    Half day private KL tour
We very much enjoyed the Batu Caves. The climb up is not as bad as it looks from the bottom! Watch out for the monkeys unexpectedly jumping around the stairs! The Chinese temple and mosque were very interesting too. Our driver was very prompt and courteous

    Amazing experience
Truly amazing experience. Me and my friend only had a very limited time in Kuala Lumpur and this really covered it all, with a guide taking us through some of the astonishing landmarks. Fantastic and flexible guide. We really appreciated this experience and would definitely recommend!

A cultural relaxing day trip to Putrajaya, a must if in KL!
Sathia was a great tour guide, a great personality it was lovely to spend half the day with her. As a solo traveller, having a private tour guide is a great way to be taken to key places and feel safe. Sathia was great at letting me try local breakfast on the way to the pink mosque and it was a really interesting trip, a worthwhile visit from the centre of KL if you have time and the river cruise was a lovely relaxing way to see Putrajaya from the water.

    A fantastic morning with Ayyanar
We had a wonderful morning exploring the best religious and cultural sites of Kuala Lumpur. The Batu Caves are amazing and both the mosque and Chinese temple are well worth seeing. Our driver and guide, Ayyanar, was excellent. He provided lots of helpful information and was a great driver, always making us feel safe. He gave us an excellent overview of each sight but also gave us ample time to explore on our own. He also provided useful tips for the rest of our time in Kuala Lumpur. I would recommend this tour.

Batu caves and cultural tour guided by Lingesh
An enjoyable sightseeing tour of different cultural places in KL, the Batu caves were very impressive and well worth the visit. Alongside this there are visits to a Chinese temple, national mosque and central market and China Town. Hotel pick up and drop off is very convenient. The guide, Lingesh, is helpful and knowledgeable and has good communication before pickup to ensure no stress.

    Lots of culture packed in
Wonderful day trip with Prabaz who was incredibly kind, generous and offered to take photos of myself and my partner. He shared a lot of information about the spots we visited and tried to make the most of our day in KL. If you have any specific requests of things to see he will try and make it happen - we were just along for the ride and happy to see anything with the time we had. A day that will be fondly remembered!

Fantastic service. The driver is professional, friendly and accommodating. We learned a great deal of Malaysia history during the 4 hours trip. I strongly recommend this tour and will 100% use again should we come back to KL

Nice full day tour from KL
Nice full day tour with Ayyanar, was worried about the distance from KL with two younger kids but it was comfortable and Ayyanar was very accommodating with a coffee stop along the way.

Awesome tour of Batu Caves, Thean Hou Temple and Kuala Lumpur
We really enjoyed the Kuala Lumpur: Private Batu Cave, National Mosque Tour, Lunch. The Batu Caves, Thean Hou Temple, Petaling Street Market, National Mosque of Malaysia and Central Market are great spots. Our Guide, Aru, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were there at the start of the Hindu Pongal Festival. Aru gave us info on the festival and recommended times to visit other Hindu temples on our own. Don't let the 272 steps up to the Batu Caves intimidate you, easy climb and well worth it! The whole temple complex is impressive. The Thean Hou Temple was decorated for the Chinese New Year. Awesome!! Aru gave us a lot of background Kuala Lumpur, had great suggestions for other places to visit while we were in town. I would highly recommend this tour.

If you do not want to risk wating for many hours I strongly recommend to book ahead. It is still good to be there sometime ahead of your schedule, say 20 minutes. Your tour starts with going up to the bridge between two to towers. And then continues up to the observation deck. Your view is of course spectacular, especially from the observation level. It is also interesting to look down just in front of the tower. You do not get much time on eighter level.

We got the tickets for Perronas as promised by the operator. Then after we really enjoyed the visit at Perronas, the observation deck, we bought some souvenirs at the shop and photos, many many photos.

We paid for a skip the line tour but on both locations we had to join the waiting lines to start our visit. So not sure why we paid for a skip the line when there is no such thing.

Easily booked, walked to the Towers on the day (stayed nearby), got there in the afternoon, skipped the queues, wonderful experience, nothing to fault, after the visit to the deck had dinner in one of the restaurants facing the fountains looking at the light show, highly reccomend as one of the evening activities in KL. Whilst up on the deck, the rain all of a sudden came over (apparently, we've been told it rains every day around 4pm, which proved true, at least in March in KL). The rain, however cleared as quickly as it came. Went in March 2019, but the date of visit from the drop-down menu only goes back to July19, so had to put July.

It was very easy to find but I took one turn wrongly ;) and ended up hiking the longest way possible through the park-an extra bonus. There are free shuttles if you’re not in hiking mood.
All well organised and a highlight in every visitor’s itinerary!

I missed my scheduled time (my fault) and forfeited my ticket. But I went anyway a bit late. I got in at the normal ticket counter with a 15 minute wait (mid-day Wednesday), no problem. Cost was about $12 USD. "Skip the line" seems to charge extra for nothing, at least for this time slot.

Worst ‘trip’ organisers I’ve ever encountered! My tickets simply did not arrive, and subsequently missed both experiences.
I wasted hours of my holiday trying to track down my tickets, which were apparently sent to my WhatsApp though I never received them.

Only good thing is….. I did get my money back.

Thoroughly enjoyed both the towers. Stunning views of Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. Would have liked more time in the twin towers felt this was a little rushed at times

I had booked my tickets on 3Aug2019 for my trip on 10th Aug 2019 for a 7pm session with hotel delivery.

However , by 4pm, i didnt receive any call from the hotel regarding the collection of the tickets. I spoke to Bala on the phone who then only advised that my tickets are cancelled and was told to check my email as they have cancelled 2 days prior to my visit. But on the 8th Aug 2019, i received a confirmation and payment had been deducted.
I also chat with Prakash via their website ChatBot and was told that Petronas Towers have the right to cancel .

I went to Petronas Towers and approached their staff who informed me that Petronas Towers wont cancelled any confirmed bookings with tickets and this proves to me that the company hadnt gotten the tickets for us and blamed Petronas Towers management .

I demand a full refund immediately.
