The adventure started as we left the sleepy dock hidden near a seaside small town. We were greeted with dance music, food, and entertainment as we navigated the waters of the Straits of Malacca. We encountered calm waters and beautiful sunset imagery. Jaz, our host, was determined to ensure that we all had fun. She made the trip so much more memorable.

Josh was an excellent guide , informative and patient. He was willing to advise on local sights and eatery places to experience first hand what George Town locals enjoyed and his information on history , culture and religion was interesting and unbiased

Terrible Very basic like a cafe in the sky no alcohol is served buffet is basic service non existent no atmosphere not sure what else to say about this place one of the worst places ever gone for dinner could not wait to leave was perhaps best experience

Terrible and very dangerous experience with almost no safety concerns from the team. Only 30 second training to go on an off road experience. The description should mention that it’s not suitable for inexperienced drivers. Plus, it took them over 30minutes to find our pre-paid booking.

Must do while in KL, If you are a solo adult casino is the only place for you. :) Food outlets seems to be limited in selection, but I didn't explore too much.

We had a wonderful day with our driver Kris. We were able to customize the entire day with some great input from him. Kris answered our many questions and shared a lot about living in Malaysia. We enjoyed his stories and humour while also seeing many sights on the island. It was like visiting with a longtime friend. It was a most enjoyable day.

Our guide Kim was fantastic who looked after us on our day trip to see the Orangutans and wildlife on this typical monsoon rainy afternoon in Sarawak Walking thru the rain forest was an experience and seeing these animals in safe surroundings was 5 Star ⭐️ We were mesmerized for 2 hours watching and being told about the animals and history of the venue The venue is a tad tired in some areas and decking & seating was broken which does need some TLC but never the less the object was completed in seeing these animals Great day for animal lovers

Munir was a fantastic host as we explored the food and culture of Kuala Lumpur. We explored places we would never have found on our own and sampled lovely food from various stalls/ restaurants, which were really authentic.

A great way to tour the mangroves. We saw a great variety of wildlife including sea otters. The boat could go fast at times which was very fun.

Mr. Sam was the best guide. Very knowledgeable of the history and culture of the highlands and he made our experience five stars for sure. Lovely driver that safely transported us to and from our location. Would visit again!

I was expecting a small group with explanations , the group was just us 2 friends, with little history . The driver was courteous and safe. Did not know that tickets to twin towers had to b booked several days in ad

I would have rated this higher but the trip was spoilt by our transport, which broke down on the way to the highlands and the replacement bus on the way back had brake issue (not what you want on a steep descent) which saw us wait on the side of a very busy road for them to cool down. Our guide (sorry his name escapes me) was very knowledgeable about the history of Kuala Lumpur and he was very friendly and helpful all day long. There are lots and lots and lots of shops at the top of the cable car but the outlets, which are cheaper, are at the bottom. I would recommend this tour as I hope the issues we had with the transport were one-offs and we were just a bit unlucky.

This was a terrible experience. We booked this tour after reading the excellent reviews. When we arrived at the cruise terminal after leaving the ship there was nobody with a sign with our names on it. It took us 20 minutes to find our ‘guide’. Turns out that he was only a taxi driver. So we set off in a private car with a driver who, it became immediately apparent had poor English and told us he had been given instructions to take us to 4 places. After five minutes we said we wanted to cancel this booking and get a full refund as it was clearly unsuitable and it was not what we were expecting. The driver contacted the agent who refused our refund request as it stated in the fine print ‘that there was no guide only a driver provided’ - in spite of being charged €106! The driver also took a selfie picture in the car without asking our permission to be in it. While the lesson learned here is to fully see what you are getting beyond just reading the reviews, it feels very sharp practice to hide behind T&C’s to take our money. We subsequently appealed to Viator who couldn’t redress our specific issues. This listing ‘as a tour’ is wholly misrepresentative and is just a taxi ride. Beware.

This tour was absolutely amazing! The ride in the river and then the open sea was really refreshing! And we got to see a few different things along the way as well. The Bat caves were closed and under maintenance when we visited because of the high tides and the tour guide told us it will take almost 3-4 months for it to be fixed. If that is something you’d want to do then check with the tour provider before you pay and confirm. Me and my friend really enjoyed it still!

This tour was amazing! It was raining in Genting when we went which made the drive with the views that much more beautiful! And the cable car ride was epic 🤩 we enjoyed every moment of our tour. The tour guide was a little unresponsive before the tour, we had contacted him for change of pickup location and didn’t get any response. That is the only reason I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This made us a little anxious, but they called us a littler after the pickup time shared to inform about a delay with other customers and the rest of the day went really really well!
