        Amazing caves
Allan was an excellent guide very knowledgeable and patient, pointing out interesting plants/ snake/ ant nests on the trees and insecst on the way through the jungle. Unfortunately we were unable to reach the painted cave as I am a slow walker, but thugh disappointed with that as that was the reason I chose this tour, The caves we saw (Trader's, Great & Moon, which was so bright that I thought there were lights!) were amazing & I was happy enough with the day. And very tired after the long walk!

It was very interesting & wonderous!
Alain was a fantastic guide: immenslely knowledgable, pointing out interesting plants etc, on the way, answering all questions (always aware that someone wanted to ask), and patient. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to the painted cave as I walk slowly, but I tried and was happy with the tour. I would recommend both it & more especially Alain, despite the long hike (I have an arthritic knee on one side and an unstable ankle on the other, so it was a bit difficult for me!)

        A great outing
A good outing, nice walk under the canopy of natural forest cover. Wild flora and running stream, good ambience, as we walk up to the caves. Huge and majestic caves and eye opener to see how birdnests are harvested. A good experience walking in the dark on stairs with torch light. Best to engage a guide for better graps of the historical and present livelihoods of the peopke depending on the caves and ssfe moving around in tge caves.

Fantastic caves and rainforest expérience, a longer walk than I was aware of from the advertisement
The guide was outstanding and very informative with a sense of humour. An easy trail to follow and magnificent views. The caves were enormous.

        Wonderfull time in Georgetown
We had a very nice guided-tour with Francis, who was our guide during our holidays in Malaysia. He could tell us a lot about the cultural and historical background of the city. He was very understanding towards our kids.

        A great outing
The trip to Niah National Park and Niah Caves yesterday (13 July) was rewarding. The enlightening and educational commentaries by Allan as we walked up to the caves meaningful and enjoyable. The forest, flora, butterflies and streams aling the way up got us engulfed with nature. The majestic caves, walking in the dark and seeing the way of harvesting birdnests were eye openers. A great outing it was, touching base with natural surrounding and seeing livelihoods of the local people.

A memorable day in Niah Caves
It was truly an amazing experience in the limestone caves and the trek through the rainforest. Our guide, Allen Ting, was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He demonstrated it in detailed explanations about the vast variety flora and fauna. He was very patient and paced our trek to suit our ability.

        Our few days in KL
We've spent the last two days with Tour51 with our guide and driver Major Ton. He was a great character and his experience and local knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, surrounding regions and local customs was simply fantastic. Strong highlights for us were the Petronas twin towers, visiting the Batik manufacturing factory, National museum, War memorial and the Royal Selengor Pewter factory tour. We fully recommend this company who were a complete pleasure to use during our visit. Awesome.

        272 steps and counting
Walked up the 272 steps to the golden statue of Lord Murugan. Little monkeys playing around on the steps. Beautiful and spiritual inside. Well worth the steps. Take plenty of water. Amazing views.

        Goosebumps!
Face the climb or the other side, the view is not for the faint-hearted, but neither is it that you can experience elsewhere - so enjoy the moment, many have lived to tell the tale. The ride up and down are thrilling and just pray that your luck holds where you get to walk in the clouds as well as get them to move away so that you have unparalleled views.

Gide was very knowledgeable and we had good learning on the cave. Especially, knowing about bird nest businesses was very interesting.

        Step back in time
Enjoyed the hike to the cave. Non slip shoes are a must. Expect wet and slippery trails. Wee worth the risk step carefully when wet. Beautiful plants and insects

        Interesting experience
Our guide, Sazali, from Asian Overland Tour, was friendly and knowledgeable. The caves themselves are also interesting for offering a glimpse into the history and people of the region. Visitors should remember to bring torches if they plan to explore the deeper recesses of the caves.

Full day private tour was very good. Driver and guide were at our hotel at least 1/2 hour before the pick up time. Bus was very comfortable for our group of 9 and the guide from Happy Travels was friendly, humorous and very knowledgeable about Malaysia, its people and culture. Included seafood dinner at the restaurant was fresh, delicious and with a reasonably varied menu. A stop at the Selangor Park with the tram ride to see the park and feed the monkeys was fun. The experience of the fishing boat ride along the river was not quite what was expected (thought it would be a bigger boat and lots more fireflies lighting up the night sky) however it was a first to see the synchronized beetles light up like a Christmas tree and given that cameras couldn't really capture the moment...it will live on forever in our memory...All in all a good day in Malaysia.

