They never arrived to pick me up at the airport and when I called the number on the voucher I was told to call a different number, I tried that number with no success. I also tried to contact them thru the provided message option. I did not receive a response on that one and in the end after trying to get someone to help me for 2 hours I ended up having to pay for a taxi to take me to the hotel. What I paid for the taxi was less than what I paid for this with Tripadvisor and this group. So to sum up I paid for the service and never received it.Written April 16, 2023
