    This is the smallest brewery we will visit. It is run by four workers. They make 40,000 bottles a year. They make very high quality sake.

    250-year-old, mid-sized brewery with about 13 workers.

    Snack time! Try some silky or deep-fried handmade tofu from a family-run business. Oishii!

    Stop At: Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, 4-5-5 Sumiyoshi Minamimachi, Higashinada, Kobe 658-0041 Hyogo Prefecture

    This is the biggest sake brewery in Japan with an interactive museum. Here we will try sake, yuzu, and plum sake.

    One of the smallest breweries which has craft, unfiltered, and unpasteurized sakes. It has a locally-famous eighty-year-old sake master.

    We didn’t regret to do this tour with kampai sake tour! It’s a must to do. Seigo is charming and he explained us all we have to know about sake. We had a great time!!! We highly recommended this tour :) Bénédicte and Thomas