Well organised trip by Laurence. He included history and cultural information. We stopped to feed the monkeys which was a lovely experience. Gentle creatures but well fed, looked like they were recovering fromChristmas dinner.

We were also given the opportunity to go on a short boat trip to see fishing eagles feeding (extra cost) which was well worth it as we saw dozens of wild eagles feeding.

Dinner followed which was average and adequate then On the first boats to see the fireflies. They were fascinating if a little sparse as we had no rain that day. They are apparently most plentiful following rain.

On the return trip to Kuala Lumpur our guide added a stop at a Hindu Temple which really made the whole experience magical.

A great trip. Good value and experience. Ask for Laurence.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your money with this company! We booked and fully paid for this trip and requested to know the location pick up as advised. After via email explaining it would cost an extra 75R to be collected we opted for the location meet point. We arrived in good time and waited over 30minst. We then called the company would said they had gone to our hotel!!!!!! And that it was too late!!!
We have emailed multiple times, connected via telephone and WhatsApp but Intaa (team leader) has not bothered to reply or refund us for their mistake!

Dear Itsallbel, Good day to you. We believe that you have travelled together with Mr Jonh. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused, we have given our explanation to Mr Jonh. Please find it below for your perusal. Upon receiving your booking, as per the agreed procedure with our partner agent, we have emailed to your good self that there is surcharge to pick you you up from the Hotel, as it is located out of the City Centre. We also gave an alternative that you could be picked up at MATIC where there will no surcharge. Since it was a Saturday and our office is open till 1 pm, we asked that you revert back to us your choice by 1 pm, and if we do not hear from you we presume you would prefer to be picked up at MATIC. Unfortunately, we received your message that you wished to be picked up at MATIC at 4 pm, our office was closed and unfortunately our staff had arranged your pick up to be from your Hotel. We do apologize that Intan did not reply to your messages, she was on leave and she thought that Fadila who was her replacement that day, has settled the matter. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and please note, we have done a full refund to our partner agent, you should be received the refund from them. Please be assured that this indeed is a rare occurrence.. As a testament to our strive for perfection, we have taken steps to improve on the gaps that have been identified. I booked this trip for Christmas eve
for my partner and I to have a special time prior to Christmas celebrations. I was told by a Niza (someone who works for the company) to meet at the MATIC (tourist information center). This was only after asking the hotel to contact Asain O Services as they hadn't communicated any pick up time or location after I had emailed them as instructed on their trip advisor website. As instructed by Niza, we went to the MATIC and waited for 1.5 hours in which the tourist information center called Asian O Services .... they were told that AOS sub contract the transport as it isn't part of AOServices. AOS "24 hour contact services" told us that we need to contact this third party travel company to find out where our transport was. The MATIC tourist info people were very helpful and found out that our transport was an hour away, on its way to the fireflies. Like us the tourist information service workers were in disbelief at this so called customer service. We were later given details of a manager in which she would give us a full refund as it was a mistake of Asian Overland Services, this person being an Intaa. I have whatsapped her my email correspondents with the logistics worker Niza proving that it's their mistake. She has seen my messages yet fails to respond. To add to this O received an email on the 26th regarding our booking 2 DAYS AFTER THE PAID TRIP!!!! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SECOND RATE COMPANY... USE ONE OF ITS COMPETITORS better yet use a taxi in which we did after the tourist info service workers kindly organised.... by far cheaper!!!

      Hi Guys,
On the end of our amazing afternoon feeding the Monkey's our tour guide brought us to see the Eagles being fed which was well worth the side tour. We ventured to our seafood meal which was pretty ordinary, to say the least. We then ventured over to the boat that was taking us to see the fireflies. I have taken this tour prior which I felt gave people a closer opportunity to see these amazing insects. We headed out in speedboats which got us to our destination faster BUT there you see them, there you don't. It was a great experience but they need to focus on Quality, not quantity.
