A great tour for those who like to experience a unique and unforgettable night in Japan. The guide will show you to popular Izakayas in Yokogawa town beloved by the locals with many peculiar Izakayas.

This plan enables you to visit 3 charming Izakayas you cannot find in the guidebooks. Included are a popular tavern that uses beer crates as chairs, a liquor shop that offers a wide variety of Japanese sake, and more. You can experience the casual and friendly atmosphere at Izakayas where only the local people hang out. Because of the guide, the plan will be arranged according to your wishes efficiently. You can order food and drink freely at Izakaya. (*It is payable on the spot) According to your liking, the guide will advise you what kind of dishes and beverages you should have.

The pleasure of Japanese Izakaya is an interaction with the local people. Make a toast and have fun with the Hiroshima people and the staff. The guide will help you to mingle with them.

By the end of the tour, you will be satisfied with delicious food and memories which cannot be made in ordinary restaurants.

As an option, you can enjoy cycling before the bar hopping. Though Hiroshima is a large city, it has a rich nature with the sea and mountains near the people. Having six beautiful rivers, Hiroshima is called "The City of Water." You can see the night scene of Hiroshima with this original course. Starting at the World Heritage Atomic Bomb Dome, you can travel along the river and see the illuminated scenery from evening to night. Appreciate the story of Hiroshima, the Peace City, and hidden spots. The cycling is easy with an electric bicycle. If you feel like, you can stop at any place you want. An English-speaking staff will support you to enjoy an interaction with locals that makes this tour even great.

Great afternoon in Hiroshima
We visited hiroshima for the day and had booked on to the 2pm tour with our tour guide Shin. Shin was a great host, he was great at explaining everything and managed to do so whilst making the tour as fun as possible. It took approximately 3 hours so is well worth it if you have the time.

Great way to visit and see Hiroshima
We like to do e-bike tours in cities that we visit. You can see much more compared to walking or bus tours and you get some exercise as well. Our guide was great so that takes the tour from good to great.

Brilliant way to see some key sights
The two guides we had were simply awesome - combination of knowledgeable and fun. The e-Bikes were really good and certainly added to the experience. We saw a wide range of things, and the other 4 people on the tour were tremendous company. It’s humbling and thought-provoking Peace!

Must do!
Obviously Hiroshima is steeped in history and this bike tour is a great way of finding out what went on, when and by who. Shim is a great host who speaks good English and has personal attachments to the atrocities that went on which makes the experience all the more enlightening. The bikes are electric so easy for anybody, irrespective of fitness levels.

A must do for all visitors
This cycling tour of Hiroshima was a wonderful way to see the city, that was made all the more special by our guides Shin and Toby. Shin's personal family insight into the bombing made everything more real and highlighted the personal impact of the bomb and its aftermath. Not only did the tour visit the main sights in the Peace Park it also took us to other well known areas such as the Honkawa Elementary School Peace Museum. A great way to see and understand this beautiful city and its place in history.

Top Experience!
Riding around Hiroshima with Shin was a very informative and exciting experience and one I would recommend to anyone visiting Japan. Shin was a wonderful guide giving us a very personal account as well as showing us the sites and history of Hiroshima. He then later took us to a restaurant where we experienced local cuisine in a very different atmosphere, such a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this tour.

A Must Do!
Hiroshima is a beautiful town to visit! So much history! The guides were entertaining and very informative. This tour had us see historical sites we never would have found on our own. The ebikes were easy to operate and fun to ride. If you are flying in, I recommend taking the airport limo to and from Hiroshima station. Taxi drivers do not speak English and had difficulty finding the tour area. However, the station is a 2 minute walk!

The ninja dojo and shop. Ninja school
It was fantastic. We took our grandsons aged 11 and they loved every minute. One loved the stars and one the kunai. I liked the swords and Poppy loved the instructress as she knew a lot about the topic and she was very agile.

A great experience in a wonderful city!
This tour is perfect if you're looking for some outdoors time, some history & amazing stories. My guide Shin gave me lots of information about the area, the city's history (pre-. during & post- WWII), the reconstruction of the city, and even some personal stories from his own family history. This tour is SO much more than just "this is where the bomb dropped, any questions?" type of thing. I highly recommend it for any tourists coming to Japan, especially Americans. You won't be able to forget some of the things you'll hear & see on this tour.

Boat ride with dinner
It was a fun experience. Boat was very clean and the food a Japanese style dinner. Interesting food as it was our first meal in Japan. Funniest thing we thought it was an English speaking tour and it was only in Japanese! So we watched and did what the Japanese folks did. We would recommend it even with the silly entertainment.

Good but felt rushed
The course was enjoyable but definitely felt rushed through. The course went for only about half the designated time. The course would be much improved if it was longer and better paced.

Wonderful experience
Let me just start by saying that Hiroshima is a wonderful, beautiful city, and you should definitely visit. As for the tour, just a few moments walk South of Hiroshima station, our guides met us with delight, and on Shin's part, a kind of pan-English accent he claims to have learned by listening to everybody from George Harrison to Jonny Rotton. From there, they took us to get our bikes. These have an electric assist motor, and made getting around the city extremely easy. Both guides were Hiroshima natives, and had intimate family connections to the events of August 5th 1945. Hiroshima's story is heartbreakingly tragic, and these elements of the tour were treated with appropriate gravity, but our guides leavened this with humour, enthusiasm, and unfeigned curiosity about us and our stories. They made it feel less like a tour, and more like a ride around town with brand new best friends. Our tour took place on a very hot morning in August, but the guides made sure we spent enough time in the shade, had some cooling stops in air conditioned buildings, and distributed fans we could use whenever we visited a point of interest. I was really very sorry that the tour had to end, and would happily take part again if I return to Hiroshima. If you come to this fascinating city, book this tour.

Excellent tour around Hiroshima
Shin was excellent from start to finish. We visited multiple sites through out the city. The ebikes made the tour even more enjoyable. Shin’s direct family connection to the A bombing of the city made his stories come to life. Thanks again for an amazing tour of Hiroshima.
