          Fabulous tour with wonderful guide
Our guide Nantha was excellent. He arrived early for pickup in a very comfortable and clean car obviously with A/C. He gave us a well informed and interesting tour, explaining about the history and all important facts about Malaysia. The highlights that we saw were wonderful and diverse, perfect for half a day. Our guide always found a superb spot to park and wait for us, he was very helpful and provided us on the way with ice cold bottled water. Overall a perfect experience!

Perfect way to explore the Kuala Lumpur culture!
We have had an excellent half day with our guide Thiro! He was super friendly, informative, safe driver and good at taking photos. All questions we had he could answer to! We visited Batu Caves which was amazing, then the National mosque, Chinese temple and china town. During the drive we learned a lot about history, buildings, politics and religion in Malaysia. Much much better than Hop on Hop off busses. Highest recommendations from us!

Great tour by our guide Gunalan. He was very professional, and gave us a lot of great information about the city. This tour is a great way to fit in a lot of sightseeing if you are not spending a lot of time in the country.

          Great trip trough Kuala Lumpur
We really enjoyed our trip with Aru. He showed us the most beautiful sights of Kuala Lumpur, told us a lot about the culture, the people and the history of the country. He even took us to some interesting sights that were not initially planned for the tour and returned us safely to our hotel.

          Great tour! Well worth it
The tour was fantastic! The Batu Caves were impressive, and still only one part of the tour: we learned so much about Kuala Lumpur’s past and present. We set foot inside a mosque for our first time, saw the origins of KL at the confluence of the rivers and more. Our guide, Aru, was great and extremely informative!

Our tour guide, Ayyanar, was terrific. He picked us up from the airport in the morning and we had a jammed packed day with visits to Independence Square, Petronas Towers, Batu Cave, war memorial, the palace and much more. He was timely, knowledgeable, and delightful.

          Worthwhile tour in Kuala Lumpur
Our private half day Batu Caves and cultural tour in Kuala Lumpur with Mr. Thiru exceeded our expectations. He was a very knowledgeable English speaking guide who was professional and generous with his time. He picked us up at the lobby of our hotel on time and drove a clean and comfortable car. We highly recommend Mr. Thiru and would tour with him again anytime.

          Private KL tour
We booked a 4 hour private tour of the Batu Caves, National Mosque, Chinese Temple, Little India, Chinatown as part of our stay in Kuala Lumpur. Our guide, Sigar, met us at our hotel and was very friendly, conversational, knowledgeable, and informative, pointing out all the places we were passing through on the journey to the Caves and telling us the history of KL and Malaysia. The Caves were an amazing experience, and it was a privilege to see the National Mosque and Chinese Temple, all of which Sigar provided excellent information and advice. We had plenty of time to explore all the places visited and nothing was too much trouble for him, even taking our photos at the various sights and helping feed the monkeys! We would highly recommend Sigar to anyone wanting an expert, knowledgeable guide to KL. Thank you!

The hotel pick up was on time and the vehicle very nice and comfortable. The drive to Malacca was fast, sometimes a bit too fast on the freeway at 150km/h with frequent tailgating that at times felt unsafe. First stop was the Melaka Straits mosque but we were not informed about the dress code for entry (no shorts for men). Then we were dropped in main town and handed over to a Trishaw ride for 30 mins. This was included in the tour price so do not pay the Trishaw guy extra. Our “guide” then grabbed tickets for river cruise but gave us wrong information regarding departure schedule (every half hour) so we had to wait 25 mins. The duration of cruise is 30mins and is quite relaxing but not that much to see during the day, maybe at night it fires up along the river. Then we went through the museum at Stadthuys (worth it) and a walk down Jonker Street. Lunch at Jonker88 was great, despite the queue for 20 mins. Laksa was delicious.
Back to the car for a 2 hour drive home.
Malacca trip is well worth it to understand the history but don’t expect anything more than your own self guided tour with a driver out of this “tour”. So do your history research before you go and spend plenty of time in the museum.

The tour was good and our guide Kumuthan was excellent. We saw all the things in Melaka that we wanted to see and Kumuthan was attentive to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the history of the city. We saw the A Famosa Fort (.the oldest surviving European architectural remains in Asia), the 16th-century St. Paul's Church, Christ Church, and Stadthuys in Red Square. We went for lunch at the famous Jonker Street, rode on a Rickshaw and saw a replica of the sunken Portuguese ship Flor De La Mar.
I would highly recommend this trip.

We did a speedy day trip to Malacca, visiting briefly the important highlights. This trip is really for whoever who doesn’t want to spend a discovery day, it’s more the been there done that kind of tour. Should u want to take your time and explore culture and food rather than rushing pictures into your album, than this is not the tour for you. However the guide is extremely friendly and informative. A guide that you can trust on. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We had a great guide (Louis) who was very knowledgeable on Malaysia history and politics which was our areas of interest.
He was brought up on a rubber plantation and even pulled over on the expressway to pick a few leaves from a rubber tree to show us how it is harvested, and great stories relating to living on the plantations.
The history and even the modern history of Malacca is fascinating.

Thank you Louis for a great day.

We opted for a one day private tour to Malacca as a last minute decision and found the tour through Tripadvisor/Viator by Tripmakersonline Tours & Travels.

        1. The pickup was bang on time (as were we, waiting in the lobby)
        2. The car was newish, very clean and we had our own control over the aircon which was great in the 34dgrC heat outside
        3. Our guide (Ganesh I believe) was very very informative and a true history buff and had been doing the tours for close to 31 years to Malacca so he knew the ins and outs.
        4. We got to see the historical parts of Malacca and walked by ourselves around as we wanted after having been given instructions on what to see and where to go. This was the best part tbh.
        5. We were asked what type of food we were after for lunch (not included) and told our driver we wanted Malay so we were taken to the best Malay family run restaurant in town. It was FANTASTIC and cost next to nothing...

So over all, the tour was very well timed, an excellent mix of being driven around and walking on our own, lunch was spot on and most of all, our driver was very safe in driving never taking any chances or doing anything irrational.

        Would highly recommend this tour
