All in all a fun day, pricey yes, but you are basically paying for a private car and tour gude for 12 hours so it’s worth it.

          Highly recommended!
I recently embarked with my boyfriend on a last-minute tour and couldn't have been more delighted with the experience. Despite booking just a day prior, the organization was seamless. Our driver's charm and expertise added an extra layer of enjoyment to the journey. He skillfully navigated through holiday traffic, ensuring we maximized our time and didn't miss any of the scheduled sights. I highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking a well-rounded and hassle-free exploration!

Dangerous Tour for Women made to undress down to underwear in front of guide
This tour company is unsafe for women travelers. I have traveled solo to 75 countries and this is the first time I have ever had this experience. First, there is no actual guide for this tour only a taxi driver. I was inappropriately touched by one of their "guides" John who also goes by Kumar. I was also made to undress in front of him despite my repeated requests to be taken to a washroom to change my clothes. I booked the 5 in 1 tour with this company that including the Elephant Sanctuary, Batu Cave, Deer Land, Silverleaf Monkey and Fireflies and my "guide" was John. As soon as I got in the car, the guide began touching my hair despite my discomfort. He asked if I had a husband and I said yes thinking that would make him leave me alone. After the first stop, I was sweating because it was hot. He began to touch my back and pulling on my bra several times and demanded that I change in the car because I was wet. I refused and asked to go to a washroom. He let me go to the washroom this time and I changed. At this point, he made me take a picture with him so he could send to his friends to show off his Indian girlfriend. At the second location, it rained and my clothes got soaked. When I got in the car, he demanded that I change in the car in front of him. I asked him several times to let me go to a washroom to change. This time he refused and would not drive the car until I changed in front of him. Because I did not know my surroundings I had no choice but to undress in front of him. Because my entire clothing was soaked, I had to take off both my top and my bottom which left me only in my underwear. I cannot say enough how dangerous this company is. Please avoid at all costs for your safety.

Really good tour. A couple of experiences you don’t normally get to see.
My only criticism would be related to the booking date. I was asked to move my tour to another day with 2 days notice due to a holiday and some of the itinerary attractions would be closed. Wouldn’t the holiday date and the related closures have been known when I booked?

So fun and informative! Must do
This was such a fantastic tour!!! We had the most informative and fun day , special thanks to Mr Chandran who knew so much about everything and taught us so much about Malaysia's geography, animals, and culture. Highlights were the elephants, monkeys, and fireflies. Everything was incredible.

A must for all nature lovers going to Kuala Lumpur
This was a long tour but so much fun and variety. We started the morning at Deer World and got to feed the deer and see other exotic animals. Then we got to go the the elephant sanctuary where you can feed the elephants for a small fee. We ate a tasty lunch at the sanctuary before heading to Batu Caves. We got plenty of time to explore the Caves and buy souvenirs before going to see the monkeys. You can pay to feed the monkeys for a small fee as well and they are much more friendly than the ones at the Batu Caves. Dinner was at a local seafood restaurant and all of the food was delicious. The seafood was extremely fresh and for those that don’t like seafood the omelette and vegetables were also delicious. After dinner we had time to relax for a bit before heading to the Firefly boat ride. After a quick drive we were in the water looking at the beautiful fireflies that almost didn’t seem real! 10/10 would recommend this tour. The guide was extremely accommodating ensuring we were all comfortable especially in the weather, and gave us plenty of time at each stop.

          Rewarding experience!
We had a fantastic tour with John! We started out feeding deers and seeing other wildlife before visiting an elephant sanctuary which was easily a highlight of our entire trip to KL! You get to be face to face with these beautiful creatures and even feed them. The Batu Caves were also beautiful, followed by a delicious seafood dinner. Finishing off with a nighttime firefly boat tour was the perfect cherry on a long but very rewarding day!

          Great tour in Kuala Lumpur!
This trip around Kuala Lumpur was great! We covered an extensive amount of sites in the course of a day that we wouldn’t have been aware of or able to hit on our own - and got to experience wildlife in habitats that were focused on preservation. The highlight of the trip was visiting the elephant sanctuary where we got to feed adult and baby elephants, and after were served lunch surrounded by adorable kittens; but all locations were great. The whole excursion was well worth the price and would definitely recommend!

          Tour of a lifetime!!!
This tour was absolutely PERFECT and we had an amazing guide in John. The ride to each stop was so smooth. The food at each stop was terrific, full of flavor and super satisfying. The caves were beautiful. The monkeys were fun. Nothing beats the elephants. A core memory for sure. This tour is an absolute must and 100% recommend (especially if you get John as your guide)

Great day trip from KL, very good driver!
We did an amazing tour with this company and can highly recommend it. We visited Taman Negara and were picked up early in the morning. On our way we made a quick stop for breakfast and we had lunch before we went back to KL. Our driver was very good and we felt very safe. We would book again!

