Our SkyExpress tour operator (Kyosuke Noto) went over and above in answering our pre-booking questions and helping us design and organize our itinerary. Our SkyExpress driver (Hiro) used creativity and ingenuity to overcome any language barriers and provide us with an excellent day. He was flexible and accommodated several timing adjustments in our stops.

We booked this tour to enjoy the drive by the Shakotan bay and it was perfect. The driver was kind and he did his best to accomodate us. Carseat for our child. Lunch at a local restaurant with superb taste. Great scenary.

I booked this tour mainly because I wanted a quiet ride to the hotel, and hopefully stop by at Farm Tomita. This plan was perfectly realized thanks to this tour. I was arriving at noon, and they adjusted the time and schedule for us. They provided carseat for our child. Quiet, comfortable, clean, stopped by at the convenience store to get extra food for late night snacks, and nice driver.

After carting luggage in snow over the years we have learnt to book transfers “to the door” . It costs a little more but so worth it. Great service and always on time, very reliable.

Amazing Company, Staff all spoke English super well 100% would use again Driver was impeccable, getting me to Niseko in under 2 hours with the car ride being extremely smooth. As someone who doesn't speak any Japanese I was worried that I might have a hard time navigating out of New Chitose Airport. As soon as I got out of the baggage claim, my driver was there waiting for me with a sign(i landed about 30 minute early), to my surprise he spoke english pretty well, but what was even more impressive is the ride to Niseko was incredibly smooth and fast despite it snowing heavily on my arrival. After arrival in Niseko, I decided last minute that I wanted to stay an extra day and wanted to rebook my return ride. Despite being super busy for Chinese New Year, Noni and Kyosuke helped me change my return car service time.

Upon arrival we were met just outside of baggage claim by the representative from SkyExpress and quickly escorted to our private van. The driver got us quickly and safely to Niseko on mostly snow packed roads. The return trip was equally smooth. The driver was at our hotel a few minutes before the arraigned pick up time and again got us quickly and smoothly to the airport. If you are looking for professional, courteous and prompt private transportation to/from New Chitose Airport to Niseko, I would highly recommend SkyExpress.

We had a private transfer from Niseko to CTS airport. The driver came on time. However the car seats for our kids (4 and 1) were not installed/installed incorrectly. The pick up time was 5.20am. The idea was to take the kids from the hotel bed directly into the car seats. When putting my 1 year old in the car seat, I noticed it was totally loose, only put on the seat but not properly installed. Everyone who has toddlers know that every car seat works slightly different when it comes to installation / adjusting the straps. I am quite experienced with car seats, having bought already 4 different ones from different brands / for different ages. But it was impossible for me to get that car seat properly installed, the driver neither. After 20min I gave up and told the driver to go as we had to catch a flight. At the end I was holding my daughter 2hrs on my lap. I paid 41,000YEN for that transfer, I expect more if I pay that much money! PS: I prefer to give Feedbacks directly to the service provider. But since there was no reply from them to my feedback and they sent me a link to rate them on TripAdvisor, I do it here again for the public.

We were picked up by private Sky Bus from our Sapporo Hotel, which was so easy and really the best way to travel to Niseko, being dropped off at the front door in Hirafu. Our driver was fantastic and fitted everything in with ease, even our Costco Shopping. Were were staying in Niseko for 6 weeks so we had been to Costco, to stock up. Unfortunately the Sky Bus company wasn’t prepared to collect us from Costco on the out skirts of Sapporo, so needed to travel back into Sapporo city to meet the Sky Bus at the hotel. We we’re happy to pay extra for this service but The Sky Bus company weren’t happy to accommodate, our request. Apart from that our travel was fast, efficient and a good alternative to the Niseko White Liner.

I have used the service many2x times for the last 3 years, the service was very good, comfort driving and safety. I’ll use it again for many more times to come