Long day cramming in deer, elephant, monkey & firefly encounters and Batu caves and temples and meals. Great informative guide.
13hrs, but the time flew by. After the hotel pickup we were first at Deer world, about an hour away. It looks like it could do with a little TLC, but we enjoyed feeding the deer and got photos with a python. Not far away is the elephant sanctuary where rescued elephants are rehabilitated before being released. You can buy a bunch of bananas (5RM) and sugar cane (3RM) to feed several adults and several babies. We had lunch at the sanctuary (chicken soup, chicken and rice, soft drink). The back to KL to visit a Batik shop, including a demo of how they do it. Batu cave with the 272 colourful steps and wild monkey encounters. The Dark cave wasn't open and that looked long term. At the foot of the steps is a temple you can look around (shoes off). If you stand at the bottom of the steps with them at your back, about 200+ metres to your right near the railway station is the Ranayana cave, which I preferred to Batu. It is at ground level, though there are some steps inside. The Ramayana life story is depicted in many 3D life sized scenes in the main chamber, plus there are several smaller chambers that are tastefully lit with star-like projections. Very peaceful, cool and virtually empty when we were there. Then it was off into the countryside again with a photostop at a picturesque temple, a walk through a pop-up Ramadan Market and a stop at a lighthouse where for a few ringits you can buy some monkey food to feed the wild ones there. They know what is coming, but if you can hang onto the food in the first rush they calm down and you can get some good pictures. It was then off for dinner (onion omelette, vegetable dish, prawns in butter, sea bass and rice while you wait for the approaching dusk for the last stop, the firefly boat trip. We used an insect repellant roll-on and still got a few bites, but it was well worth it. You get a life jacket. The boat motor is silent so all you hear is the plop of fish and some animals in the bushes, it is very tranquil. You are almost never out of sight of fireflys for the whole time, there are so many twinkling away in the bushes on the banks. At one point we gently nosed into a Bush and a firefly came into the boat and we were all able to get a close look before it flew away. Finally it was about an hours drive back to our hotel to end our great day. We were lucky in that there was only the two of us on this tour, and our driver and guide, who was great and informative, was able to adjust timings and stops to our preferences. Two additional points to note, if you might want to buy anything out of town, take cash; many of the loos you come across are of the hole in the ground variety. We loved this tour!

          Elephants and monkeys!!!
This was a really great tour for a family. We had our own car with a driver who was very nice and could explain about the spots we went to and also about Malaysia itself. The Elephant Sanctuary was really something for was because we hadn't been so close to Elephants and we could also feed them. It is great work what they do for the Elephants to save them. As my favourite animal is monkey, I was so happy to see them all the long - at the Batu Caves, the Silver monkeys, also at the Fireflies. The tour was 12.5 hours but we could see and experience a lot. Really worth it! Thanks to our guide!

Our tour guide Sarawanam picked us up from the hotel on time & gave us bottled water. He took us to all the places that we were to see. Some were for photo stops & some for visits. We were given detailed & interesting information regarding all the sites seen. At the end of the tour, we asked to be dropped off at Chinatown, which was no problem & Sarawanam even suggested a air conditioned place to eat lunch. It was a pleasant & slow paced tour, provided by our friendly & polite tour guide.

When visiting a city for the first time, we find the best thing to do when you arrive is to embark on a city tour. KL is a big city and we did a half day tour when we first arrived which was a great way to get orientated, not only that but our guide gave us some good advice on where to go and what to do. The tour ended around 1:00 pm, giving us the afternoon to have a swim, cool down and plan our afternoon. We booked through Viator and our guide Pannier was excellent.

I had arranged a reunion in Malaysia this October for 20 of my college friends, who flew in from all over the world, to meet up in Malaysia. One of them who had already gone on a tour with Saravanan in the previous years, recommended him for our reunion group as well. As planned, Saravanan picked us up from Melia hotel and took us to Batu Caves, Sultan's Palace, chocolate outlet, war memorial, and stopped at a few historical buildings to take group pics. Saravanan was very knowledgable with the history of each of these places and was very funny during his narrations. He was a responsible matured person who really understood our interests and gave us a fabulous tour in Kaula Lumpur within half a day. He arranged a comfortable luxury bus for the group and was gracious enough to drop us off at Little India for some shopping after we were done with the tour. I would recommend Saravanan if you'd want to see Kuala Lumpur in style !!
